Morgens gab es einen Kaffee auf der sensationellen Dachterrasse. Für den halben Preis wäre es in Ordnung gewesen. Befindet sich auf dem höchsten Punkt mit extrem steilen Zugang. Mit schwerem Gepäck fast nur mit Auto zumutbar. Obwohl die Pension nur zur Hälfte belegt war, wurden wir im Keller ohne Aussicht untergebracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr sparsam. Die Matratzen extrem hart. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Inseln, ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Препоръчвам особенно за двойки- там е кътче, далечно , усамотено и е пълен релакс, и много, много чисто най- вече!Единствено , което малко е по трудно е изкачването до хотела! Επίσης η ταράτσα είχε πολύ ωραία θέα Γενικά δεν είναι καλά συντηρημένο. Στο δωμάτιο μας η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε κ μας δημιούργησε πρόβλημα. Το μπάνιο γενικά δεν ήταν στην καλύτερη κατάσταση, πολύ παλιό κ καθόλου άνετο. Τα λεφτά που χρεώνουν για τη διαμονή δεν αντιστοιχουν καθόλου στην ποιότητα του δωματίου μας. Ίσως να ήταν μόνο το δικό μας δωμάτιο κ το διπλανό, αλλά θα έπρεπε ή να μην τα νοικιάζουν ή να ρίξουν την τιμή κατά πολύ.

• Meliha (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at Pension Margarita for just one night before our early morning flight, and we were very satisfied. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews — yes, the room is small and doesn’t have a window, so it can feel a bit stuffy, but that’s already clear from the photos. You know what to expect when you book, so it seems unfair to complain about that afterward. In terms of cleanliness, the room was absolutely clean and well-maintained. What really stood out to us was the hospitality: we were picked up from the port and taken to the airport the next morning — all without any extra charge. That’s something you rarely experience and was truly appreciated. The rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful — we wish we had more time to enjoy it! When we arrived, we were welcomed with coffee and cake on the terrace, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. There was also an adorable elderly lady who kept speaking to us in Greek with a big smile — even though we didn’t understand much, it made the experience feel even warmer and more authentic. Overall, we found the place to be sincere, welcoming, and full of heart. Would definitely recommend for a short stay!

• Nicolas (3/5): Very disappointing stay, we are only glad it was just for 1 night - There is no reception desk. You need to call someone before you get there. Very little natural light in the bedrooms as we had rooms in the underground. A bathroom window with a view on a 2 square meter opening with the air conditioning equipment but no view on the outside world. Doors are extremely thin so you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside the room. The facilities looked like they have been unchanged since the hotel opened back in 1984 (decoration could not have been more basic). The hotel provides mini fridges in each rooms but both are rusted from the inside. The bathrooms are very old. No parking next to the hotel and it is located high in the city centre where it is extremely difficult to circulate and navigate with a vehicle. As a result it felt extremely expensive for what it was in comparison to other hotels we experienced during our stay and it even made me wonder if they should still be operating as a hotel.

• Sorin (1/5): Bad - The property is hard to reach, being situated up a hill. It is not clean at all, everything is old and nothing is taken care of. Very bad value for money, I do not recommend this place, not even for one night. One of the beds fell apart as I sat down on it, the shower was tiny and dirty.

• Kerly (4/5): A cultural experience of a family run business. - The location to town and bus was great. We also really liked the roof top views. The pick up and drop off to the airport was helpful, since the Pension is on a hill. The continental breakfast was a nice added touch. We are glad we could support a family run business. The main reason for the low score is due to the frequent power outage to the room, which meant no air conditioning in +35C weather! This was annoying especially during the night. We stayed for 7 days and the room was cleaned twice. At least we had fresh towels provided daily.

Everything war very clean. Complimentary pick up and drop off from the airport. There are many steps up to get to the hotel which was prefectly OK for me but may not be right for older people ( I'm 55) or people with legs, lungs or heart problems.
