• Mercedes (7/5): Very nice apartment, hosting not ideal - The apartment was great, spacious with everything you need. We were asked by the host how many people would be staying and we said 4 as this was the original plan. However, when we arrived, they had only prepared one double room and two beds for the kids. We were planning on using all 3 bedrooms and we couldn't as there were no sheets on the bed of the third bedroom. My friends then came with their children (we notified the hosts one day in advance as it was last minute) but we did not have sheets or towels for them. The hosts sent their cleaning crew the next day to provide these but requested extra money for this service and even though they made us pay, they did not bother making the beds (just left them on the bed) and then forgot to leave the extra towels leaving us with 4 towels for 8 people. I suggested to the host that they should ask the guests if they are planning on using all bedrooms and not decide for them where they would sleep as the rental is for the whole apartment and not just for the rooms the hosts decides to prepare.
