• Luka (7/5): The apartment offers strong advantages in terms of accessibility, cleanliness and communication, but the surrounding env - The apartment has a great location, very close to the city centre and extremely well connected by metro, buses and public transport. The place was clean and tidy, and the host was available throughout our stay and replied to messages quickly, which we appreciated. We had an issue with hot water one day, but maintenance arrived promptly and resolved it quickly. Surrounding area did not feel particularly safe, especially during the evening. While this is obviously outside of the host’s control, solo travellers, particularly women, may want to consider this when choosing accommodation. The street itself was also quite dirty and had a noticeable amount of rubbish, which affected the overall impression of the location. Additionally, regulating the water temperature in the apartment was somewhat difficult and took time to adjust properly. Adding shelves in the shower for toiletries would also be a useful improvement.

But for those who can tolerate a certain n - It was conveniently located The room was in a building among other rooms where tenants were living and the were not very neighbour friendly. There was no privacy at all. People would start talking loudly early in the morning and the same could go on till midnight. The shower was not good at all. The room itself was nicely maintained.

• Amalia Martina (4/5): Troppo caro per ciò che offre - Comodo il cucinino e il frigo, dove poter improvvisare qualcosa da mangiare e conservare birra e acqua fresche. Apprezzata la macchinetta del caffè con cialde. Le tende oscuranti garantiscono buio nonostante il giorno. Prontezza di risposta dell'host per risolvere un problema. Il miniappartamento è locato in un palazzo fatiscente e sporco. Non è insonorizzato e si sentono rumori degli inquilini degli altri appartamenti. La zona non è delle migliori, sconsiglio a donne che viaggiamo sole, mi è sembrato un quartiere poco tranquillo. Il letto è molto piccolo per due persone, non è matrimoniale ma alla francese. Abbastanza scomodo anche il materasso. Non siamo riusciti a dormire per due notti di fila: la prima notte c'era un rumore che proveniva dall'interno del palazzo, ma fuori dallappartamento. È stato prontamente chiamato un tecnico che ha risolto il problema. La seconda notte il termosifone faceva un forte rumore che smetteva muovendo la manopola della temperatura, ma ricominciava dopo poco. Le dimensioni del bagno sono veramente ridotte, una persona grossa non riuscirebbe ad utilizzarlo. In bagno non sono presenti ganci per asciugamani, nè portasapone in doccia. In generale ho trovato la struttura decisamente troppo cara per il servizio offerto. La pulizia andrebbe migliorata, passabile.
• Evaldas (2/5): Uncomfortable, noisy, and unhygienic stay – I would not recommend this property. - The location was acceptable and check-in was straightforward. We stayed for three nights as a couple. The apartment was very dirty the floors were sticky and visibly unclean, it was uncomfortable even to walk barefoot. There was a constant unpleasant smell inside the apartment. The neighbors were extremely noisy every night between 2:00 and 3:00 AM. Early in the morning, around 5:00 AM, they were cooking food with a very strong smell that spread into all rooms. The bed was very uncomfortable the mattress was damaged and sunken in the middle, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the noise, dirt, and bad smell made the stay very unpleasant.

Czystość nie była w normie, grzejnik strasznie hałasował gdy był ustawiony na mocy 1 i musieliśmy go wyłączać. Lokalizacja nie była przyjazna, na ulicy trąbiące samochody. Brak stolika dla 2 osób do jedzenia.

L'host è stato disponibile e ci ha lasciato anche il phon in dotazione (con diffusore) Il piumone coi disegni blu era molto sporco, il termosifone ogni due ore faceva rumore e non ci ha lasciato dormire (per farlo smettere dovete cambiare temperatura). Il quartiere non è dei migliori...
• Burhan (10/5): İ am pleasure. - Very close to the metro, the room has everything you need. The cleanliness is very good, the bed is quite comfortable, kitchen is usefull, and the shower is excellent. Nothing.

• Andrea (1/5): PESSIMO! SPORCO, RUMOROSO, ROVINATO - Nulla se non l'acqua calda della doccia... L'appartamento era sporco. il letto non era rifatto le lenzuola sembravano essere state gia utilizzate. Il comodino era pieno di polvere, il lavello della cucina era pieno di macchie. I cestini della spazzatura (della camera e del bagno) erano pieni di immondizia!! Nella camera era presente un cesto con degli asciugamani utilizzati! Dietro al water c'era un tracantone in legno e un angolo della sala non aveva il pavimento ma una gettata di cemento. Durante la notte il termosifone ha emesso rumori fortissimi per i quali era impossibile dormire. I muri erano pieni di buchi e pessime stuccature. La zona in cui è situato il B&B è sporca e trasandata. E' stato un soggiorno pessimo e imbarazzante per la mia compagna. Una vergogna che sia su Booking.com Esigo un rimborso
• Chiara (8/5): Peccato si trovi in un brutto quartiere - Camera accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata Purtroppo la camera/miniappartamento si trova in uno stabile al quanto disastrato... Non appena si entra ci si ritrova nella cucina di qualcuno... Per non parlare della posizione, praticamente ti ritrovi in uno dei quartieri più pericolosi di Bruxelles e se sei una viaggiatrice donna sola non è stato affatto rassicurante. Peccato.

• Flavie (4/5): Non conforme aux attentes - Proximité avec le centre Outre le fait que l'emplacement du logement est dans une rue et au sein d'un immeuble bruyant, il se situe tout de même près de la gare et du centre-ville, ce qui est un point positif. Par ailleurs, un minimum de confort vis à vis du matelas ne serait pas de refus... En effet, dormir dans un lit complétement creusé créant de grosses douleurs d'articulation (de dos) le lendemain n'ai pas aidant afin de mettre une note positive. De plus, certains détails de la chambre seraient à rénover tels que le chauffage qui peut se mettre à faire un énorme bruit ainsi que d'autres éléments de décoration.

The area of the facility is very dangerous and not as described in the booking.com site/app. It was very hard to communicate with the host and despite being reassured that we would get a refund for cancelling (as we were told by the host) we have yet to hear anything back about it. Despite our best efforts to communicate with the host even after the cancellation, so that at least we would know if we are getting back a refund or not, the host has been unresponsive to all our attempts.

• Athanasios (8/5): A nice apartment if you want to explore Brussels city! - The location was near the train the station and from there you can be at any place in the city. The apartment was clean and organised. I stay here in September and I didn’t had any issue with the room’s temperature. Also the price was excellent! Yes, it was near the train station and of course the neighbourhood was unpleasant with many people looking not so friendly. I avoided returning back to the place after 22:00-23:00 o clock. The sink was way too small and not very comfortable to use it.

The room, although small, was generally comfortable. -Although the room was small, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell due to the waterways. -The hot water didn’t work properly during showers, mostly cold water during the winter! -The heater was very noisy, making it impossible to sleep. Similarly, the community noise at night was quite loud. -They mentioned a coffee machine, but I didn’t use it because the coffee pods are chargeable. It would be better to clearly highlight this on the website. -There were no instructions for returning the key. When I asked, the staff rudely responded, saying, “As mentioned in the instructions,” but no such instructions were provided for returning keys.

A few facts: 1. They started to charge us a deposit after full payment and did not send us information about the access key. This is not in the rules of this property and they demanded a deposit to an unknown iban account (only through booking managed to solve the issue of payment on arrival in cash); 2. Unpleasant odor in the corridors of the room where the rooms are located. 3. Cockroaches in the room, just ran everywhere, and on me too. 4. Refusal of the receptionist to provide another room without cockroaches, although bouking showed that there are free. 5. Instead of solving the cockroach problem, the receptionist just changed the date of stay and had to pack up in the morning in pop hah and look for another place of lodging. 6. Not a prosperous area..

Convenient location close to cafes and Gare du Midi Train and Bus Station. Comfortable double bed and pleasant airy room. All round good value for money. From the outside the property looks run down but this first appearance is misleading, once you get inside it is a really nice apartment, very good value and central location
