Mel (8/5): Good property for lots of people - Location was lovely. There was a lift in the property (which is not listed on Booking.com) which wasn't working - we weren't expecting it so it wasn't a big deal that it wasn't working ... There was a problem with one of the toilet cisterns on the first night of our stay which, when reported on Saturday morning, was very promptly fixed. This was very much appreciated. The beds were comfy and the heaters effective. There was a lovely balcony around 3 of the 4 sides of the house, with four access points. One door was unlocked when we arrived so we could access the balcony through it but none of the keys we were supplied with worked on the doors. While annoying, given it was winter this wasn't that much of a problem, but was annoying.
Melissa (8/5): Very good - The house was spacious and comfortable for our group. We did not feel crowded and it was definitely clean and tidy. The house was close to the beach and shops which made this convenient
