• Esmeralda (10/5): De los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado - Hacía tiempo que no encontrábamos un alojamiento en condiciones como éste. Muy limpio, bien comunicado y súper cómodo. El personal que nos atendió muy profesional, y muy amable. Cuando se cuida la calidad, se nota en los resultados.

Ειχαμε καλή επικοινωνια με τον διοκτήτη ο οποίος προσπάθησε να δώσει λύσεις στα προβλήματα που συναντήσαμε στο διαμερισμα.7 Η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας ήταν σκοτεινή και αφρόντιστη. Υπήρχε θόρυβος το βράδυ και νωρίς το πρωί από τους κατοίκους των άλλων διαμερισμάτων. Ο χώρος δεν έχει επαρκή εξαερισμό ούτε φυσικό φως. Τα παράθυρα βλέπουν σε εξωτερικούς χώρους άλλων διαμερισμάτων.
• Veronica (5/5): Oké voor één nacht als je op doorreis bent. - Appartement had alle benodigde voorzieningen en ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Bedden zijn comfortabel. Appartement is onderdeel van een residentieel appartementencomplex. Het lag op de begane grond, maar leek of het een kelderbox was. Alleen kleine ramen in de slaapvertrekken, welke uitkeken op kleine binnenplaatsen van andere bewoners. Binnen was het vrij warm en vochtig en wij hebben de airco/ventilatie niet kunnen vinden.

El anfitrión tuvo varios detalles nos dejo preparado varias cosas esenciales, por menos para mi, café, leche, bebida y hasta algo para picar. Todo limpio y recogido. Muy buen trato por parte del anfitrión. La verdad que el aspecto de la entrada al bloque nos hizo saltar las alarmas, pues era desaliñado y parecía un barrio peligroso, por otro lado las ventanas de las habitaciones daban a patios que presentaban un aspecto también desagradable y con olores fuertes. Pero al entrar al piso las expectativas cambiaron a mejor ya que todo estaba muy bien decorado, agradable y limpio.

• aurignac (2/5): Très déçus de la qualité et du prix que nous avons payé ! - Les attentions laissées à notre arrivée. Les photos de l’annonce étaient flatteuses. L’appartement est en RDC, accolé à la cage d’escalier sans réelle lumière naturelle. Le bruit ! Les sons provenant de la cage d’escalier et des voisins du dessus sont extrêmement prononcés et particulièrement le soir, la nuit et au petit matin. Nous avons eu de nombreuses fois le sentiment que le plafond allait nous tomber sur la tête. Très difficile donc de trouver du repos pour toute la famille. Le lit de la chambre verte est vraiment fatigué. Le manque de lumière naturelle n’est vraiment pas agréable. Bref nous sommes extrêmement déçus de cette location qui était en plus sur un positionnement prix élevé. Nous n’aurons passé que le strict minimum de temps dans cet appartement.

• GEMA (7/5): Reformado pero con mucha humedad - El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto y muy bien situado. Tiene todo lo necesario y está bastante nuevo. Había muchísima humedad y además del deshumidificador que había que se llenaba muy rápido tuvimos que poner la calefacción. Para un par de noches pasable, pero se nota muchísimo la humedad en el ambiente y huele también a humedad.
• CHELO (8/5): - Tenía todas las comodidades, y las fotos se ajustaban a la realidad. La entrada a la vivienda que afortunadamente, una vez dentro, no tenía la vivienda nada que ver. Detalle que carece de importancia pues, una vez dentro, todo está preparado para una estancia muy agradable.
• Laura (9/5): Bilbao - El piso es magnífico, una cucada. Muy bien distribuido y cómodo. Tiene de todo!!! Estaba muy limpio. Cerquisimo de la boca del metro, a 10 minutos andando de Plaza Nueva y muy cerca de otros lugares que visitar en Bilbao.
• Vinita (7/5): - The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the amenities provided were great. Being able to park our car in a garage for €10 a day was also good. Not far walking distance to the old town and you get a little work out when you walk back due to the incline. Lots of shops nearby. Having an excellent coffee machine to make coffee each morning was a treat! It’s a little noisy at night/early morning due to being able to hear the neighbours walking about so if you’re a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The windows open to common areas as other people have mentioned. We were barely there so it didn’t bother us too much.

• Detlef (3/5): Nie wieder - Die Wohnung hatte kein Tageslicht und war extrem hellhörig. Wir haben so gut wie nicht geschlafen. Wenn Sie die lokalen Drogenhändler kennen lernen möchten, beziehungsweise das „Leben“ in der Altstadt genießen wollen, sind sie hier richtig. Teilweise sehr steiler Aufstieg, nichts für alte Leute.
• Rianne van der Steen (6/5): Mooi modern appartement maar met opgesloten gevoel! - Mooi modern appartement van binnen. Fijne kamers, slaapkamers en keuken. Fijn dat er 2 toiletten aanwezig waren. Centrum is op loopafstand en je kan gebruik maken van een parkeerplek (garage tegenover het appartement). Hiervoor moet je niet een te laag liggende auto hebben en geen dakkoffer op je auto!! De buitenzijde van het appartement is niet heel aantrekkelijk en we misten ramen voor frisse lucht. Er waren wel 3 ramen, maar deze kwamen uit op een kleine patio en dan kijk je bij andere naar binnen. Dus je hebt het idee opgesloten te zitten. Daardoor voelt alles klam/vochtig aan. Ontvangst zeer vriendelijk ondanks taalbarrière, met google vertaal kwamen we er uit!
• Claude (7/5): - Appartement rénové très propre. L'emplacement proche du métro et quartier tranquille. Possibilité d'avoir un parking privé (10€/jour) en face de l'appartement. Les voisin du dessus très bruyant surtout la nuit. Pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur s'il fait chaud. Parties communes très vétustes voir sales et pas très attrayantes pour une location. Trop de proximité avec les voisins pour laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Le vmc de la salle de bain en panne. Il n'y a pas 2 salles de bains comme indiqué mais une SDB (douche, lavabo et toilette) et une autre wc avec un petit lavabo.

• Anne (8/5): Appartement confortable et très bien placé. - Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement et le confort, surtout la literie. La place de parking juste en face est vraiment très pratique. Il se trouve à proximité d’une boulangerie. Le point faible de l’appartement est le manque de fenêtres. Elles sont très petites et donnent sur une cour sombre. Le logement est au rez de chaussée et est très sombre, la lumière naturelle ne suffit pas pour l’éclairer.

The property was nice and clean. It was not made clear that there were no windows in the property. There are two high-level windows that face onto the concrete ground of someone’s patio.
