- jozel (1/5): - Good location When we arrived the place was being painted. The fumes were impossible. I have a husband who has asthma and little baby. The host refuse to answer our calls and only took her staffs call. She refused to help and kept saying there's nothing she can do. She was shouting. It was uncomfortable as we have been traveling with the little one. . She calm down in the end. Then came to a solution to move us to another unit.
- Marietjie (9/5): - Very comfortable and enjoyed our stay walking distance from the beach
- Di (10/5): -
- grootboom (10/5): It was good, we had a lekker stay and i would recommend it for anyone - Only the wind that was blowing direct on to the braai spot but further on was no problem.

- ammaar (7/5): - The view was beautiful Plates and cutlery weren't cleaned the best.
- Inge (8/5): - All amentities were thoughtfully sourced for a stress free stay, the room downstairs is a real bonus for two families travelling together with a separate bathroom and kitchenette. The views are wonderful and the location is really great.
- Scheepers (7/5): - The place is lovely so is the location the price is excellent love it
My only problem was I had to wait 2 and a half hours for somebody to open the place eventually the neighbour send me next door to find the lady with the key to open
No toilet paper so had to find a shop no milk although they say milk completely
But overall we had a lovely stay
Yust put a nr on the gate for key 🔑 👌
- Vannesa (6/5): Lovely - The sea view♡
- Riaan (10/5): Excellent place. Want to go again -

- Sara G. (8/5): Great value for money in a spacious house - Great value for money, the house is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and things went smooth.
- Mark (10/5): A beautiful stay - Super comfy spot. Lots of space. Nice braai in the backyard. Lots of security which was nice. Not directly beside the action but this is fairly reflected in the price difference. Would have appreciated a few extra tools in the kitchen for cooking.
- Julianne (10/5): Best stay ever - EVERYTHING Everything was excellent
- Asanda Mbhele (6/5): What a bad experience but end up being a great weekend thanks to my family! - Honestly I love everything about the place. The owner of the place have very poor and low communication skills , they don't know how to communicate with their guests and inform guests about certain important things. They just leave you in the dark and in a very stressful situation without getting back to you , they just honestly need to improve their communicate skills because it wasn't a great experience for myself and my family I mean we didn't really enjoy our vacation while I had so many high expectations of the place based on my stay last year with my family and this year was such a bad and stressful experience.

- Christine (9/5): This was just what we needed to recharge and relax. Thank you! - I loved the view and the ceiling fans in the room. The kitchen was well-equipped. The downstairs room was wonderfully private and self-contained but a little fridge and a fan there would make it perfect. The beds were generous and comfortable, and the showers were heavenly! The towels were fluffy and large. The little bottles of gin were a beautiful touch! I loved reading Mike and GiGi's story. Some windows did not open, which in the heat this weekend made some rooms quite stuffy in the afternoon. There are no dining table/desk or chairs to work or play board games at, although there are high chairs at the counter.

- Torsten (9/5): Aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster die Wale beobachten. Genial!

- Wayven Janet (5/5): Lovely fresh ocean air outside the house. - Beds and bedding were clean and comfy.
Love it to be pet friendly.
Seems a safe area. Kitchen utensils very limited.
Could have more bowls ,pots and pans.
One pan was usable only.
The other bigger pan was packed on with burnt debris and handle was sort of duck taped onto the body...was unusable.
- Isaacs (10/5): Beautiful accommodation - I loved the fact that there was everything we needed like for eg we forgot our hair dryer and the had one. There was enough plugs to plug in our phones. N/A

- Raubenheimer (9/5): Superb -
- Neels (10/5): Exceptional - Pragtig, skoon en netjies. Niks om oor te kla niè.
- Stacy (1/5): Bad - Nothing cause we never got onto the property Communication was bad
- Siphiwe (3/5): We made the best of it and enjoy the area. - The property is well located with great views and surrounding neighbourhood houses. We didn’t have internet from the moment we arrived until we left. I sent a message to the host explaining the problem, but I never received any response. The lack of internet was especially difficult, as the kids kept asking about it throughout the stay and were quite agitated.
Additionally, the property is in need of maintenance—some items are loose or falling apart, which affected our overall experience.
- Iodien (10/5): THE STAY WAS GREAT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. JENNIFER WAS GREAT. - THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, BUT THE BEST EXPERIENCE WAS THE FRIENDLINESS, HELPFULLNESS AND AVAILABILITY OF THE HOSTESS, JENNIFER. BEAUTIFULL VIEW, CLEANLINESS, COMFORT, SAFETY AND NEAR EVERYTHING. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, BUT THE BEST EXPERIENCE WAS THE FRIENDLINESS, HELPFULLNESS AND AVAILABILITY OF THE HOSTESS, JENNIFER.

- George (4/5): Disappointing -
- Claudz77 (9/5): Superb - Accomodation was great. Clean, comfortable and private. Perfect for family time. Enjoyed our stay very much. Looking to visit again. That it's not available for our Dec dates🙃
- Genevéve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clifford (8/5): Very good -
- Moritz (1/5): Bad -
- Rahul (9/5): Superb - Jennifer was really helpful and made our stay very pleasent. A great stay
- Guillaume (6/5): You get what you pay for - Location. Bed were comfortable and clean. No problems with hot water. The house is dilapidated and it needs a lot of maintenance. We booked for 6 people and one room is separate from the rest of the house. This room wasn’t cleaned just before our stay as it was full of spider webs and mosquitoes. The kitchen utensils are not enough for 6 people. The house doesn’t make provision for 6 people to have a meal together.
- Eugene (1/5): Stay away... - The close walk to the ocean. Struggled almost 1hr to get into property. Not answering telephone or adjacent doorbell of house. After eventually noticing house cleaner in adjacent house courtyard, able to access. All windows were closed and smelled like it has been standing closed for years. Oven on top not working and no braai utensils. Kettle bottom can be scrubbed out and insect repellant can be made available, got carried away by mosquitos. Can have a backup if there is power outage for the dismal internet.
- Marinda (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (8/5): Was short and sweet and would use it again - Was very good value for money and more than adequate for our needs N/A
- Joseph (9/5): Superb -
- Riedywaan (9/5): Superb -
- Alida (8/5): Very good -
- Joshua (8/5): We arrived on the 31st of December around 17:00 in the evening. The lady whose name is Jennifer came out next door gave - I liked that the property was only 5 min away from the sea and the view throughout the window in the living room is amazing. If I could book a 5 night stay , I would do it without hesitation. Everything was good.
- Hilary (7/5): Good - Loved the view from the top floor. Loved the comfortable beds and the scones on arrival.
Loved the tortoises roaming in the yard. Loved that it is close to stunning beaches. Loved our entire stay. Toilet on top floor needs attention. Kitchen requires a few more utensils like a grater, colander and food bowls. But everything else was perfectly fine. Clean and comfortable.
- Carike (8/5): Very good - Nice location. Had all we needed. Neat & clean Nothing
- Annanda (9/5): Superb -
- Malaikah (9/5): Superb - I was in love with the view.
- Petrus (8/5): Very good -
- Tumeca (9/5): Superb -
- Kyle (8/5): Very good -
- Francis (10/5): Our stay at Queensview was amazing. Jennifer is such an exceptional host and her welcome and farewell to us was outstand - The property is situated in a beautiful, quiet and safe area. The house was so clean and beds were super comfortable. It’s real value for money cause you get sooo much for this rate; stunning view, safety, Dstv and stable Wi-Fi. The property just needs to improve on “self-catering” utensils in the kitchen.
- Eugene (7/5): Good - All Good. Clean and Safe The see view.
- Kathryn (7/5): Stunning views and garden area but untrached potential - Location and view Poorly-equipped - no cutting board / no wine bottle opener / bowls for salads / outdoor seating at braai area
Access management - no back door key to easily reach braai area
Outdated fittings ++++ unchanged since my 2019 stay
Poor maintenance- cracked ceiling in bathroom / broken toilet door / dingy bathroom/ old soap left over / my chest wheezed from ? mould
Hygiene checks - lots of dirty cutlery in storage drawer meant i washed everything / musty smell
Unpleasant leak at back corridor by steps made area slipping risk
- Elvira (6/5): A fair place to stay the night - Position and partial sea view even though it is an older property with no balcony from any part of the house It appears to be an old property. If the walls were to be painted white it would lift the look and it would be advisable to always allow the property to air on the day of occupation. The pillows are also incredibly hard so best to bring your own . There is also no balcony from any of the rooms or living area.
- Asanda (10/5): The perfect vacation home! - Oh what a nice welcome into the accommodation ,it is everything we wanted and more. It has become my second stay and it is home away from home. The house and location is so perfect , the view is also so perfect. Oh sis Jennifer is the nicest and warmest host ever , she made us feel so at home and made things so easy for us mostly honestly she's very good at her job and dies it with so much love.. I highly recommend this home to everyone! We are definitely coming back soon.
