- Guilhermina (6/5): - Do silêncio da visita, do jardim a cama o quarto tinha muita humidade ,os lençóis estavam úmidos , cheguei a mofo. As limpezas na areia comum... estiveram duas senhoras a limpar dois quartos, na ária comum havia café no chão, o contentor do lixo a cheirar mal. limpeza na areia comum entre entradas e saídas simplesmente não há. É pena.
- Amanda (5/5): - Gostei da localização e do jardim muito tranquilo. A casa era bonita e bem aproveitada. A limpeza, especificamente o pó, que para 2 pessoas alergicas ao pó resultou em crise alérgica moderada. Além disso não conseguimos ter água quente no chuveiro, mas admito que apenas experimentamos uma vez.
- Ricardo Figueiredo (7/5): - A casa é espaçosa e tem uma boa vista. Casa muito fria, a casa de banho estava cheia de bolor no teto e nos cortinados. Não havia sabonete para lavar as mãos. A tostadeira completamente suja.
