• Tahlil Olad (7/5): - We arrived the City earlier then planned and due to the cold weather we couldn't stay in the town. We were allowed to check-in earlier then acctual check-in. The guy at the reception was very friendly. Thanks to the team. It was little cold inside and the heater was not helpful except one room.

• Brigitte (6/5): Prima - De ligging van het appartement was top, dicht in de buurt bij Skyline Plaza en loopafstand van het hoofdstation. Het appartement was groot en prijs kwaliteit verhouding was prima. De te kleine douche, geen stop voor het afwassen, geen vaatwasser, geen luchtverfrisser voor de wc, ramen waren niet overal volledig functionerend, inductie pit was 1 niet werkend. Er was geen woonkamer, opzich werkte het prima in de keuken met extra stoelen.

• Julia (1/5): - Sämtliche Möbel in der Wohnung waren kaputt, Fliesen in der Küche waren zerbrochen,auf dem Boden lagen Haarbüschel, es waren Flecken auf den Betten. Die Wohnung war einfach heruntergekommen und sah nicht aus wie auf den Bildern.
• Melissa (9/5): worth the money,good location - We were Satisfied. The unit was clean. We were able to cook light meals and heat our food . The location was perfect and near to restaurants and walking distance to the Central Station.
• Kevin (1/5): Einfach nur pfui - Demotivierte Mitarbeiter. Nicht einmal di Koffer konnten wir deponieren. Alles, das ganze Apartment ist veraltet und heruntergekommen. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen. Für diesen Preis einfach nur eine Frechheit.

• Наталия (10/5): Отлично! Остановилась бы ещё раз - Заселились в 23:00 без проблем. В здании круглосуточно работает дежурный. Парковка с лояльной ценной возле входе в здание, благодаря чему было удобно заносить чемоданы. Удобные кровати. На кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления на большую компанию. В апартаментах были кофе и чай. Хорошая цена для апартаментов расположенных в центре. Возле дверей остановка трамвая. За углом большой супермаркет и выставочный центр Мессе.
• Cebrail (1/5): - Es war unglaublich laut und eine ständige Baustelle im Haus, bis 3 Uhr morgens. Wir konnten überhaupt nicht schlafen. Die Betten waren super unbequem. Die Zimmer waren eiskalt. Erst als wir die Heizung aufdrehten, wurde es langsam wärmer. Die Decken waren sehr dünn. Es gab auch keine anderen Decken in den Zimmern. Die Böden und Wände waren sehr dreckig und heruntergekommen. Das Personal hat kein Deutsch/Englisch verstanden. Es ist sehr schade, dass eine solche Unterkunft auf dieser Plattform angeboten wird. Das war unser schlechtester Aufenthalt in einer Unterkunft.

• Günter (4/5): Erhebliche Lärmbelästigung - Lage grds. Gut. Schnelle Reaktion nach Reklamation. Das Apartment liegt über einem Restaurant. An den ersten beiden Tagen bis 2.00 Uhr nachts erhebliche Lärmbelästigung. Aus meiner Sicht ist das Apartment nicht nutzbar, solange das Restaurant sich nicht an Lärmregeln hält.

• Šárka (7/5): - Poměr ceny, kvality a polohy ubytování. Rychlá reakce přes telefon k řešení věcí ohledně ubytování. Například chybějící přikrývky a polštáře byly do 5 minut vyřešené. Obsluha předávající klíče. Prvně se nás ujal člověk hovořící buď rusky nebo ukrajinsky. Velice neochotný a nepříjemný. I přes to, že jsme měli rezervované parkovací místo, tak nám oznámil, že prostě parkovací místo k dispozici není a vůbec to s námi dál nechtěl řešit. Nadával a komentoval situaci v ruštině či ukrajinštině. Opravdu nepříjemný první dojem z ubytování. Po chvíli přišel další člověk, který už byl, velice milý a ochotný. Vše s námi vyřešil k naší spokojenosti.
• mario1968 (6/5): UN POSTO "PARTICOLARE" - La posizione vicino alla fiera un posto particolare...mi avevano dato istruzioni di presentarmi in reception e dire il mio nome, così mi avrebbero dato le chiavi. Innanzitutto non si capisce dove sia la reception, perchè è tutto spento, molto triste. Quando dopo 10 minuti bussando a tutte le porte ho trovato la reception, dentro c' era un signore che si era goduto la scena di me che non trovavo l' entrata, senza dirmi nulla, dalla finestra. Quando dico buongiorno mi guarda senza rispondere e con aria minacciosa. Quando dico il mio nome scrolla le spalle senza neanche guardarmi, ripeto cortesemente il mio nome e allora si gira sempre un po' aggressivo e mi dice" e allora? " .... allora ho spiegato, sempre con un sorriso, che avrei dovuto ritirare le chiavi e finalmente me le ha date. Il posto, odori forti di ogni tipo, un appartamento modesto, ho preferito non guardare molto se fosse pulito. ...ma mi sono sentito come quando andai in Marocco all' avventura con uno zainetto dormendo in ostelli sporchi e improvvisati. Devo dire che il prezzo è ragionevole comparato con il resto di Francoforte e la posizione ottima per la fiera.
• David (3/5): Expensive and not worth it. - Good location to Frankfurt Messe. The people at reception were nice and also the people i messaged about getting extra pillows were nice. The bed bugs? My work colleague was covered in bites when he woke up. Luckily I got away with none. The bedding is a farce, double bed with a single bed duvet that was like paper. The pillow turned flat once you put your head on the pillow.

• Sofie (6/5): Geen aanrader met kinderen - Het appartement was ruim. Op zich nette bedden en goed uitgerust. De locatie was niet het meest kindvriendelijk (voelde vrij onveilig bij momenten met 3 jonge kinderen). Het gebouw zelf komt wat onguur over, alsook de persoon bij wie we moesten in- en uitchecken. Extreem onvriendelijk persoon, op het agressieve af.

Wirklich nicht schön und entspricht nur zu einem kleinen Teil der Bilder! Gastgeber lies sich auf keine Einigung ein, selbst über Booking.com nicht. 2 Personen von unserer Gruppe haben dort sogar nicht übernachtet.

Due poltrone letto rotti. Tutto assolutamente sporco , non sarei stata lì un minuto di più! Il nome non esiste sull'edificio , è inesistente. Devi andare in un altro albergo per ritirare la chiave . Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

• Bastian (3/5): Viel zu überzogener Preis für eine schlechte Leistung und ungepflegtes Appartement - Tatsächlich nur die Lage bzw. Entfernung zur Messe. Die Unterkunft wird auf den Bildern deutlich besser dargestellt als sie ist! Der Zustand lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll…Den Eingang erkennt man nicht, Fußleisten sind kaputt, Abdeckung an antennenstecker fehlt, überall farbrückstände oder undefinierbare Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bettgestell, die Rollos können den Raum nicht verdunkeln, unglaublich hellhörig, sodass man von der Wohnung oben drüber wirklich alles mitbekommt, die Fenster haben gefühlt gar keinen Lärmschutz… Das Laminat kommt hoch, Wasserschäden am Türblatt, Wasser und dreck in der Kaffeemaschine… Wir raten dringend von einer Übernachtung hier ab und hoffen, dass andere Kunden sich anhand der Bewertungen für etwas anderes entscheiden! PS wir konnten nicht mehr umbuchen, da aufgrund einer Messe alles maßlos ausgebucht war.

• Josh (8/5): Nice apartment in Frankfurt in convenient location. - Good location, close to the Hauptbahnhof and the Skyline Mall. We were promptly met at the apartment by the owner to let us in and give us a key. Well furnished for the most part. The only real downside was that there was no common area of lounging. The kitchen has a table to sit at but is cramped if you have more than a few people.
• Matthew (8/5): A good location and nice apartment - Great location. Good size bedrooms. Clean apartment. Good quality bedding and towels. Kitchen mostly well stocked, great to have a dish rack. Nice host, good easy contact regarding arrival time, flexible when we were later than anticipated. Sharp knives kept right next to cutlery, I cut my finger getting forks out. No serving spoon to cook with/dish food. Note that there is an elevator, but steps to get up to it.

• Lama (10/5): - Apartment is big 3 bedrooms and very clean and the owners were very receptive to our special needs. They even brought an air purifier to the apartment for our daughter. The location is close to the Main Central station Hopbanhouf of Frankfurt and next to Skyline mall that has all the usual shops as well as a supermarket. The apartment was warm and the kitchen had ample supplies for cooking. We enjoyed the tea and coffee ...that was a nice touch. There is a building in this area called Skyline apartments. However, this apartment is in a building that has a hotel and you have to go through the hotel entrance to get to your apartment so that threw us off when we were initially trying to find the apartment. One particular guard didn't speak English and was not very friendly. It took a while to understand that he wanted to see we had a key before letting us in. There is no central living space in the apartment.

• Derwin domini (1/5): Pecimo lugar. - Realmente no me gusto la falta de respeto del Señor de recepción, quien de forma grosera ha entrado al alojamiento por la mañana a desalojarnos sin antes haber revisado que teníamos un acuerdo con el alojamiento de retirarnos al día siguiente, mediante el cual habían quedado en retirar el efectivo del día extendido y no solo eso, este señor ha ingresado y se ha quedado parado mirándonos de manera extraña mientras dormimos mi esposa y yo, y no obstante que le hemos dicho que se retire y a los 30 minutos volvió a ingresar sin ningún permiso ni consentimiento de nosotros, viendo a mi esposa desnuda mientras se vestía por qué estábamos ordenando nuestras cosas para irnos, si ya habíamos quedado en que nos íbamos por su forma grosera! Me parece que es una falta de respeto! No tenemos ninguna respuesta de ellos, ni vía Whatsaap ya que nos habíamos comunicado con ellos por este medioNunca me había sucedido esto, no está permitido entrar a un alojamiento sin autorización sin que los huéspedes sepan! Ofrecen un apartamento privado, cuando realmente es un hotel.

• Derek (8/5): Great location and value for money - Great location, only a few tram stops from the HBf on tram 11 or 14 to the front door, well heated, close to Skyline shopping centre, helpful but unobtrusive staff, lots of nearby eateries. A bit hard to find, as there's no sign, only a sign for "Fair Hotel" which it is part of. If you didn't know the Street Number you'd never find it. No lounge area or TV, which is a good way to get the teenagers out the door.
