Margie&peter (3/5): Felt disappointed & cheated - a small aged apartment in a huge tired rundown Soviet apartment block. - The huge Soviet era blocks of apartments were said to be safe. Previous reviews look suspicious. The apartment was difficult to find amongst a hundred cars parked outside about ten huge very aged Soviet apartment blocks. Fortunately a local helped us - but she had difficulty Up the broken concrete steps, through the aged wooden doors to the apartment. It looked clean but very dated and worn. There was no heating. In the old style kitchenette two of four stove burners did not function, the crockery and cutlery was a mix of old and dated, there was no washing up liquid. We purchased two spoons to use. We felt a family possibly lives there at times because their effects were in cupboards etc. We feel the charge of Euro 55 was outlandish. Perhaps E 30 or less. Three of four previous reviews were recent by locals and had exactly the same title for a 10 out of 10.
