• Kamal (6/5): - Staff and clean and breakfast good Location not as we expected very far from beach and city centre, we have to take taxi to go for lunch and dinner and beach and the bed is very bad to sleep on it and we have to sleep in living room on the sofa it was a little comfortable and too much moseqetu.

Since we couldn't go anywhere else, we were grateful we could stay there. However, the price was the same and rhe appartment was not clean at all.

• Jonathan (6/5): Rough diamond in the making. - Brand new apartment. Right next to the main road. Private parking with a (cute) guard dog. Room facilities make the apartment really comfortable. The room wasn't ready for check at 16:00. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and still dirty. (toiletries of the previous guests and hairs). Barely any toilet paper and no soap from Diamond self provided. Furthermore, the bathroom doesn't feel done. Lousy kitting (or lots of limescale). The kitchen also wasn't cleaned properly, with food stains on the kitchen and refrigerator. Staff also can takes some notes on communications. Perhaps they were shy towards foreigners. But we never received the WiFi password, nor was it written down. On the property, it said breakfast was served from 9-10, and they will bring it to the room. It's a bit too late for us. However, we understood it wasn't possible . However, we had to leave before 9. But right when we wanted to check out, they were standing with a tasty looking breakfast in front of our door.. really kind, but a bit unfortunate. Proper communication could prevented this. We feel like the owners are new to this. They have the right intentions. But could still use some improvements. The hard product is there and can be lots of potential. The soft product (customer service) can be improved.

• Denislenshin (2/5): Very poor - Quality of Wi-Fi connection was very good. My reservation cost was $29.75. It was approximately 2500 KGS the day I lived at this apartment. However, they charged me 3500 KGS, appealing that they "always charge 3500 per night". I arrived at approximately 10 pm when majority of apartments are closed and wanted to sleep very much - so did not even want to argue with them. Since they have no terminal and you must pay in cash - I have no "strong evidence". However, it is up to you whether you would like to have such an experience. Also, the room and especially the bathroom did not correlate with the photos on Booking. As for bathroom, it all becomes wet and slippery due to this curtain.
• Reichenbach (9/5): Guesthouse with a family vibe - Location is close to main road and not so far from centre. Private parking in the guesthouse itself. Owner, Ms. Jenishgul, and other 2 ladies were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was served in the room. Different breakfast everyday. Gifted the traditional Kyrgyz hat when we were leaving. Felt like living with our own family. No aircon, fan or heater just in case if you need one.
