• Denisa (9/5): Klidný pěkný byteček blízko nádraží - Velmi klidné ubytování kousek od nádraží, strávila jsem tu pohodový pracovní týden. Postel byla pohodlná a vybavení kuchyně dostačující, zejména jsem uvítala kávovar na překapávanou kávu. Pouze 1 toaletní papír na celý týden, musela jsem dokoupit. V bytě (hlavně v koupelně) bylo dost chladno. Pravděpodobně není možné využít troubu (nepodařilo se mi ji otevřít), naštěstí jsem ji nepotřebovala.
• Alice (9/5): - Gostei do bairro, da tranquilidade, uma pequena merciaria mesmo a 3 minutos que ainda por cima é uma cooperativa. O espaço é amplo excelente luz e muito confortável. As luzes da sala de jantar eram fracas, mas precisava de trocar a lampada. Um pequenino sófa também seria bom. Os dois cadeirões, embora confortáveis não são a mesma coisa.

Il nostro appartamento aveva due piani e due bagni con stanze molto grandi, dotate di tutti i comfort. È presente anche un cortile nella parte posteriore dove si può accedere dalla cucina. Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente tanto gradevole!

The temperature outside was -8 - -10 С, but it was comfortable and warm inside. 2. Near the railway station - 5 min. Very close to center -10 min. 3. washing machine and dryer - unsurpassed. 4. we received very detailed instructions and had no problems with settling in. Having salt and oil would be great. Buying for three days is not convenient.

• Dong Kha (9/5): - I was disappointed with the noise early in the morning. The cleaner for the neighboring room started very early (around 6:30–7:00 AM). Because that room is right next to mine and the noise came from near the head of my bed, I could clearly hear the cleaning equipment being taken out and moved around. It woke me up, and it wasn’t comfortable to be forced to wake up that early on my day off. I would suggest starting housekeeping later or reducing noise in the early morning.

• Qahir (10/5): - Gloria was a wonderful host - in particular when it came to answering my questions about Lund and the surrounding areas and helping me plan where to eat, travel and enjoy. The apartment was cosy and did the job well. Some small additions like tea bags would be even better but genuinely I thought the apartment was a lovely place to stay and would stay here again.

• Ma (7/5): 适合家庭入住 - 位置好，就在火车站附近，离中心很近，停车方便，旁边就有付费停车场，有一定的餐具可以自己简单烹饪，对国外家庭适合 住宿说明需要再仔细一点，快上飞机时接到住宿老板电话怪我把房门锁了，影响了打扫卫生的正常……我也是第一次碰到，一般自助式入住离开前都有存放钥匙的地方，但该房间没有提供，房东邮件里也只是说钥匙放在房间并关窗，出于安全考虑，我们离开后也就锁上了门，毕竟隔壁还有其他住客，没想到却影响了打扫卫生工作。另外，没有考虑到我们连住4天的需求，比如卫生间垃圾袋和适当数量的浴巾，虽然有洗衣机，但有时候也会来不及的，其他都好。

Kitchen was very useful. Kitchen could be better appointed with cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Washing and drying dishes was difficult without more towels or drying rack.

• Tom (9/5): Ideaal - Ligging is perfect! Vlakbij station en bushalte, supermarkt Coop vlakbij (met vers brood en al open 6u45-23u), dichtbij het centrum, maar toch heel rustig gelegen. Perfect! Het appartement met 2 slaapkamers is ideaal voor 3 personen. Keuken is basic uitgerust, maar voldoende om iets kleins te koken. Appartement is ook heel rustig om te slapen. Slaapkamers liggen achteraan met zicht op de tuin. Weinig gehoord van andere huurders. Er is geen zetel (wel een bed in de living maar dat is niet zo handig om 's avonds gezellig samen te zitten). Weinig bestek en kookgerei (geen ontbijtkommetjes bvb).

• Stephanie (8/5): - Appartement zit op een hele goede locatie - rustige, nette straat vlakbij het station (niet centrum kant, maar dan nog dichtbij). Host Gloria heb ik niet ontmoet maar was ze heel snel en vriendelijk met berichtjes wat altijd heel fijn is. Het appartement (zolder ruimte) was schoon en praktisch ingericht - niet super sfeervol maar ook niet te saai of kil. Dikke plus: ik heb niemand gehoord in het gebouw qua geluid, dat was heel fijn! Voor wat ik ervoor heb betaald heb ben ik erg tevreden voor mijn 4 nachten en kan het alleen maar aanbevelen als je een rustige en gewoon fijne accommodatie zoekt.

Gott om sittplatser. Återvinning alldeles vid gatan. Fantastiskt fin kontakt både via mail och i verkligheten. Snabb återkoppling. Tyvärr fungerade inte TVn men vi fick återkoppling på detta direkt och tror att problemet kommer vara avhjälpt till nästa gäst.

L appartement est meublé sommairement et est peu confortable : couverts de dînette, mobilier réduit, lits dépareillés et matelas minces, plafonniers sans lumière. Le ménage était très superficiel. Ventilation bruyante. Franchement, c est dommage.

• Naparstnica (10/5): Wygodne, ciche miejsce wypadowe. - Bardzo fajna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko, a przy tym spokojna, bardzo, bardzo cicha okolica. Widok na zielony ogród. Wygodna kuchnia ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi sprzętami. Do tego czysto, przestronnie i wygodnie. Fajne miejsce na krótki i dłuższy pobyt. Niestety nie ma miejsca parkingowego, ale opłaty są niskie, a w nocy nie ma, więc nie jest to problem. Jedyne czego mi brakowało to drobnych udogodnień takich jak szafka w łazience, dywanik łazienkowy, detergenty czy solniczka i cukiernica.
• Eugen (8/5): - Clean and quiet apartment in a peaceful area, close to the station for easy trips to Malmö or walking into Lund’s center. Communication with Gloria was smooth, and check-in/check-out were easy. The apartment had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
• Ilona (7/5): Jó megközelítés, ár-érték arányos - Könnyen elérhető volt a vasútállomás. Többnyire csendes, nyugodt környék. Tágas szobák. Nemrég felújított apartman új modern felszereléssel. Az ágy kényelmetlen volt. Sokszor láttunk pókot a falakon, meg is csíptek többször is, szerencsére nem lett belőle komolyabb probléma. Némi díszítés hiányzott a lakásból.

• Matteo (10/5): Oltre le migliori aspettative - Eccellente posizione a due passi dalla stazione in una via silenziosa e tranquilla. La stanza ha superato le mie aspettative, le foto non rendono merito di quanto sia grande e spaziosa. Cucina accessoriata e bagno impeccabile. Comoda anche la lavanderia al piano interrato. Fantastica vista sul giardino, verde e silenzioso. Camere luminose e confortevoli. La comunicazione con la proprietà eccellente. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Se proprio devo cercare un difetto direi che i letti non sono delle stesse dimensioni e non si possono muovere facilmente all'interno delle stanze ma è stato davvero un dettaglio insignificante.

• Blanka (9/5): - Výborná lokalita. Velký apartmán. 3 velké šatní skříně na oblečení. V kuchyni základní vybavení na vaření. Postele v pokojích pohodlné, ani tvrdé ani moc měkké. Blízko do obchodu i do centra. Blízko nádraží, ale vlaky vůbec nebylo slyšet. Ve městě se zdá bezpečno i v pozdějších hodinách - v létě dlouho světlo. Apartmán je naproti policejní stanice. Možnost vypůjčení sdílených kol v blízkosti. K dispozici mikrovlnka, ale všechny talíře jsou se zlatým zdobením. Málo toaletního papíru. Gauč v kuchyni trochu více měkký.

• Radja (9/5): Staying at Villa Nova was a pleasure. - The location was perfect, very close to the train station and a mini market which is convenient if you don’t have a car. The neiborhood was quiet and calm and we never had any issue with noise. The flat was cozy, clean and equipped with everything you might need on a holiday especially if you are traveling for leisure in group or with family members, I enjoyed how comfortable the bed was, the small kitchen was perfect for our morning breakfast, and the shower had the right pressure and the temperature was constant. the Host was very friendly she kindly greeted us when we checked in, and was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!”
• Minna (8/5): Visit in Lund - Location was peaceful but at a walking distance to the centrum and railway station. Living room was spacious. Lund is lovely! There could have been more keys than just one (we didn't realize to ask beforehand). The mirror in the bathroom was far to high for us (short people). There could have been more tableware. We couldn't get the TV on, and had some interruptions in wifi, but got a late check out to compensate.
