• William (7/5): Great for a few days away - Great location on the sea front, comfortable flat and plenty parking near to amenities.
• Ami (7/5): - Location couldn't have been better, close to the shops & restaurants & a perfect view from the lounge with the beach just across the road. Unfortunately the man upstairs is pretty noisy with unnecessary stomping around & banging on his floor.
• White (10/5): Lovely little apartment in ideal location with beautiful views out to the beach - No keys as was a coded entry Host sent us the code Central location looking out to a very clean beach Lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance Sofa not the comfiest to sit on but I'm used to recliners at home Apart from that everything was good loved lossiemouth and the weather turned out better than forecast
• Maria Victoria (7/5): - The location was perfect and the landlord was super helpful. The only small discomfort was the sofa bed. We had dsome difficulty to open it up and it was uncomfortable for our daughter had not my husband placed the cushions of the sofa underneath the mattress

• Anne Maria (9/5): Great and relaxing time .With great view from living room of the beach - The location was better than I expected. Easy for parking. The property had everything we needed, it felt like home from home. Clean and comfortable making the time spent there relaxing and enjoyable. Canot think of anything that we didn't like. If we were to be really picky all it would be is that the shower was a bit small. The thing we really did not like was that we couldn't spend more time there.

• CAROL (10/5): Very Comfortable Stay would highly recommend - Excellent flat situated right across the road from the beach. Central for everything you require for a nice break. Apartment was clean and very comfortable with all the amenities you require. Parking available at the back of the property Only fault I encountered was having to slightly tilt the blinds to prevent passersby looking in whilst walking by.

• Kenneth (8/5): Very good - Location was very good. Overlooking the promenade and on to the beach. Bus stop, shops, restaurants all nearby. Free parking. Well equipped apartment. Waste bins all full, so had to put rubbish in the public bins on the promenade.
• Kenneth (8/5): Thanks for a very Pleasant Cozy Stay in your Perfectly Located House, we definitely recommend it. - The House was perfectly placed for Shops, Pubs, Chippies and Chinese Takeaways, and right on the Beach, The Bed was extremely comfortable, the Livingroom was also very pleasant and comfortable to sit in. Having Wi-Fi and Sky Tv with Streaming Services was great for us. We liked the Door Code Entry system, it meant no key to carry about, or share The Kitchen was well planned, with all working utilities. Good parking area at the rear. Also easy to park close to the house at the front. Nice Shower. Pictures on the walls, Excellent. Ice cream shops brilliant, and Ashley the Bakers for Breakfast Rolls. Pub next door, great Food. The Heating Controls were a bit confusing, had trouble putting rubbish bags in the overfull Bins at the rear of the house because they were already full. Neighbour, explained reason why, they blamed the Council. Main livingroom light could be brighter, maybe stronger Bulb.

• Christine (8/5): Very good - Good location. Opposite the beach. Car parking to the rear and also on road parking to the front of the property. Clean and comfortable. Nice size for the two of us.
• William (9/5): A visit to friends in a property which provided all we needed. - All aspects of the property were good, lots of equipment throughout, everything that could be used was available. Very good position for coastal walks and extremely close to the beach. Overall a great location. Could not fault any aspect of the property.
• Keighley (9/5): Had a great stay at Seaview, facilities were good and had every thing in the kitchen we needed to cook. Location was exc - The location was fantastic, straight out to the beautiful beach and the little shops near by were great too! The only thing we didn’t like was that we could hear the neighbours above us who were quite noisy and the sofa with the pull out bed was a little bit uncomfortable to sit on
• Heather (10/5): The views was stunning , very quiet at night considering your on the sea front. - The apartment was spacious, clean and the book explaining everything was fantastic. We will be returning as the owner was a lovely lady, very helpful and made very welcome. Everything was their that you needed including all cleaning things. All you basically need for your stay here is your clothes. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking as you won't be disappointed. Absolutely nothing it was perfect and highly recommend

Off-street parking to the rear and well situated close to restaurants, facilities and a well stocked Co-op store 5-10 min walk. Lovely modern interior, well laid out and fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and outdoor rotary line available for use. Walk in shower and a general home from home feeling. A perfect base. A large TV with Sky, Netflix and streaming facilities available. Access to property could be better informed, as had to contact owner on arrival to get the Key code.

No email was received for instructions to gaining access to the apartment, contacted the owner and helped us out. Good access system when found out to use, saves you carrying keys

Well equipped kitchen. Only a few metres away from the bridge to the east beach in Loissiemouth. Perfect for solo travellers or a couple. Ideal location for exploring Moray including Elgin, Cullen and Findhorn Bay. Great communication from host. Would definitely use again when next in the area. Nothing

Good stock of air fresheners and toilet roll in bathroom. kitchen very well equipped Good to have washing machine old, partially melted lolly in freezer. freezer drawer kept coming off when opening lounge blinds evidence of significant dust released onto window ledge stale coffee hardened in tin and also jar unpleasant

• Dawn (9/5): Mini break away - Apartment was spotless clean, all mod cons provided. Bed exceptionally comfy. Perfect space for 1 or 2 guests. Great view, beach on your doorstep. Ground floor a bit of street noise, but that is only as I am not used to it.
