Bagno e camera matrimoniale ampi. - L'appartamento è troppo piccolo per una famiglia con 2 bambini poichè non vi sono spazi di sfogo, nè all'interno nè all'esterno. Una volta aperto il divano letto il soggiorno diventa troppo piccolo persino per muoversi. - Il tavolo e le sedie sono instabili e troppo basse, più adatte a un campeggio che a una casa. Alcune finestre non si chiudono bene. - La spazzatura deve essere tenuta in casa per tutto il tempo prima della raccolta differenziata poichè non vi sono spazi esterni adibiti. In alternativa è necessario recarsi all'ecocentro. - Si consiglia di valutare attentamente il regolamento condominiale per non arrecare disturbo al vicinato.
