The host was very helpful, she replied to our questions immediately. The house was clean and comfortable for 2 couples. It wasn't.

Non manca nulla per una breve vacanza. Proprietario molto disponibile: anche di fronte all'imprevisto di aver chiuso la porta senza esserci premurati di aver con sè le chiavi; ci ha reperito un fabbro e ha risolto l'inconveniente chiedendoci un piccolo contributo. Appartamento un po freddo, soprattutto al piano terra nonostante fuori il clima fosse mite e nonostante l'accensione del riscaldamento con pompa di calore. Comunque nulla di tragico, sopportabilissimo.

Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony i bardzo wygodny. Właściciel był niezwykle uprzejmy i zawsze gotowy odpowiedzieć na każde nasze pytanie. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto odwiedza Katanie!

The noise from the cars in the street, especial in the morning around 6 o'clock when everybody's leaving to jobs. The windows were kind of small in the bedrooms. The bathroom supplies were few. • marie (5/5): Propriétaire qui semble soucieux de bien faire mais appartement qui n'est pas à la hauteur - De prime abord la rue ne paraît pas terrible mais au final c'est proche de tout et on trouve facilement à se garer Le fait que l'appartement soit en rez-de-chaussée fait qu'il est bruyant, qu'il y a des barreaux au fenêtres et que ce ne sont des toutes petites ouvertures à même le sol sur la partie supérieure de l'appartement ( ancien appartement très haut de plafond qui à mon avis a été séparé en deux pour faire deux étages). Ainsi le manque d'ouverture, les spots blancs et le mobilier/literie de qualité moyenne nous ont malheureusement empêché de retrouver le sentiment chaleureux auquel on s'attendait au vu des photos.
• Otto (10/5): It was a very clean and comfortable place. - We spent a week in Catania with our family and this apartment was perfect for us. The proprietary Tommaso was very helpful and considerate, responding to all of our questions and asks through WhatsApp. Everything was clean, we had multiple fresh towels, the beds were comfortable. The air conditioners were a must have and having 2 in the apartment kept it at comfortable temperatures. It is located near to the street of Etnea, the main street of Catania. The outlets (220V) were in all comfortable places, not blocked by any furniture. We bought fresh fruits and vegetables from the local market every morning, which is approximatively 150 m from the apartment. If you want to go to a supermarket, the walk to a nearby Lidl is about 10 minutes, and around 50m to a smaller supermarket. There’s a street filled with restaurants very close, you can easily find places to eat there. The central park is also very close, and we found it stunning. You can reach almost all main tourist attractions without renting a car or using public transport (we didn’t end up renting a car, but travel and parking would most likely have been harder with one, walking is much easier. We paid for planned excursions, so we didn’t need a car for that neither, as the guide transported us there).

Very spacious, clean apartment with all amenities that you could think of. Tommi left very good information on places to visit, the market and information on the apartment. Syarcuse and Toarmina within distance by either coach or train and definately recommended for a visit. Overall a lovely place to visit. nothing - excellent facilities
• Blesserene (8/5): Great location and host. Would stay again. - The location was great- close to the market for cheap and fresh vegetables, seafood, meat. Also close to the piazza del duomo, via Etnea with lots of shopping. Tommaso was very accommodating and responsive. My family was able to check in early, the instructions provided about how things work in the apt were clear, and he had a lot of recommendations. Plenty of space and adequate kitchen supplies allowing us to cook food we bought from the market. Would definitely recommend this place for families/groups.

He gave us excellent suggestions on places to see and visit. He even arranged our transfer on our way back to the airport to catch an early flight. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Catania.

• Mirela (10/5): Very nice host, central apartment with easy access - The apartment is within a walking distance to Via Etnea which is very nice especially in the evening. Very close to the main market with affordable prices and to a lot of shops and terraces. Two level apartment, fully equipped, with 2 bathrooms, easy access. The towels were not changed, but they were more than enough for a week. The owner is very very helpful and responsive, willing to solve any problem that might occur. Quick and helpful answers, good communication in English, via WhatsApp. We were advised where to eat good local food. I recommend this apartment. The first night we couldn't sleep well because of the traffic jam (we had taken this on after reading the previous reviews). In the following evenings, we might have been very tired due to the busy schedule when visiting Sicily or lucky, I don't know, but we slept very well and didn't hear any noise :)

Fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Easy and quick contact via WhatsApp. We even been offered to leave our luggage after check-out, which made it easier for us to explore Catania on the last day. Highly recommend.

The communication (in English) was very easy with the owners. They gave us many advices what worth to see and where to eat good local foods. Definitely recommended!

• Daniel (9/5): Great base for excursions in and around Catania - This is a two-bedroom, two-story ground floor apartment near Via Etna, which is one of the main pedestrian streets. We were there in December, and the heating worked fine, although we hardly needed to use it. The apartment was clean upon arrival, and the amenities matched the description. The apartment has been recently renovated, creating spacious areas. We were only in the apartment in the evenings, and it served as a good base for excursions. In mid-December, there is a lovely Christmas atmosphere on the nearby Via Etna. There are quite a few good restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. The commincation with the host is fast and fluent via Whatsapp. The apartment is on the ground floor, and despite a small street in front of it, traffic jams occurred in the morning and evening. This in itself can be noisy, but it's mostly the frequent honking that is more annoying. Due to the layout of the apartment, there are also large doors functioning as walls facing the street, which, although new, let in some noise. If the view is important to you, then this may not be the best choice.

• Mira (9/5): Nice place to stay, interesting city to visit, amazing food to enjoy - The apartment has a very good location, close to Via Etnea and a great market (Fera O’Luni - daily except on Sunday). The acces was easy (from the airport the ALIBUS takes you straight to Via Etnea in about 25 minutes) and the communication with the owner was really good. The beds were comfortable and both baths were spacious. It was not as noisy as I expected :) It was convenient to have the two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and the open kitchen, the living room and another bathroom downstairs. There are some small details that could be improved, but the important thing is that the owner is willing to solve any problem that might appear (and he did in our case, so we really enjoyed our stay).
• Patricia (8/5): Very good - it was easy to pick up the keys. the main door was opened online by the owner, and at the door was a locker where the keys were. we appreciate the fact that we were received at a fairly late hour The area where the apartment is located is a very good one, with access to many shops, restaurants and nice places the apartment itself is quite noisy, if someone is light sleeper is not necessarily indicated. being on a fairly busy street, everything can be heard very well inside. The internet exists, but it goes very hard, if someone wants to work from there, unfortunately he has no chance - because the internet falls very often, and when he does not fail - the connection is very weak
