It was impossible to lock the apartment from the inside, so I had to check into a hotel instead. Granted, I arrived late, but the host’s suggested solution was to block the door with a chair. The apartment is full of junk, and nothing works, not the air conditioning, door, shower. Even the bed is falling apart. The place was dirty, and so was the bedding. I found long black hairs everywhere, and even used toilet paper under the bed.

• Ballacillo (1/5): Bad - The staff is very accommodating The hotel was very dirty, the cleaning equipment was in the room close to the bed . The shower was broken . The bed was very uncomfortable. There is also a toy of a dog down the bed. There is a tv but there is nothing to use to Switch on . Water in the bathroom is coming out when you take a shower

I have taken photos and I can send them to booking. Maybe you can ban such properties from the otherwise respectable site of yours.

• Anonymous (1/5): NEVER book this property!!! - There was literally nothing to like. It was horrible. Worst accommodation I ever stayed in with 0 facilities, no Wifi, strange smell and horrible host who refused even to help me with taxi cz there was no WiFi to call an Uber and my departure was at 02:30, he offered me to go to find WiFi from somewhere at that time with my luggages. I was alone and got sick and since there was 0 service and 0 support had to leave the accommodation and the country earlier than planned.

• Altaf (1/5): the owner was so greedy , demanding extra payment - the owner of this apartment was too much greedy , he talking extra money once he know there is no way at door step for customer for go back , very poor , Dirty and uncomfortable place, the bed was break and too light and its creating noising , also he demand me xtra payment and say you come and give 12 euro further , i take taxi and pay to taxi 50euro just pay him 12 euro , please i request all passenger dont go this apartment

• Mohammad (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE – unless you want to risk your health and waste your money! - Nothing Absolutely Horrible Stay – Avoid This Place at All Costs! I had one of the worst experiences of my life staying at this accommodation. It all started with the wrong key code being provided, leaving me stranded outside in the dark at 12:30 AM, struggling to get in. When I finally entered, I was shocked to find the room dirty, freezing cold, and completely unwelcoming. The heating system was not working, forcing me to sleep with all my clothes on and wrapped in every available blanket—yet I was still cold. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet was in terrible condition, and while the shower at least had warm water, it was overall an unpleasant experience. The host was unhelpful, asking me to empty water from a standing heater instead of actually fixing the issue. I was left stuck in a terrible situation with no proper support. When I told the host that I would request a refund due to these unacceptable conditions, he mockingly dismissed the idea, saying I could try, but they would not give any money back. As a result of staying in these unhygienic and freezing conditions, I got sick with a cold and a headache. I have taken pictures as proof, including the broken bed and the disgusting state of the room. No guest should have to endure such an experience. Booking.com should take action and remove this property from their listings. I strongly believe I should be refunded for this nightmare stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE – unless you want to risk your health and waste your money!
• Lim (1/5): horrendous. stay away! - location and thats it 1. the place seemed very suspicious and the place had a weird smell 2. ⁠the room heater and water heater doesnt work, had to shower in ice cold water when it was already freezing outside 3. ⁠the place is full of rubbish (wrappers, plastic) and random objects 4. ⁠the toilet shower is clogged 5. shower head cannot be placed on the holder 5. ⁠water smells weird 6. ⁠squeezy for 3 pax 7. ⁠the single bed was held by tape and the pillow was horrendous. bed bugs! 8. the double bed was better but the blankets were itchy 9. ⁠towel provided was moist 10. floor was dirty 11. WIFI WAS NOT WORKING AND NOTHING WAS DONE ONCE COMPLAINED 12. Washing machine was spoilt and was told it would flood the room if used. 13. Service by the host was quite bad. waited 35 mins for him so that i could pay the tax in cash at his office which was a 30 mins drive away from the hotel 14. Window does not seem to be able to close and ot was freezing the entire night

• Indre (1/5): Bad - the worst ratings. The host canceled the suite for us on the day of the flight! before we flew to Italy we already knew that we would have nowhere to live! As a human being, I understand that all sorts of trouble happens, but in that case, you have to give people another place to stay!
