• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - The place is well located, very close to the Kutaisi bus stop that was exactly what we needed. The room had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful, thank you! It’s worth mentioning that the bathroom gets a bit wet after shower as there is no shower curtain.

• Warachen (8/5): satisfying stay, close to the only biggest supermarket of the town - The room looked modern, clean with all necessarities. The host is friendly and took good care, fast reply on the messages. It is not so easy to take public transport, it is provided but no explanation witch one to take. There are minivans all over the town, you can take everywhere, cheap, just dont't know where they go as drivers not speak english and in a hurry. ( nr 20,1 go to town)
• Ajay (1/5): Booking com team should make changes (either to confirm if it’s hostel or entire apartment when someone book it). - We booked the entire apartment, because the apartment offers 2 bedrooms. We were 2 single (male and a female) so we couldn’t sleep on the same bed in one room. We booked the whole apartment because of 2 rooms. But the landlord refused to give key to second room. He said we booked one room, his mobile application says 2 rooms, my application says 2 rooms. But still he won’t give us second room. So he made us to cancel the booking and leave. Booking.com team needs to confirm if other people in future won’t get into situation like this. You can’t imagine the situation in strange country, Right at spot when they ask you to cancel the booking and leave, it’s not nice at all to a foreigner who came to your country to spend some money to help you grow your economy. I won’t recommend this property to anyone in my circle.

Shops were near , laundry area balcony kitchen everything was provided The washroom was super wet always ,tiny insects in washroom . Mattress of the bed was not comfortable, beeline signal issues and little far from city centre ,room was cozy and small
