It was great to have our own parking space right next to the property. The quality and quantity of bathroom towels was beyond what I would expect, and a bonus to have soaps and shower gel provided - better than many hotels. The complimentary snacks and drinks were very thoughtful

The owner had thought of everything. We thought the hamper and bottle of Prosecco were a really lovely touch. We liked it so much that we didn’t want to leave.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Nicely furnished and well-appointed flat in the centre of Woolacombe, 2 minutes from the amenities and the beach. But also quiet with private parking. A lovely hamper on arrival. The heating was a bit tricky to regulate - we are used to a timed system that comes on and goes off on a schedule. No big deal as the flat was warm.

The host was great at answering my questions ahead of our visit and left a generous welcome hamper, which was especially kind as we were only staying for two nights. The price was very reasonable given that it was the school holidays. The only small downside was that our long-wheel base vehicle didn't fit in the available parking space. We were aware of this prior to arriving and the hosts were great at providing us information about alternative parking options

• Kirsty (10/5): Fabulous modern property in a perfect location. - Clean, modern … everything felt new. Tasteful decoration and lots of space. Big walk in shower and outside showers for the wetsuits. The owners had left a hamper for us with milk, Prosecco, chocolate, crisps, juice, tea and coffee . There were all your essentials too, including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cloths etc. The property was central to everything in Woolacombe. It was probably cost a little more than we would have liked to spend but you are getting a top notch property in a central location with a parking space. Nb. If you like a soft pillow I would bring your own.
