Alison (3/5): Poor - Comfy beds Quality towels Goid location, walk to beach and town So disappointing for the price point. It was dirty, it smelt mouldy, cockroaches in the kitchen and the floors had a layer of black dirt that stuck to our feet so I had to clean the floors myself. My husband cleaned the toilets because he didn't want me to see them Hat Head is a beautiful, remote sea side village.....with a general store that has periodic opening hours. So be warned, there is no coffee, no sugar no milk not even a tea bag. No hand soap, shower gel, hygiene products other than toilet paper is provided. Company policy I believe. No dishwashing liquid or laundry supplies, like Parks and Wildlife except for the cost Fixtures and fittings were old, worn and most well past their use by date No air con, fans were noisy and ineffectual. Comfy beds, quality towels, great couch and TV area. Well equipped kitchen but the plates cutlery and glasses were all dirty The whole property needs a thorough rethink, thorough deep clean and thorough price restructuring So disappointed
