• Andrea (10/5): - Posto veramente bello, tranquillo, rilassante... Il panorama spettacolare ti toglie il respiro e la piscina....un tocco veramente unico.... Grande Carmelo la tua disponibilità è super come tutto lo staff che gli gira intorno.... Bravi Sette giorni sono pochi bisognerebbe starci di più per assaporare la bellezza del posto con la pace interiore.
• Werner (4/5): Entäuschend. - Die Aussenanlage entsprach den Fotos. Parkplatz perfekt. Nach Beschwerde beim "Hausmeister" kam Besitzer. Guiseppe war zwar freundlich, jedoch bekam ich keine Antwort warum die Fotos laut Buchung nicht stimmten. Wahrscheinlich wurden unsere gebuchten Appartements doppelt vergeben.
• Peter (3/5): Tekort aan alles - Het zwembad 1 badkamer voor 9 personen, terwijl er 2 op Booking staan. Geen theekoppen, geen bier- en wijnglazen. 3 messen, 1 kopje voor koffie. 6 borden. Dan kan men vriendelijk zeggen dat we iets hadden moeten zeggen, maar het is echt te schaars.
• mariarosa (8/5): - La villetta è spaziosa e pulita, gli spazi esterni sono ben organizzati: molto bella anche la piscina che ti dà la possibilità di rilassarti e godere del bel panorama perfetta per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità. i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. La villetta è molto bella e ben posizionata ai piedi dell'Etna, ma purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva. Eravamo in nove persone e c'era solo un bagno, il che ha reso il soggiorno un pò scomodo, soprattutto al mattino. Sarebbe utile specificarlo meglio nella descrizione o aggiungere un secondo bagno per migliorare il confort degli ospiti

• annalisa (1/5): Pessima esperienza, sconsigliato!! - Niente Ho soggiornato in questa “casa vacanze” — se così si può definire — e purtroppo non posso che lasciare una recensione negativa. Appena entrati siamo stati accolti da un odore sgradevole proveniente dal bagno e da un ambiente trasandato, come dimostrava l’albero di Natale ancora lasciato nel salotto. Dire che la stanza era sporca è poco: polvere ovunque e macchie sulle lenzuola. I bagni erano ancora peggio: uno aveva il soffitto scrostato e il box doccia totalmente opaco per il calcare accumulato nel tempo; l’altro era dotato di una vasca idromassaggio con i bocchettoni pieni di ruggine e calcare, lo specchio talmente sporco da risultare inutilizzabile e la cassetta dell’acqua non funzionante. Gli arredi erano vecchi e mal tenuti, e tutto dava l’impressione di essere trascurato da tempo, come dimostrano la mancanza di piastrelle sui muri e la cassettiera del comò con un cassetto scardinato. In generale, un luogo da evitare: per lo stesso prezzo si trovano sistemazioni molto più pulite e accoglienti.
• Nuwan (10/5): Superb apartment - Very spacious, nice and clean property located on the south west of the mountain Etna. The host was very friendly kind and helpful. Bathrooms needs privacy protection with the see through glass doors

• Adam (4/5): Disappointing - Nice host - the kitchen was lacking pretty much everything, incl. plates, spoons, cutting boards and mugs. Pans were broken. Most cabins were all empty. We were 9 people, yet there were only 6 plates, 4 mugs, and no spoons. - in the "gym" most things did not work. - the water in the pool was completely green to the extend that we could not even see the bottom. - one night there was a heavy rain, and water started dripping in through the ceiling. We had to rearrange the beds at 2 am and place a bucket in the bedroom to collect the water. - the house next door has 5-10 caged dogs that often barked during the nights. I personally dont understand the high ratings of this place. All in all, things were warn down and no attention is giving to even the basics.

• Mateusz (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect. The pool is big and clean. The apartment is huge and well equipped. Every room has AC. The kitchen has a lot of dishes etc. There is hot water all the day. There is huge parking place inside. Around 35min by car to etna. Around 30 min to bronte and 30 min to catania. Perfect location. Nothing what i didn't like.
• Stephen (10/5): Etnadia is ideal for a family stay close to all places of interest and yet away from the busy center - Location is perfect to reach most places of interest including Etnaland, Shopping malls, Etna, Toarmina, Catania center among others The kitchen can be better equipped with more utensils to accommodate self catering families.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The host Guzeppe is very gentle and had good communication , even his helper which unfortunately I don't know his name , every time we needed something they replay and help you with your needs within a couple of minutes , the location is perfect for visiting Etnaland , main shopping centre and mount Etna . I highly recommend. Thank you Guzeppe 😊.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Etnadia is situated in a very nice area. It was clean and comfortable. Owner is very nice and helpful.
• Annalise (10/5): Great host and location - Giuseppe, the host, was very accommodating both before and during our trip. His English is very good as well, which made it easier for us to communicate. He provided recommendations to where we should go and to nice restaurants. Location is also very good since it is very close Etna and Etnaland.

• Fabsmelbourne (6/5): Good place, hard to find, good pool area and great view. - Friendly welcome, but it was hard to find it. They should have a sign at the front. The pool are was pretty cool and it had a great view. The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was properly equipped, but instructions for WIFI weren't provided. We did book a 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment, we got a 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom. Not a big deal as we were only 3 adults and 1 kid, but i would have appreciated to know before checking in. There were lots of cupboards marked as "DON'T OPEN", someone lives there between guests staying. There was a strong smell of cement/paint. The place is in the middle of nowhere and far from anything else. I would not recommend it for those who are going to ETNALAND.
• Michael (10/5): The ideal spot for us to enjoy Etna, Etnaland, Etnapolis and Giuseppe was the perfect host - The views across the valley were stunning and the pool area was very relaxing. The property itself had everything we required and was comfortable
