• Lesley (10/5): - Very comfortable,very clean had everything I needed, and more, great communication from. Andrew. Milk and bottled water in the fridge very welcome. In the town, some lovely shop. Beautiful view of the church from the room window, also lovely walks in easy walking distance, Westgate Park and Hubbard's Hills beautiful. Thank you Andrew

• Andrei (10/5): Great home away from home - The place is in a great location and has everything you need to be a home away from home. The hosts were very generous with the coffee pods, dishwasher capsules and other provisions that they left for us, which we really appreciated as not all hosts do that. The view out the window is lovely. The bed was high quality but very soft and sinking, which is not great for back issues. But we could tell that they are high quality, just maybe not up to our own preference.

Our host was great with helping with directions as its tucked away in a quiet little Grove the place was spotless and so close to everything. • Sykes (10/5): An excellent stay in a super apartment in a very convenient central location in a lovely town. - Delightful accommodation very close to the centre of Louth. Lovely clean well equipped and stylish, with of course a stunning view of the church tower from the upper floor living/dining room. Excellent friendly communication from the owner with welcome ‘fridge freebies’ very appreciated. Parking space is very convenient too. Very highly recommended. Only slight problem perhaps for those with mobility issues is the metal staircase leading to the front door.

• Cardinal Richlou (10/5): 10/10 beautiful place and location - Where to start! We spend a lot of time travelling and both agreed this property was in our top ten of all time. Booking was easy , instructions and directions were comprehensive and easy to follow. The property itself is beautiful - not only wonderfully decorated and spotlessly clean but also manages to feel homely and comfortable. The view from the living room was brilliant. Layout is perfectly designed snd the whole place is well equipped. Comfortable bed and pillows. Stunning bathroom. Loved the little extras like coffee pods, fresh milk , water , board games and a blanket as well as all the local information you could need. Host was informative and friendly. A wonderful apartment has been lovingly created here and we would not hesitate to recommend and would love to return. 10/10 for the whole stay. Theres nothing to dislike at all!

• Roy (10/5): - This is a Fabulous apartment bang in the centre of Louth with Free onsite parking. The facilities are top notch, very lovely modern decor, everything that we needed was in the apartment. Very comfy bed, nice view of the church, especially when its lit up at night! Lots of takeaways and pubs nearby ( ask the host Andrew to recommend ) Last but not least the host Andrew was very sociable,friendly and helpful. Already booked to return!..........go down the alley outside the property, under the metal staircase, theres a magic door straight on to the main street 😀 We didnt find anything to not like.

• Montagu (10/5): This accommodation is ideally situated in a charming town and has every carefully thought out facility. - Its position and excellent quality facilities. The owner was attentiveness itself. Stairs were something of a challenge ( I’m 80 years young) so not suitable for someone with ambulatory issues. The quality and convenience if its situation determined we gladly accepted that challenge.

Left us fresh milk and water. The apartment itself is so lovely. Perfect location for lots of activities in central Louth and beyond. Glorious views. Extremely clean and smelled great. DVDs and games for cosy time indoors. They really had thought of everything. Loved the visitors book. The whole place has a very special feeling to it. Like it is really cared for and it was a pleasure to visit! Perfect base for an amazing weekend away with my mum :) The bed was slightly soft for our preferences but otherwise extremely comfortable!

• Sue (9/5): We were delighted to have found this lovely property! - We really liked being very close to the town but in a secluded position with no traffic noise. Parking was in a designated space and we had clear and helpful instructions about reaching the property. The view from the lounge was charming. The property was spacious, thoughtfully well-equipped and beautifully decorated and furnished. The heating was totally in our control and easy to manage. It all made for a relaxed and comfortable stay! The entrance to the property was via a steep flight of metal stairs so visitors do need a certain level of fitness. There were stairs between the floors inside too, which were comfortably carpeted but did need care as treads were not perfectly horizontal (which is to be expected in older properties.)

The apartment is just a few minutes walk into the centre of Louth, with its smashing selection of pubs, shops and restaurants. Andrew kept in touch regularly and ensured we were comfortable. Even had its own Christmas tree. Excellent sound proofing. Great view of St James church with spire. Slight lighting issue on the exterior stairs, but a touch was provided, but we had our own.

The location is fantastic and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The views from the bedroom and living room windows are fantastic, especially at night

Good selection of brochures with suggestions of places to visit in the surrounds. Great central location with access through the "secret door" to the main street. Lots of pubs and places to eat on the door step. We loved the view of the church through the living room windows. The parking space was a valuable bonus. No downsides to this property

It was really well presented and had a great view over the rooftops to the medieval church and its dramatic tower and spire. If anything the photos didn’t do it justice. The owner contacted us several times to check in and make sure we were OK. Nothing.

• Mickyb (10/5): Luxury in Louth - What can I say , we've stayed in quite a few places up and down the UK, and rooftops rates with the very best. The location is so good, and Louth is full of history and has so many opportunities to eat , drink, and just relax. Rooftops is very well appointed and can only be described as luxurious. Everything is there for you, fast WiFi , DAB radio, and home from home comfort with top-notch fixtures and fittings with milk ,tea ,coffee, and even a bottle of wine on arrival Andrew has a good knowledge of Louth and is very attentive and answered our questions very quickly. The dedicated parking space is an absolute godsend, and the "secret door" to the High Street is quirky ! We will certainly return to Louth, but ONLY if we can stay at Rooftops. Thanks to Andrew for sharing this absolute gem with us. We didn't stay longer !

• Andy (10/5): Rooftops - All you need - Lovely comfortable apartment. Located right in the town centre, ideal for shops, eating, drinking etc. The town itself perfectly located for exploring either the Wolds or the costal regions. Would highly recommend.
