• Piotr (10/5): - Ładny apartament blisko dworca. Jeśli ktoś traktuje La Spezię jako bazę wypadową - idealna lokalizacja. Ale nawet znad zatoki mieszkanie jest w zasięgu spaceru. Jeśli wrócimy do La Spezia chętnie zamieszkamy tu ponownie. Było drobne niedociągnięcie, ale reakcja gospodarza znakomita. Polecam!

• CYRIL (8/5): Nice appartment Next to train station la Spezia - Near station la Spezia less than 1 km so very convenient for visits and coop supermarket is also nearby . Spacious room. Moka coffee machine (bring your grounded coffee) . 2 TVs . No micro wave . Noisy street from the bedroom . Very important to inform owners if bringing a dog as I received many messages after failing to do so .

• Cristina (8/5): - Alojamiento super bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando de la estación de tren para poder visitar Cinque Terre. Muy funcionaly el dueño está pendiente todo el rato de que no falte de nada. Buena estancia!

• Ruben (8/5): This stay was absolutely amazing! - The apartment was very clean and the ac was perfect in the heat! Very fresh toilet and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very close to the train station, only about 350 meters which was very nice! There could be some more facilities and it would also be nice with two keys, otherwise I can’t think of anything!

• Laura (8/5): Ok - It is very close to the train station from where you can easily reach Cinque Terre villages. The apartment is quite big and the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment was quite dusty and a lot of car noise can be heard from the street.

• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - The property is close to the train station, which was a plus for us as we travelled by train from/to Pisa and to Cinque Terre. The location is clean and Paolo is a great host. He made sure we have everything we need. The train station is close to the apartment, hence we could hear the train at night.
• Lyubomir (10/5): Unforgettable holiday - The appartment is great, it is newly furnished and renovated. The bathroom is nice, bright and clean. The living room and kitchen are very comfortable. The bed is comfortable and big enough. The appartment size is appropriate for a family of 3 or 4. Location is great - 10 min walking distance to the city centre and even closer to the train station. You can easily reach Cinque Terre by train. We travelled with a car and Paolo ensured we have a parking spot just few minutes from the appartment. Great and easy communication with our host - Paolo. La Spezia and Cinque Terre are great! Unforgettable holiday!
• Iryna (10/5): Great stay and excellent vslue for money! - Newly furbished and well maintained appartment, comfortable enough for 4 people, in reality appears bigger than on the pictures! Super convenient location, 5 min walk to the train station. If you come in high season / holidays - highly recommend to use the option of private parking. Would be great to have a hairdryer.

The location is very convenient for those who would like to reach Cinque Terre by train from La Spezia. Various breakfast opportunities can be found nearby.

• Camila (10/5): Delightful time - Definitely the best place to stay in La Spezia if you are planning to visit Cinque Terre and all the cities around. The apartment is freshly renewed, feels like home with all the kitchen appliances, 2 Tvs(1 in the bedroom) Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, very spacious. In the end, I felt it was just the best choice. In 5 minutes you are at the train station, more 5 minutes you are in the city center of La Spezia which is also a nice place to walk around. To add it up the host Paolo is so hospitable, asking if you needed anything and answering fast your questions. I would definitely recommend to everyone that want a smooth and unconcerned place to stay. Grazie Mille Paolo, See you next time.
• Mine (10/5): Highly recommended - The flat is 5 minutes walk to the train station and 10 mins to town centre which is handy if visiting Cinque Terre. It is a lovely, very clean flat. It feels like recently renovated. Great host, good communication! I will highly recommend and stay here again. Both bed sheets were polyester which didn’t feel nice at all. This was the only let down about the flat. Even though there was a coffee machine, we were unable to make coffee. We had coffee with us wanted to use the percolator which was not inductive hence couldn’t use it with the inductive hob.
• Jacek (10/5): Great, newly renovated and fully equipped appartment. - Newly renovated appartment. Fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine but no dishwasher). Air conditioning. No suitable for bicycles. (Do not park bicycles on the street - there was a locked bicycle without a rear wheel on the street). Building staircase and hall require renovation.

• Akciit (10/5): Perfect and modern apartment - Everything…its very modern apartment, clean and nicely located near the train station, bakery, pizzeria, grocery shop etc. Wifi is fast and there is smart tv too. Host is very helpful and replies to all questions quickly.
