• Bokang (1/5): My stay was uncomfortable, poorly managed, and far below expectations - Honestly, nothing! Everything about it felt like being in a back room. There was no comfort at all. There was a strange smell, a dog, and kids making noise. The power kept tripping. Geez, I would not recommend it at all — especially since I was on a business trip. The place is overly marketed; it’s not what you see in the pictures.

Upon arrival we only had one hand towel, which if I was told to bring my own towel I would have however I do expect it when booking in somewhere. It was so hot would have liked a fan as there is no aircon services. There was a bottle of water in the room which was half, and there is only a basin in the bathroom. Which isn't right to drink water from... I just think the small attention to detail from the staff wasn't there and that was disappointing as I was looking to this stay.

Toilet basin was leaking. Not well maintained. Parking only for 1 vehicle inside. They send someone to spray paint the pool above water level and my car was parked there and I tried to stop the guy because the paint was blue and the wind was blowing and he replied the owner said I must continue. Send a video to the owner an he didn't reply at all.

We tried getting hold of the owner to explain that we have expensive equipment in minibus with no answer and minibus didn't fit behind gates. Also, it's not an area I'll recommend to roam in at night. View maps for the surrounding neighborhood before booking, as you won't get your money back once booked and booking.com will not help even with legitimate security issues. Added photo from maps of informal settlement nearby, do your homework before booking.

The door is opening so low that you bump your head entering. No building standards followed. No warm water. Watch out, no refund policy - I did not feel safe to stay the last 2 of my 3 day stay and attempted to engage with the owner who refused to speak to me. I ended up paying for new accommodation. The sad part is that despite notifying Booking.com and asking for help, there is also no response. Don't waste your money, there is plenty other better options for less money. Don't expect Booking.com to help you either.

I Make the booking when I was fifteen minutes out and upon arrival I did not even entered as the area was not safe for a single lady to stay in. I immediately contacted the venue and asked them to refund me but they refused. I have still not been refined for this and had to pay out of my pocket for another venue to see at. I am not a racist person at all , but I do feel That the fact that it's in the middle of a location should have been added to the information on the site.
