Il posto è accogliente e curato, ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stata l'estrema disponibilità del proprietario. Un ringraziamento particolare va proprio a lui per la sua gentilezza e per averci fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Consigliatissimo a chiunque cerchi un'accoglienza genuina e un ambiente rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Šárka (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. It’s very practical and has everything you need for cooking, which we really appreciated. The washing machine and dryer were a huge bonus – especially if you’re traveling and need to wash and dry your clothes quickly. The location is great, just about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. We would definitely recommend this studio and would happily stay here again.

• Bernd (8/5): Praktische und zentrumsnahe Ferienwohnung - Eine schöne und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, fußläufig zum Zentrum von Svolvaer. Alles sehr sauber, in der Küche konnten wir gut kochen und auch dort essen. Toll waren Waschmaschine und Trockner, nach 2 Wochen konnten wir so die gebrauchte Wäsche waschen. Check in völlig reibungslos, aber leider sehr anonym. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist okay. -

• Lucas (10/5): Top Ferienwohnung am Stadzrand von Svolvær - Zweckmäßige, saubere Ferienwohnung mit Dusche, Fernseher, sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Sehr clever eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles, was man benötigt (auch Wasserkocher) vorhanden. Check-In und Check-out war absolut unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Trail zum Djevelporten und ca 25 min von der Innenstadt entfernt. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, habe ich jedoch nicht benötigt. -

Bagno impeccabile pulitissimo con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Dispone anche di una cucina con forno elettrico, fornello , frigo e bollitore . Voglio condividere un mio pensiero di gratitudine per il proprietario della casa che è stato gentilissimo e super paziente Perché gli ho chiesto il check in anticipato di 4 o 5 ore quando mi trovavo in un momento un po' così. Era il mio ultimo giorno di permanenza alle Lofoten , e proprio quel giorno non stavo per niente bene. In quei giorni aveva piovuto e c'era piuttosto fresco e con vento fortissimo . Cosi mi sono ammalato di un brutto raffreddore. Il proprietario Eskil è stato molto comprensivo e mi ha fatto entrare nella camera in anticipo per riposare un po . Grazie davvero . Niente

• 용수 (10/5): - 2명이 사용하기엔 최적의 방미네요. 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 배낭여행객에게는 최고입니다. 시내에 위치해 있고 슈퍼도 가깝고 주변에 프뤠야 등 트레킹 명소도 있어서 금상첨화입니다. 구글에 숙소 위치가 나오지 않아 찾아가는데 조금 헤멨네요. 주소로 등록하고 가니 바로 나왔고, 리셉션 간판이 없어서 주민이 안내해 줘서 찾았네요.

• Milena (9/5): Struttura in ottima posizione per breve sosta. - La struttura è più carina di quanto mostrato nelle Lofoten. Accogliente e minimal, contiene l’essenziale per trascorrere una buona permanenza. Ottima posizione per una sosta di una notte alla scoperta delle Lofoten. Inoltre è presente la lavatrice ed asciugatrice con detergente a disposizione. Servirebbe un tappetino per il bagno, un punto di appoggio nel bagno ed uno specchio grande e sarebbe perfetta. Manca il microonde.

• Michel (10/5): - Très bon accueil personnalisé et excellente communication. Logement en excellent état, très propre et équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Situé au calme à Svolvaer, ville qui constitue un excellent point de départ pour les visites, excursions et randonnées. Le centre ville est à 5 minutes en voiture et à 19 minutes à pied sur un chemin dédié aux vélos et piétons. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons pleinement.

• Paolo (10/5): Appartamento perfetto - Disponibilità dell'host in generale e la sua generosità. Ho atteso qualche giorno a valutare visto che è la mia prima volta in Norvegia. Devo dire che tra tante strutture che addebitano qualsiasi cosa (lenzuola, lavaggio biancheria) Svolværgeita fornisce lavatrice e asciugatrice gratis (detersivo compreso), in casa c'è tutto (cucina attrezzatissima), televisore con Netflix, letti comodissimi, prezioso ingressino per lasciare scarpe e zaini. Ma non basta: avevamo un'auto elettrica presa se noleggio e l'host ce l'ha fatta caricare gratis al suo cavo di ricarica!! Praticamente ci ha regalato 300 km di viaggio! Altra cosa: se vi interessa l'hiking di Fløya, il sentiero parte praticamente dietro casa, mentre per il centro città sono 10 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo! Nulla, tutto ok

The newly added washing machine, dryer, and smart TV were a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more convenient. Cleanliness is another major highlight, everything was spotless. • Benny (10/5): The host is a very nice and honourable gentleman, he fixed any discrepancy. A very happy stay. - The host is an entrepreneur, so his time is flexible, he can come home to meet to provide keys personally. As I am the first customer to stay at his place, the host is receptive to my feedback and comments how to improve the stay, ie, to install hooks for jacket on bedroom door and a small closet with coat hangers, add a small dining table with 2 chairs, add a picture of the property as seen from the road, add description how to get to his property, etc. He installed a jumbo sized smart TV in the bedroom. As a foreigner driving in snowy and without daylight conditions, can be challenging to find the property for the first time and gps or google map can be confusing as the street address is Jektveien it is like a starfish with 5 branches or tentacles, only 1 accessible from E10 (the other two although appear accessible from E10 but they are not). The property doesn't have street number, but it is a big white 2 story house. To enter the street address, there is only one entrance from Highway E10.
