• Michael (1/5): Nightmare booking - stay away - This property is managed by a company named "Alloggio Group" (look up their reviews on Google). As soon as I booked this property their call centre (in the Philippines) contacted me a dozen times in two days (phone calls, messages, SMS), they demanded my personal email address (so they can contact/spam you outside of booking.com) and demanded scans of my credit card and ID despite the fact I had already paid in full and am verified by booking.com. They refused to send me details regarding how to access the property until I gave them my personal email address and scanned those documents for them (alarming considering how common data breaches are these days). I reluctantly gave them my personal email address (big mistake) but still refused to send those documents (if they want a bond they can do that through booking.com). I contacted booking.com support who advised them that I was correct and that they shouldn't be asking guests for personal emails, nor should they be asking for credit cards & ID documents outside booking.com. I was only given the details on how to access the property the day before I arrived. Only because I got booking.com support involved and threatened Alloggio Group with the ACCC. Unfortunately they still have my email address, and spam me with emails about staying at their other properties. The accommodation itself was nothing special. It's a house close to Chinamans Beach but a long walk from Hyams Beach, some of the walls and floorboards are paper thin (cheap renovation). But the actual booking experience, harassment, and spam afterwards warrants an investigation by booking.com and was quite stressful. Buyer beware.
• Colin (8/5): Great weekend spent here with family - Location and view were amazing A few items of furniture and carpet were starting to get a little old
• Kanchana (9/5): if the toilet was separate or ideally an additional toilet (separate) would have made this 10/10 - well thought & organised. lots of cutlery lots of linen (bed & bath) only 1 toilet for 4 bedroom & that too toilet, shower & sink all in 1. for 6 people, 1 bathroom/ toilet was difficult. if 1 person goes for shower, others have to wait to use toilet & brush teeth. also the property perhaps is not for 6 people, the living & dining is so cramped. even though 2 seaters * 3 sofa, 1 sofa does not face tv because no space. They could probably reduce 1 bedroom & convert into ensuite. b the bedroom with 4 single beds is nice & big but no wardrobe to hang jackets. Also, the green chest of drawers in this room appears it will fall off. being winter, we did spend full evenings inside the property & hence was able to observe this. perhaps not an issue if we spend lesser time in property
• Josephine (8/5): Lovely stay . Thank you.! - Very short walk to a delightful beach. Beds comfortable. Heaps of towels. Lovely setting . We thoroughly enjoyed our little stay. We had trouble using the smart tv. Better instructions needed.
• Manel (9/5): It was fun, relaxing and a beautiful clear beach to swim in kid friendly - The view and how it was a 3 min walk to the beach kids enjoyed it No air condition it got hot when cooking and it was hotter on some days
