Guest Reviews
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rui (4/5): Will not be there again. - You get what you pay for. Location is shady. Everything there is damaged.
- Ann (8/5): Had a lovely stay but the owners need to send the codes out on time or meet the customers when they arrive as we couldn’ - Large well laid out property with very comfortable beds and good powerful showers and well equipped with everything we needed especially cooling towers which were a blessing to use just before bed There was a smell as you walked in the block and apartment but it did clear when the doors and windows were open .
- Candice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Quan (8/5): Very good -
- Connor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paige (4/5): Was cheapest during Manchester marathon weekend but wouldn’t stay again - Good location, easy access, spacious, easy communication Smell. Bed sheets hadn’t been washed & smelt stale & used. Duvet was paper thin & the pull out sofa bed had just a thin pad blocking the under bars. Confetti over the floor from a previous stay & mouldy cups.
We were told we would get charged for the towels if we got makeup on them, so we didn’t use them. Strange to say the apartment was how it was.
- Zoe (1/5): Needs tweaking to be good but no reason why it cant be 10/10 with minimal effort / cost needed. - Location was good distance for walking to Manchester centre and AO arena. Toom us half an hour and lots of shops/bars/restaurants along the way.
On site parking facilities were a massive selling point for us!
Apartment size was fab for what we needed with 2 double rooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Bery comfortable and adequate sizing.
Arrival time was an hour earlier and was approved, which was great for our 3.5 hour journey.
Local convenience shop on the door step, cheap and plentiful. Unfortunately, we didn't end up staying, we committed to driving home 3.5 hours after seeing the show at AO arena.
On arrival, we noticed the strong smell of cannabis throughout the building. This was not a deal breaker on our part for leaving but wasn't a great first impression.
We then had a few difficulties entering with all the doors and codes being confusing, but we did get these resolved and managed to gain access.
We had conflicting messages saying check out was 11am, then a message saying 10 am. We were told to make contact by call about using on-site parking but never received a response to the call made or the message asking after.
We asked about wifi as the signal was poor and never got a response. I called the property and passed the details of the manager who did not answer.
Then we got into the apartment. The 2 fire alarms were damaged with wires just hanging from the ceiling.
The cleanliness was 0, and filthy - eve a crisp packet tucked under the bed, i assume from previous stays, the kitchen wasn't clean. We cleaned all handles and doors. Dinning chairs had that much dirt and grime build up along the edge, dust on shelving inchs thick.
Ripped duvet covers and the hot water that was ridiculously hot and scaulded one of us - no warning of exceptionallly high temps and no working fire alarms was the final straw for us.
- Jenkins (8/5): Very good -
- Jane (8/5): Very good - Great location and free parking, apartment kitchen was well equipped and beds very comfortable. Coffee tea and sugar were provided. Apartment was warm and comfortable We took our own towels as we got a message before check in to not get makeup on them or our card would be charged. I've not experienced this before! Difficult to find which key pad and external door to use, probably made worse because it was dark when we arrived. Very confusing messages about check out time, the first said 10 to 12, the second said 10 to 11 and the 3rd said 10am!!
- Mc (10/5): Exceptional - I could not be any happier with the apartment, I loved the home feel and it was clean.
Beds were comfortable and the apartment is huge. There is everything you need available and safe parking. Nice was to the town centre.

- Harry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hamza (9/5): Superb - Apartment was good Nice and warm free parking
- Callum (9/5): Superb -
- Dominic (10/5): Exceptional - Host was on time, friendly and informative. Apartment was definitely a bit tired but it was clean and tidy, perfect to put your head down for the night! Location is a bit in limbo but Ubers are only 10 mins from either old Trafford or city centre so that would be being picky
- Tareq (8/5): Good - Clean and big for 4 people The access was not easy so the owner had to come down with angry face claiming he had been working.
- Dhashi (8/5): Very good - Clean, warm, comfortable. 2 showers. Well equipped. Easy check in. Also parking available Unsure about location but we drove/uber everywhere
- Shelley (4/5): Fine for a night - It was in good proximity to central Manchester.
Car park was convenient.
The flat itself was good overall, spacious, 2 bathrooms. Very sketchy feeling building. It felt like it was falling apart. In serious need of help!
The flat was clean overall, but there was spots that need help (corners with mold or breaking foundation, mold on the shower curtain, etc). We only used one of the bathrooms as the other secondary one didn't look clean (we are sure it actually was clean, just the look of it put us off) and there was unsecure ground by the shower.
- Sulaiman (6/5): Pleasant -
- Coleman (9/5): Superb -
- Zak (1/5): Stay here for one night and one night only. Do not stay for any longer. - I liked the price, that was all. No smoke alarm. Dirty entrance and surrounding areas. Multiple lightbulbs out. Doors missing.
- Angelique (7/5): Only all it was a good stay. - The kitchen facilities, more than 1 bathroom. Towels were rough,
- Emma (9/5): We all had a lovely time:) - How spacious it was, it was like home to home and we had a lovely time. The rooms were big and we had a bathroom each:) Some things weren’t clean such as the table, and the sofa. The dining chair had rips in and some things had stains on them but the beds were very clean.
- Mccarthy (9/5): Superb -
- Jessica (9/5): Great apartment - The apartment is clean, spacious and modern, the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was friendly and helpful and made self check in very easy. It's well located with bus stops nearby and a tram stop a short walk away. Nothing really, we found it had everything we needed.
- Nik (9/5): Superb -
- Laura (9/5): Superb -
- Phil (1/5): Dreadful - Dangerous area
Unable to get access
Unsafe car park
Uncontactable
- Amiira (7/5): Good - Josh is very welcoming and they can accommodate us the space to drop our luggage before check-in time in which it allows us to explore the city earlier. The house is okay but the parking lot gives a lot of first impression impact. To me, the parking space is very dirty and the maintenance (I know that the owner doesn’t have much authority to fix this but) should take action on it as it will make us to give negative feedbacks because we doubt about the safety there.
- Hafizal (9/5): Superb -
- Ben (9/5): Superb -
- Chloe (8/5): Very good - It seemed clean, and the guy was lovely. The gate for the car park had to be opened by him and he was available til quite late for us. All the doors and gates have codes just for the people staying there it was very secure. I noticed there wasn't any working fire alarms which was slightly worrying but other than that everything was perfect.
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - It was spacious comfortable and very cosy.

- Sana (8/5): Very good -
- Sana (8/5): Overall very good. - We had a very comfortable stay there, Location was central and very accessible, appartment itself good and had all basic things a tourist might need. Extra comforters and pillows very helpful as a big family and kids, basic kitchen stuff like tea bags, sugar, oil, coffee available in kitchen. Untidy appartment building and surroundings and no access to open parking gate ourselves and need to text property to open.
- Samantha (7/5): Good - Spacious apartment, two bathrooms and very clean throughout.
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Sian (1/5): the worst we’ve had with booking.com. our 4 children were actually scared. we couldn’t wait to leave first thing - nothing to like the apartment was VERY disappointing. it was dirty on the floors and carpets. smoke alarms all disconnected. all electric sockets were loose on the plug sockets. most of the spot lights were disconnected. the shower room was horrific. holes badly filling in on the walls. a door missing on the kitchen/living area. the property hall way was stinking, walls all stained and carpets filthy. the maximum height limited on the car park was wrong so we damaged our VW roof.
- Svetlana (8/5): Very good - Located in a very quiet area of Manchester, the apartment has everything that one would need for a short trip to the city. Nothing.
- Asad (8/5): Very good -
- Emily (9/5): Superb - We had a great stay the room was great and looked amazing and clean. Didn't like that you had to keep ringing up to be let in and out of the carpark.
- Aamir (9/5): Superb -
- Monique (8/5): Very good -
- Monique (8/5): Very good -

- Anonymous (5/5): The apartment and area was as expected for the price, I was disappointed by the oven being broken though. - Secure car park, spacious apartment, spare towels and bedding, 2 sofa beds Oven didn’t work, have to call the owner to get in and out of car park, facilities basic, area not the best but that was expected.
- Amin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monika (7/5): Good -
- Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (1/5): Very poor value for money and would not recommend at all. - We visited Manchester for a tour of Old Trafford Stadium so location of the property was somewhat close enough. Comms with the host on the day were good as he provided the entrance details including codes, along with WiFi details via Whatsapp. But that's all the positive I can share. Where do I start?? The gate to the carpark isn't automatic or code locked and requires opening by remote so we had to call the host to have him open it for us remotely, so you could be waiting as we did for upto 10 minutes or more depending on the time of day. The same process also applies to exiting the carpark. There is only Permit Holder parking around the property so if you are driving then you need easy access to the carpark.
Getting into the property using the door codes provided is straightforward enough. The block of apartments is shabby and in much need of maintenance.
Once inside the property we found it to be in a poor state of repair and surfaces weren't very clean (grimy and dusty). Light ceiling fittings aren't well maintained and some door handles/locks were hanging off. Mirrors and TV were not clean at all. The bedrooms are of a good size but the mattresses are very uncomfortable, you can feel every spring. The bedding was also of a cheap quality. There are two fire/smoke alarm casings but not operational.
The bathrooms were also not clean enough with mould present around tiles, taps, shower and the shower curtain was gross in the ensuite bathroom. The floor in the small toilet/shower room has a defect that should be looked into as someone could go through it!!
It's a shame because the property is a good size but needs some TLC to make it way more presentable than it is, although the location itself is far from appealing and would not recommend.
- Shahzad (8/5): Very good - The guy Josh was very very helpful
- Viktors (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carmen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Lakshmana (7/5): Better service and cleanliness - Flat has all facilities re kitchen Bed room and Bathroom. No lift.
Parking, surroundings, stairs and passages are not clean.
Exit from parking is remote controlled gate to which the guest has no access. We need to call the boy who responded promptly only 50% of times. Either wait for 5 or more minutes, or use if someone is using the gate or park outside the gate.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- John (4/5): good for a night and it’s roomy but the location is a bit scetchy - two bath rooms and can accommodate a group of 4 ppl it’s a bit worn and could use a update on the furniture, the lights needed replacement.
- Mirga (7/5): was good apartment for the money we paid - The host was very friendly and he looked after us.
our check in time was suppose to be for 3pm, but we have tried to arrange earlier check in because we was arriving in Manchester for 8am and the host was very helpful and understanding and managed to help us out and checked us in earlier, h
the apartment it self was very clean and tidy the host really did try his hardest with clean towels clean bed sheets, we wasn’t disappointed and we will definitely come back
Thank You 🙏
- Jennifer (2/5): Nice host, but apartment needs a refresh - The communication with the host went very well and he even kindly stayed up late to let us into the garage (the gates can only be opened remotely from his phone) The apartment is in a grubby block of flats and very run-down. The photos do not represent the current situation. The flat was not clean, in the fridge there was still the remains of an overflown milk bottle and the freezer needs to be defrosted. The walls are very thin and the above neighbours were very loud (there were children running up and down nonstop until midnight).
- Sam (8/5): Very good -
- Ryan (9/5): Very impressive on host’s response time. Nice big apartment. Will defo return. - Easy information to get into property. Host was very informative, very clean tidy and bigger than expected. Would defo use again.
- Mhd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Moogi (10/5): Exceptional - The host was friendly and polite. N/A
- Kathleen (10/5): I would definitely stay there again staff were helpful on phone - Spacious clean modern kitchen has all what you need comfortable beds very clean all round had to ring up for help to get code and into carpark the po erson we spoke to on phone was very helpful The door handles into bathroom need fixing and a ceiling light cover in big double room need pushing back up hide wire both are easy to be fix asap really no hand towels or a bath mat for safety reason not to slip .
- Digby (5/5): Passable -
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Haslizah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neve (2/5): not as expected - check in was at 3, we got there and the man was waiting for a double bed to be delivered so he could put it up. we had to go out until he messaged us to come back. the area was not the greatest and you could hear everything

- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Will (10/5): Good accommodation for the money - Good value for money, lots of space (good for multiple guests) found the bed very comfy, 2 toilets, 2 showers & surprised by the size of the bath! The kitchen had all the amenities, secure carpark Overall pretty good, Nothing terribly wrong, access to the carpark gate I found strange, had to call the host \ a person to open it every time you wanted access in or out (not sure of the reason for this) but for that could be an issue if using a car at obscure times, and the area didn't look particularly appealing on first appearance (and the views out the windows aren't appealing but not there for the views, there for the sleeping) but it was quiet and not a bad 15-25 min walk into the city, these are small things overall it was pretty good experience, would like to of stayed longer to get my money's worth but was only a short overnight trip
- Beverly (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Towels provided. Hairdryer and fans provided. Tea coffee and sugar were provided. Need your own milk. Supermarket round the corner. Secure parking. Video sent to us on how to get through all the locked doors. Rang and they let us in and out of parking. The area wasn't fantastic. Thin walls.
- Sophie (10/5): Amazing, would return back, highly recommend - Everything
