• Alex (10/5): Soggiorno al Top a pochi passi dal centro. - Tomaz è molto disponibile ed è molto socievole. Sa consigliare molte cose su Ljubljana in merito a posti da vedere e cibo da provare. L’abitazione è pulita e in ordine. La cucina è usufruibile al 100% e Tomaz ci ha fatto trovare anche la tavola preparata con sottobicchieri, tovaglioli e trombette per festeggiare l’anno nuovo. Riscaldamento presente e ben funzionante. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti oppure in autobus in meno di 5 minuti. L’unica cosa su cui abbiamo avuto perplessità è sul fatto che nell’annuncio dovrebbe essere scritto più evidentemente che si tratta di un appartamento con più stanze, di cui una abitativa di Tomaz. È un ragazzo molto tranquillo, socievole e disponibile. Non abbiamo avuto nulla da dire con lui. Era meglio però averlo saputo prima di entrare e non trovandoci la sorpresa una volta entrati. Ultima cosa da inserire la presenza del suo cagnolino carinissimo però se qualcuno è allergico potrebbe essere un problema.

Tomaz ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und nett. - Sehr netter, aufmerksamer Gastgeber - aber nach der Beschreibung, dem Preis und den Bewertungen habe ich was anderes erwartet. Auch wenn Ljubljana insgesamt hochpreisig bei den Übernachtungen ist, war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für ein Zimmer mit gemeinschaftlichen Sanitäreinrichtungen und der Ausstattung viel zu hoch.

Der beschriebene Balkon war ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon und mit Wäscheständern voll gestellt. Auch das es für 4 Wohnungen nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad gab hat uns nicht gefallen und war aus den Beschreibung nicht deutlich zu erkennen. Wir hätten nicht gebucht, wenn wir das gewusst hätten.

Die Lage ist sehr gut für Besuch der Stadt, man ist zu Fuss in 15 Min. im Zentrum. Das Kochen war nur beschränkt möglich.

• Ruben Samuels (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - Thomaž is a great host, and gave us useful hints to visit the city and the surroundings. We had a nice stay for 4 nights. We enjoyed the comfort of having a kitchen, dish washer, washing machine and parking spot. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark due to having blinders. Lastly, there is a little dog which loves attention, which was a plus for us. We decided not to give a 10, because the hygiene could be better. Especially the toilet, bathtub and kitchen could use a deep-clean.

Ve vybavení nic nechybělo a cítili jsme se tady jako doma :) Na začátku jsme měli strach ze sdíleného prostoru, ale i ostatní hosté byli fajn a nijak nás nerušili.

Our experience right from check-in, stay/room , kitchen cleanliness, other amenities, check-out was excellent. Place offers nice breakfast option also. I would rate entire stay, experience and host Tomaz as 5 star. There is nothing that you will dislike about this place.
• Filip (7/5): Good - A quiet and clean place that is not too far from the city center. You can walk to the center in about 30 minutes. The owner was very nice and helpful. It turned out to be a roommate with the owner. We didn't expect that, but it wasn't a problem. The place mentions the possibility of parking, but it is not possible to park directly on the place, the owner only has recommendations for nearby free slinging.

The host Tomaz ensured that we felt comfortable and also gave us some tips on places to visit around. Also had a great conversation with him over a cup of tea. None! it would be unfair to say anything here. However, there's no lift to the apartment, if at all it matters.

• Gafarov (6/5): I think rooms are overpriced and owner must trust more and do not press guests in the first meeting - Getting better as long as you stay - nobody bothers you during stay. It is necessary to explain that it is one room in 3-bedroom flat with an owner. I had more expectations, but it is a quite subjective issue. Unfortunately, the first impression was spoiled by the owner requesting to pay additional city tax as soon as I entered the flat (I've to notice that it was evening rainy time and I've tired from long trip). I was planning to stay 6 days and did not expect to see such pressing regarding city tax payment (by the way, I forgot about it, as in some rooms' price it was included). I paid and did not get any receipt! (i think it was just another way to earn money) Also, was provided by the number of unnecessary rules how to stay in flat. I account all of these could be done later, just giving me some time for rest. From other dislikes - should be mentioned the limited assortment of products for breakfast, which was included into the price. And some shortcomings regarding facilities, like absence of wardrobe and TV in room (actually, they have not been indicated in room description, but they are desirable). Additionally, there is not any lighting on the floors (flat on the 2nd floor). Location is a little bit far from the main attractions - need walking of 20-30 minutes from train & bus stations.

• Eduardo (9/5): Superb - I had my booking cancelled last minute by the property I was supposed to stay at and thankfully found availability in here. Tomasz, the host, was very kind and helpful with information regarding Ljubljana and surroundings. I ended up enjoying the city and its surroundings way more than I expected, I wished I would've visited longer so I could get to do more stuff. Everything was good, actually. One minor thing was that the bathroom doorknob was a little loose and would sometimes not close correctly. I was there mostly alone (I think), so I didn't have an issue with that, but when other guests arrived, I'd have to double check that.

The room was clean and quiet, and the common balcony a very nice place to sit and watch thunder storms. The building looks a bit run down, but the initial impression is deceptive, as the apartment is in great shape.

The landlord is willing go give trip advice, and necessary help (I e. helped me to call a taxi when I just left, and shared nice spring water with me.) 1. May consider to install a light-block curtain. because the curtain doesn't block light. Basically every morning, I woke up because of sun shine.
