• Paul (3/5): We didn’t enjoy this place AT ALL Booking.com should inspect it and lower the price. - There was no breakfast, only a microwave, water and a few apples outside the room in the hallway. The facility is not a hotel nor an Air B&B. Most of it: the rooms are small -the second day we had to move to an even Smaller room, with one tiny cabinet for our things and no room to unpack Our suitcases. It is one apartment turned into a four room affair that is much too high priced. The owner can be reached by telephone, the operation is run by a Good willing young msn who hardly understood us.

• Paulina (10/5): Lugar centrico y cercano a Termini - El Wifi era gratuito y el lugar muy céntrico a 3 cuadras de Termini. Nos permitió recorrer diversos lugares a pie y también llegar rápidamente al terminal al momento de irnos. La habitación era cómodo y fácil de acceder, otorgando privacidad para un espacio pequeño. El proceso de checkin fue un poco engorroso, ya que la persona que nos recibió nos decia estar afuera cuando en realidad llegó varios minutos después al lugar. Sus instrucciones no fueron del todo claras respecto al check-out, teniendo que consultar varias veces por interno.

• Gheorghe (5/5): Nu o să ne mai întoarcem niciodată la această locație și nici nu o să o recomandăm. - Autobuzul 71 chiar din fața blocului și merge în centru. Chiar de la început am fost foarte dezamăgiți de locație care se află într-un bloc la etajul doi, din două apartamente au fost modificate și au rezultat camerele ce sunt închiriate, acestea sunt foarte micuțe 5 m lungime și în jur de 2,5 m lățime, din acest spațiu este compartimentată și o baie de 3 mp . De la intrare în bloc și până la etajul doi se poate observa tencuiala de pe perete căzută și miroase foarte tare a mucegai, același miros este și în apartament. Zona în care se află locuința este foarte dubioasă. Check-inul este la ora 14.00, noi am ajuns la ora 14.30 și l-am găsit pe proprietar într-o mizerie de nedescris, am solicitat să ne arate cum arată camera și ne-a spus că nu este pregătită și să ne întoarcem peste o oră, camera care urma să fie pusă la dispoziție se afla într-un spațiu cu hol comun, când a observat dezamăgirea de pe chipul nostru ni s-a pus la dispoziție o altă cameră cu intrare separată. La plecare ni s-a cerut să facem evaluarea și să-i acordăm nota maximă, considerăm că evaluarea acestei proprietăți nu este cea reală, proprietarul cerșind o evaluare maximă.

On dort très bien. Rien de particulier à signaler, tout s’est bien passé.

Host was lovely and provided fresh fruit and water bottles that were replenished daily. Tea, coffee and kettle all provided as well. Offered cleaning if required. Smart Tv with netflix was great for down times. Would definitely stay again! Thank you friend

Termini station is six minutes by foot bus stop is in front of the building. Akash, the employee is very helpful. It would have been better if they add some selves in the cupboard and some hangers too.because there is really no place to put the clothes.
