• Justine (8/5): - Great location of, like us, you want to go to a Gremio game. If that’s not your reason and you’re a tourist it might not be the best location to base yourself for visiting the city. Parking was near the security behind a locked gate. No height restrictions. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

• Gabriel (10/5): apartamento ideal, para quien va de paso y tiene que hacer noche antes de las playas de Florianópolis - se nota que está pensada para que los turistas puedan descansar y seguir su camino. Habiendo pasado una noche en un lugar cómodo, cerca de la ruta que va para las playas de Santa Catarina. la ubicación está en las afueras de la ciudad entonces cuando uno va llegando puede parecer que está entrando en una zona un poco rara pero la verdad es que el condominio en sí mismo es un lugar muy seguro con cochera con seguridad las 24 horas y todas las comodidades que se requieren

• Angie (7/5): Regular - Las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación era buena dado que nuestro interés era visitar el Arena do Gremio La higiene, llegamos y la reserva estaba a nombre de otra persona. Ofrecen estacionamiento techado, pero al llegar era el espacio de visitas sin techo.
