• Anna (1/5): HUYE AHORA QUE PUEDES - Muy mal todo. Nos hicieron pagar por consigna de equipajes cuando eso no lo especifica en ningún lado. No tiene nada que ver con las fotos, la entrada da miedo, está sucio y es bastante ruidoso. Sino heck in por llegar a las 20h… no creo que sean las 2am ni ninguna hora así… Una experiencia para no repetir nunca Todo. No me gustó nada.

• CACM (8/5): Een aanrader! - Kleine kamer maar prima. Ideale ligging midden in het centrum. In de hoofdstraat kan er tot laat in de avond lawaai zijn en dat geldt ook voor de vroege ochtend als er allerlei spullen met karretjes worden aangevoerd.

• Ken (6/5): Confusing, unsettling location, difficult to find - I’ve stayed in over 50 locations on my two month trip, most through Booking.com. This one was the most difficult to find, and left me feeling like it’s a bit sketchy, not up to a Booking.com standard. Here’s why: 1) the address of the location is wrong on booking.com. I spent 30 minutes walking around looking for it, made two calls to the owner, who finally sent someone to find me, 2) there is NO identification on the outside of the building that would have given me any possible way of finding the place on my own. Nothing “Margot”. Two rooms, identified inside the building, down a cramped dark hallway that said “Dependance Fontanavecchia”. Nothing on the outside of the building at all. It made me feel very uneasy. Also, the second room next door was nearly blocked by a portable wardrobe and stuff piled up there. Again, it felt unprofessional. So, something should be checked out by Booking.com on this because people are going to have a really hard time with this location, and it feels like something is “off”… once inside the room, everything was fine. But the experience was the most unsettling of my entire trip, and I wondered what was going on with the owner, the name, and how they can operate with such a confusing setup for clients. I’ve included two pictures, one of the outside of the building next to the door, and one inside and down the hall.
• Cyril (6/5): Travaux d’insonorisation à faire - Chambre et salle de bain correctes, petit frigo, bouilloire thé et café à disposition. Literie de bonne qualité . Situé à quelques pas du port. Gros point noir, appartement de plusieurs chambres mal insonorisées entre elles et situées au premier étage de la rue principale donnant sur les bars et les restaurants. Impossible de dormir sans bouchons d’oreille.

Fully functional and comfortable room with nice modern bathroom, mini fridge, wifi, and everything worked as it should.

Would definitely stay here again! - We absolutely loved the location, as for cleanliness, everything was spotless except the bed quilts could use a cleaning. Beds were comfortable, shower was great! It was a bit loud in the morning due to garbage pickup. Nothing that Margot had control of.

La chica que nos atendió fue muy agradable y simpática. El problema fue que estaba mal aislado, entraba muchísimo ruido de la calle y de los vecinos de habitación, había como una puerta dentro de la misma habitación que nos separaba de los vecinos y se colaba todo lo que hablaba... Si no te molesta el ruido o puedes dormir con tapones, no debería ser un problema.

• Guillermo (9/5): Wonderful stay in Vernazza Cinque Terre - The location is great, close to everything and vibrant nightlife. Very safe, quiet room, very clean, good shower head. Staff was very attentive to our questions and found quick solutions. We recommend this property for one of two travellers. A bigger fridge could be nice, but we managed with convenient stores and bars.

• Mehmet Can (10/5): Excellent! - The owner was too kind and caring, it was a splendid experience! The room has anything you can need, the owner is fluent in English. The biggest benefit is the place of the apartment, it is on the main road, in the middle of the train station and the sea. So, you can access everything w/o any efforts.

• Louwes (7/5): Mooie locatie midden in Vernazza! - De locatie was fantastisch, midden in het prachtige Vernazza. Bed sliep prima. Airco deed het supergoed. Op 3 Minuten loopafstand van de trein. De accommodatie was moeilijk te vinden. De kamers waren erg gehorig. Je kon letterlijk horen wat de buren naast je zeiden.

• Sofia (8/5): A cute accommodation in the heart of Vernazza - It’s right in the center of Vernazza, super close to the beach and to the train station, the bed was comfortable and you had everything you need for a short stay. I really needed a fridge and there was one, but not working. Maybe some more instructions would have been nice
• Montoya (5/5): Aller à Vernazza en voiture est un fiasco. - Vernazza est une ville très encaissée, il faut laisser votre voiture à un km, et y aller à pied. Le matin les services de nettoyage sont très bruyants. Les restaurateurs en profitent un maximum, puisque vous êtes dans une sorte de cuvette.
• Lydia (10/5): Mooie schone kamer op top locatie! - Mooie, nette en schone kamer. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Ligging midden in de hoofdstraat van vernazza kan niet beter. Flexibele check-in. Mijn dag vroeg begonnen met een hike van monterosso naar vernazza. Hierdoor was ik al vroeg in vernazza. Kon gelijk inchecken en kon mijn backpack in mijn kamer achterlaten. De kamer werd op het moment schoongemaakt, maar kreeg alvast de sleutel en kon hem over 1 uur gebruiken als schoonmaak klaar was. Hierdoor zonder backpack gelijk de andere dorpjes van cinque-terre kunnen bekijken. In een woord: Geweldig! Alles beviel

• Malin (5/5): - Läget Lyhört från alla håll. Fanns en dörr in till ett annat gästrum som var mycket tunn och glipade. Golvet var mycket smutsigt. Framkom inte att att man måste ringa för att kunna checka in. Vi hittade inte var det fanns och när vi frågade visste ingen var det fanns.

Neighbor / shared door in our bedroom knocked on this door when we were just talking at a conversational level (not loud at all) in the morning. Ironically this same neighbor had on loud TV the night before - haha.

We kregen een kamer op een andere locatie dan verwacht, in de drukke Via Roma. Veel straatlawaai zowel 's avonds als 's ochtends. De kamer was klein. We moesten eerst via een tussendeur enkele treden af door een heel smal gangetje om onze kamer te bereiken. Het voelde wat claustrofobisch.

• Christina (10/5): Incredible room and location - Incredible place to stay! I loved it so much, I ended up staying longer. The host was super friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help me, even helping me with my luggage and meeting me at the station. Rooms are gorgeous, clean and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The location is perfect oo. Vernazza is such a beautiful place too, it's very close to my heart. Can't wait to come back!

• Yves (8/5): Bien situé mais très petit comme hébergement. - Un superbe acceuil de notre hôte, aimable et amicale (il y a eu une légère erreur aux niveaux des frais et elle a corrigé elle-même la situation. ) La chambre est très propre situé près de la plage. Elle a tout ce qu'il faut un grand lit très confortable, un frigo. La pièce est vraiment petite pour y accéder avec nos bagages (sac à dos) c'est très étroit. La douche et la toilette est minuscule. La vue sur la cour arrière du restaurant n'est pas très attractive.

• Sheryl (10/5): Wonderful stay in updated rooms in the heart of Vernazza - This location was better than I expected. I thought we would have to go up the hill a block or two, but it is on the main walkway from the harbor to the train station. It's above a pizza place that was not super busy. Ours was the back room so was very quiet. This is a two room place, each has a bathroom and door that locks. The back room (ours) is a bit quirky with a pivot door to the long and narrow bathroom. But it's functional. The room is comfortable in size and the bed was very good. There was air conditioning, a small refrigerator and hotpot for coffee/tea. Seemed to be remodeled recently so the decorations, floors, etc were modern and clean. It was very quiet. I really was impressed as I had stayed in a small, more traditional room about 15 years ago and had to climb 4 or 5 sets of stairs and ramps to get there. This was awesome and I would definitely book again if I return to Vernazza. Information on where it is exactly located. The staff came and met us at the plaza which was wonderful, as I am not sure we would have found it otherwise.
