• Rosine (2/5): Nous avons dormi 1 seule nuit sur nos 3 nuits. Mon fils nous a hébergé à Nauplie pour la suite. - La vue. L'accès à l'établissement: Route en montée rude avec virages. Salle de bain: Rideau de douche trop court donc inondation lors de la douche. Linge: Trop peu. Équipement de cuisine: Trop peu. Pas de micro ondes, pas de bouilloire, peu de vaisselle. Un couteau et 2 fourchettes pour 2 personnes. Pas de torchon de cuisine, pas de drap pour accueillir une 3ème personne. Pas de serviettes en plus. Vaisselle non rangée dans des placards mais posées à côté de l'évier. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Scandaleux.

• Natali (3/5): Ωραίο σημείο, κακές παροχές - Εάν δεν θέλεις να δώσεις πάνω από 35€/βράδυ είναι η μόνη επιλογή. Η θέα ήταν απίστευτη, πραγματικά Εξώστης! Μόλις 8 λεπτά οδικώς από το κέντρο του Ναυπλίου! Πολύ απεριποίητο. Καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες. Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες ήταν σαν να μην είχαν πλυθεί, τουλάχιστον με απορρυπαντικό. Ευτυχώς είχα 2η μπλούζα μαζί μου και την έβαλα ως κάλυμμα στο μαξιλάρι. Η "ντουλάπα" και το μπάνιο (δεν είχε λειτουργική πόρτα) είχαν κουρτίνα λες και ήταν τσαντίρι. Ακόμα και το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου πετούσε νερά παντού από τα άλατα που είχε. Βρήκαμε κομμάτι γυαλί στο πάτωμα και ευτυχώς δεν είχα ατύχημα. Κρίμα γιατί έχει πολλές προοπτικές το κατάλυμα.

• Alexis (9/5): - The patio, the view, the kitchen, the washing machine, the size, the parking space. Although the apartment is safe and comfortable, some minor fixes can improve door hinges, shower drain, towel holders, and wall paper.
• TIMOTHY (4/5): NOT Walking distance to Nafplio proper, NO actual Sea Views- Update listing to be more honest. - The views of the mountains outside were nice. Affordable. Deceptive posting- No actual Sea View, yes mountain view, and not actually near Nafplio proper. Musty mildew smell, washer unit leaks, bedding mildew smelling and slightly damp. Damaged walls, exposed plumbing.
• M. (1/5): A fuir d autres apparts sont bien mieux ! - Se garer au pied de l appart La nuit est calme Appartement très vétuste, pas cher mais je pensais pas qu on osait louer ça ! Accès très difficile et communication compliquée avec le propriétaire ( impossible d avoir le gps ) qui habite au dessus de l appart pourtant et qui répond du haut de son balcon ou uniquement au tel Exostis est le nom du village et pas de la location et il y a d autres locations sur le secteur ! Pas d eau chaude ni le soir ni le matin Plaques cassée Lumière manquante Sdb Lave linge qui fuit Table minuscule Meuble tv cassé Espace sale ( frigo vaisselle sdb ) Banc extérieur cassé Accordement eau extérieur impossible Séchoir casse Pas de ventilation Chiens errants et espace non clos donc si vous avez un chien attention !

• Christos (8/5): - Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία με φοβερή θέα, άπλα και ησυχία, χρειάζεται ωστόσο αμάξι για πιο εύκολη πρόσβαση στο Ναύπλιο, αν και υπάρχει και συγκοινωνία. Επίσης η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ βοηθητική όποτε τη χρειάστηκα. Στο μπάνιο αν και υπήρχε μια αυτοσχέδια πόρτα, θα μπορούσε να υπήρχε μια καλύτερη που θα προσέφερε ηχομόνωση. Επίσης οι τοίχοι είχαν κάποιες ταπετσαρίες που δεν ήταν πολύ σωστά κολλημένες. Ωστόσο, όλα αυτά δεν επισκιάζουν μια άνετη και οικονομική διαμονή που προσέφερε.
• Kyrili (1/5): Avoid renting this place. - It had a good air-conditioner and a washing machine. Arriving has a certain grade of difficulty, through narrow streets with holes on the ground. It was only 1 room and no 2 rooms as it was described on the net. There was no door handle at the bathroom door, which did not fit the wall. There was no proper wardrobe but an opening with a curtain on the wall. There were electric wires next to the tub! It was staffed all in and therefore the facilities were not usable. For example, there was a table between the sofa and the fridge but we could not sit on the chairs because there was no space! The burners were out of order but one. The water heater was not in the room so we had to call the owner in order to have hot water. It was not clean. The bed sheets were not changed from the previous tenants. We found food remains from previous tenants stuck on the kitchen cabinet' s door and cupboards. We were on the whole very disappointed and do not recommend it.

• Adriaan (7/5): Okay, recommended if you just want a place for the night - The room was okay, foto’s are better than the reality. When we arrived, there was water all over the bathroom floor. A faucet had been leaking for several hours before we arrived. That can happen, and when I called the hostess, she came immediately. That was good on itself. However, she then suggested that I would mop the floor to get the floor clean. I come for vacation and pay for a place to stay, so when something is not in order, it’s for the host to fix it, not for the guest.

• Nerea (10/5): Perfect place near Nafplio - We spent one night there and everything was absolutely fantastic. Clean, spacious, comfortable… we wished we could stayed longer. The kitchen has the necessary amenities, toilet with hot shower, outside area to relax… very nice place!
• Victoria (9/5): Quiet Place with everything - Laydy was very well for me and it’s a very quiet place for money. Everything is very clean. You definitely need a car is just seven minutes away from city Center
• Benjamin (5/5): Fine for one night, I guess - Confortable beds. Nice views from the terrace. Easy parking. Clean. The appartment has been recently renovated yes... but clearly not by professionals. Everything is patched up / crooked. Bathroom doesn't have any ventilation so when you take a shower, the whole room is moist. The water flow is uneaven so when you shower, the water goes from burning hot to icing cold every 30second. The shower curtain isn't long enough so there is water everywhere on the barhroom floor. There was no washing machine, we chose this place mostly for the ability to wash our clothes so... There is a sewer smell outside. Kitchen is VERY rudimentary, don't expect to be able to cook much more than pasta or frozen pizza (practicaly no cutlery). Fridge is also super tiny

• Hendrik (6/5): Geen aanrader - This apartment is apparently still under constructuon. And no beds made, no toilet paper - quite a bit below the geberal standard
• Lee (7/5): Nice apartment but poorly managed - It has most of the facilities required. 4.2km away from city center. Very inconvenient if you don't drive. It's up on a hill slope off the main road. No taxi there unless you call. Luckily i got leave twice from the host's husband to city area. Wifi password given by the Host was confusing. NO instruction was given about the use of facilities in the apartment especially the oven. A stack of plates were placed on top of oven which is a stove. I broke one of them. Response from Host was very slow for any question.
