• Eilert (9/5): Stylisch mit super Parkmöglichkeit - Tolle stylische Einrichtung, tolles Ambiente, parken direkt um die Ecke für 4,50 für 24 Stunden. Gut ausgestattete Küche, haben auch nach Nachfrage das versteckte Besteck in der Schublade unter dem Herd gefunden, 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt zu Fuß sind so an der Grenze. Der Balkon ist toll. WC und Bad getrennt. Matratze im großen Bett war extrem hart. Kopfkissen sehr dick und fest. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist winzig und hinter dem Bett ist eine Tür hinter der die Waschmaschine ziemlich laut lief.

• Iryna (10/5): - Нас всё понравилось. Квартира была чистой, новой и современной. Было всё, что необходимо для короткого отпуска. До центра города было все лишь 1.6 км. пешком. Недалеко находится парковка, 3,50 Евро в сутки. Но практически всегда полная. Приходилось немного подождать, чтобы занять место. В целом все хорошо. Хозяйка квартиры Ильда очень коммуникабельна и доброжелательная. Мы может рекомендовать. Было немного холодно, но благодаря дополнительным одеялами от хозяйки мы решили эту проблему.

• Iya (10/5): We enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. - Cozy nice flat, very clean and comfortable. Our bedroom with windows to the inner yard was very quiet. There’s a lovely balcony with a nice view. We also liked kitchen very much and found all necessary things to make our breakfast. 10 minutes of walk to the charming centre of Gent.

• Mark (9/5): Prachtig, ruim appartement op goede loopafstand van centrum Gent. - Prachtig, ruim appartement, mooi ingericht en op goede loop afstand van centrum Gent. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Sleutel was goed te vinden, waardoor we direct in het appartement konden. De auto parkeren is lastig. De parkeerplaats naast het appartement is vol en ook in de zijstraten zijn geen parkeerplekken te vinden. Je moet gelijk hebben met het vinden van een parkeerplek. Ik heb mijn auto uiteindelijk na lang zoeken in de Zinniastraat kunnen parkeren. Dat is 10 minuten lopen. Dat moest ik iedere avond om de parkeer kosten te verlengen (je kan maar iedere keer voor 24 uur betalen).

Ilda is a great host and we would recommend this apartment. It is one of the best It’s on the 3rd floor with no lift. No problem for us but could be an issue for some.

• Martin (8/5): Great place but new bed linen is essential - It’s a beautiful property in not too bad a location The bed linen was very poor - the sheets were extremely pilled and it made for an unpleasant sleep
• Mirjam (8/5): Net appartement op loopafstand van het mooie centrum van Gent. - De grootte van het appartement. Erg ruim. Het was zeer netjes en schoon. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg. Voor één nachtje was het een prima locatie.
• ronnie (7/5): Ghent festival break! - Pretty decent appartment in a pretty rundown neglected area of Ghent, the climb up to the third floor with cases was challenging to say the least! Travel from the station on tram T4 was relatively easy and bus into the centre was good with the bus stop only yards from the appartment. Access to the apartment was good with info with the key lock code sent after midday on day of arrival! Not much in the immediate area!

Works have been good too have a picture of the front door to find the place easily. And include info advising the great washing machine and dryer were behind the locked door in the smaller bedroom. Once we asked it was all good.

• Natalija (8/5): Nice apartment, excellent hospitality. We might come back when our kid is older! - Modern, very well equipped apartment, 2 bedroom and very spacious! Most of the things you need is in, and you can comfortably stay with a child also. Parking also super close by! Hostess is superb, great communication, fast to respond to any questions! As the apartment is on the third floor we where grateful to be able to leave the stroller in the storage space on the ground floor! 2 tips: wold be good to have a high chair for kids in the apartment also as it is convenient for small kids and also coat rack in the hallway is very much handy to have. Some things we didn’t like as a family with a kid: only one park close by (10min walk or so) but super annoying to go to with a stroller! Also to go to the city center is almost impossible by foot + stroller and with a kid, but it is a big flaw of Belgian infrastructure and side walks. Not a lot of options to eat nearby either! But a vegan restaurant next door has a very cute child space to play!

• Sara (9/5): Relaxing stay in a well-equipped apartment. - Very clean, spacious and modern. Plenty of bedding and towels, lots of kitchen equipment. Very good shower and comfortable sofa. Easy walk into the centre of Ghent which took 20 minutes. Parking around the corner very cheap and convenient. All questions answered very swiftly regarding a couple of small points. PLEASE NOTE you must register for the low emissions zone in the city and need your car registration document details for this. Uploading a picture of them is required. Has to be done within 24 hours of arrival and there is a €150 fine if you don’t!! We only found out by accident. On the third floor without a lift, which would be quite a climb if you’re unfit.

Clear indications from the host, who was always quick, kind, and clear in replying to our queries. Location of the hostel and parking for cars nearby for 3.50E for 24 hours. Excellent value for money, we would definetively stay in this apartment again.
• Claudia (9/5): Superb - I liked the interior design of the apartment - modern and well-equipped. It is a pity that such a wonderful apartment lacks an elevator - going up 3 stories with a 23kg luggage is quite a challenge!
