Breve viaggio in famiglia a Bologna, invogliati dalle ottime - e ora possiamo dire meritatissime - recensioni abbiamo scelto questo alloggio. Appartamento nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort e anche di più. Pulito e profumato, in posizione tranquilla accanto ad uno splendido parco lungo il Reno. Il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo su tutto. Che dire, quando torneremo a Bologna sarà la nostra casa! Grazie di tutto Ettore 🤗 Tutto perfetto

• Mirca (10/5): Accogliente e funzionale, come essere a casa - Sono stata due giorni per preparare un concorso quindi ho vissuto a pieno l'appartamento: l'ambiente è molto accogliente e studiato nei dettagli e la zona cucina super fornita di qualsiasi cosa (tostapane, microonde, moka ma anche macchina per espresso e bollitore, mini lavastoviglie, barbecue fuori, ecc..) bagno grande pulitissimo e finestrato. Fantastico il "terrazzo", ben arredato e illuminato perfetto per rilassarsi, leggere e volendo mangiare all'aperto. Plus: oste disponibile e molto gentile e ingresso a un parco con lungo fiume dove fare belle passeggiate a meno di 100 metri di distanza. Consigliatissimo!

• Alejandra (1/5): An absolute disaster, avoid staying here at all costs if you value your privacy and safety. - This was the most distressing stay I’ve had in 17 years of travel. The host advertised free airport transfer which they refused to provide - when I asked about the transfer, he mocked my booking price (which I don’t set) and suggested I cancel — even though it was non-refundable, and advertised air conditioning and wifi, both of which were intentionally withheld from us during our stay. The host monitored us inside the apartment in real time. When we turned on the aircon (listed as included), he sent aggressive messages demanding we only use it at 20°C or be charged. He later insisted someone would enter the flat to set the temperature when we weren’t there which made us feel very unsafe. He repeatedly threatened to call police over the city tax, despite us never refusing to pay. He cut the Wi-Fi for 2 days and blamed me for not replying “correctly.” He sent audios saying if we didn’t obey, he’d “turn everything off.” When I reported this to Booking.com, he laughed, saying my review wouldn’t matter. But it does. My husband and I are pursuing legal advice for breach of privacy and false advertising. Save yourself the headache and avoid this listing at all costs, there are much better options in Bologna.
• Явор (9/5): Superb - Everything was 👌. Very warm welcome by the host and despite we did not meet each other we were in continuous communication on the chat. Very explanatory person who made our vacation start awesome 👌 I recommend the place with no doubts and will visit it again when traveling to nord Italy.
• Justine (10/5): Cozy and clean room with a great host and close to the bus line - Ettore was a great host and the room was so cute and spacious! Extremely clean and there were a variety of snacks, coffee, juice, yogurt, sparkling water, and even ingredients for cooking left for us in the kitchen and fridge :) The location is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop, so we had no problem getting into town everyday. This is not the fault of Futura at all, just an FYI if you want to do public transport: If you are taking the bus in 2025, be aware that while going to town via bus in the mornings is very easy, getting back at night may be a little harder because they are constructing a new tram line in Bologna, so the routes are all mixed up. I would suggest taking a taxi or the train back in the evenings (the train stop is also 5 min walk from the house). Ettore was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed, and even gifted us some fresh mozzarella from his recent trip to Naples! Nothing, everything was perfect :)

• James (10/5): 5 star hotel like apartment, excellent condition, very comfortable bed and very responsive. - This apartment was like a 5 star hotel room! Very clean and like new. Breakfast items with fresh juice, milk cereal and breads was quite nice. Wifi worked well. Owner was excellent in communicating numerous times with us that helped tremendously in routing us in a unfamiliar town from the train station and offering to help find a place to eat on Sunday which turned out just grand at CioVIP1. I can’t say enough about how engaging the owner was to ensure we had a great experience I had a little trouble finding the wifi and turning on the AC, maybe a note on the table would help. But I blame myself for that not the owner…

• Mary (10/5): Great location for visiting Bologna or to the airport. Wonderful host and spotless apartment! - This property was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the airport and an easy drive to get there after arriving in the evening. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a rental car and parking was no problem. The apartment is spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a very nice size and the owner was easy to reach and very responsive. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

• Cabulea (10/5): Perfect - The location is located in a quiet place. It is close to public transport. Ettore and his wife were the perfect hosts (I have never met such hosts before). The information to check in was very clear and easy to unlock the key. Everyday Ettore write me to check how i feel with suggestions what to visit, about transportation. Everything was great the vacation was too short :D

Safe and secure with a great, spacious bathroom. Comfortable beds and great size for a quick stay. All you need for Bologna. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was great for us because we had an early flight the next day so less than 10min drive to the airport. We would book and stay here again. Thank you! N/A

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Modern excellent location easy to reach by public transport from the city centre. It wasn’t missed that there where all the ingredients to make spaghetti bolognaise left for me so as I was on a Olof a I gave it a go. Some ingredients had to be foraged from the garden ie basil and chilli. A nice touch which made a fantastic nights stay all the better. You won’t find better accommodation in zBologna and I will be back next year. Thank you
• Magdalena (7/5): Good - The apartment has everything you need and is located convinetely for people with a car. There’s a lot of insects inside - mosquitoes and may beetles. Might be good to invest in a mosquito net. The TV didn’t work but the host informed us beforehand. Some dishes were not clean but there was a dishwasher so perhaps they weren’t double checked by the staff.
• Ayt (10/5): Exceptional - Even if you stay just for a night, Futura is a great choice. The apartment is nit, clean, modern, recently renovated and offers everything to make your stay comfortable. It is located within Bologna surronding in a very nice village next to a river and beautiful English like garden. By the way I had a very nice barefoot walk over there :-). It is also very close to Airpot, the taxi ride was only 12 euros. We haven't met thel host, but were in touch with him very quickly. Thank you :-). I am sure I will be back another time.
