Hosts left welcome wine and sweets, a really nice touch. There were also teabags, coffee and sugar and cooking oil, salt and pepper. Lots of games etc n/a

• George (10/5): Our stay was excellent - This is not a criticism but I think a double bed instead of a king size would better
• Rio (1/5): Do not use they ignore you and keep your deposit - Property was lovely Owner has not refunded deposit and refuses to reply to any communication. Left caravan immaculate and they are just ignoring me so they can keep my deposit, it’s disgusting behavior and I will be going through the small claims courts to retrieve it

Parking for two cars Being asked for a security deposit 3 days before travel. Especially as it had been booked 11 months before. Site was quite noisy and beds a little narrow

Very comfortable and the personal touches ( sweets, wine etc ) were a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. We were visiting to celebrate a 70th birthday and our visit was highlighted by the kindness of our host. Marvellous and well done. There was nothing not to like about the property. No negative at all.

• Alan (8/5): Beautiful caravan and owners add extra little touch which was fantastic - There was some old rum in the fridge and somebodies old hard bread left in the cupboard but apart from that the caravan was lovely. Very well equipped. The small bottles of wine and chocolates were a very nice touch. Fantastic that shower mats and towels were provided. Apart from 2 small little things i would recommend everyone to hire this caravan. One small thing that should be noted is that its 18 per person for two night entertainment passes which should be explained are not included

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely clean site with everything that could be needed close by. Caravan was excellent. Everything we could have possibly needed and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return an recommend. Prices in the Boathouse restaurant for food and drink were quite steep and didn't like the fact that to use the showbar we would have had to pay an extra £18 each for a pass.
