• Zsófia (9/5): Beautifully and cleverly designed house in a very calm and safe neighbourhood - Beautifully and cleverly designed house in a very calm and safe suburban neighbourhood at a walking distance from Poetto beach. I really liked the spaciousness of the kitchen, the minimalist design and the impeccable cleanliness. It was a nice surprise to have some small snacks, tea and coffee available in the kitchen for a quick start of the day. Carolina, the host was also there, kind, very reasonable and available. She and her friends were easy-going and gave me some info on what to visit in Cagliari, and a recommendation for a reasonably priced beach club on Poetto. I liked that even though there was self-check in available (which is very practical), I could have some contact with the host and other locals as well. I was a bit unfortunate with my neighbours who didn’t respect the quiet hours - the sound-proofing of the rooms may be better as discussed with the host. I would also prefer to have silent time from 11pm already and a harder mattress. It would also be nice to have blinds to exclude the streetlight in the night. But these preferences are obviously personal and they may change from guest to guest: all in all, I would only recommend the place.

L’alloggio è nuovo, moderno, luminoso e arredato con un gusto impeccabile, curato nei minimi dettagli. Pulizia davvero eccellente, non mancava assolutamente nulla. La qualità e la comodità degli spazi hanno reso il nostro soggiorno estremamente piacevole: silenzioso, accogliente e confortevole. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibilissima, che non solo è venuta incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze, ma ha fatto anche molto di più, facendoci sentire come a casa. Esperienza straordinaria: consigliatissimo al 100%!
• Antonio (8/5): Settimana sarda - Struttura nuova e completamente ristrutturata a Quartu Sant’Elena. Vicinissimo al lungo mare del Poetto e alla città di Cagliari. Tutti i servizi necessari sono nelle vicinanze e raggiungibili a piedi. Camere spaziose e bagno finestrato. Un plauso a Carolina sempre disponibile e gentile per soddisfare le nostre richieste. Nelle camere sarebbero utili più punti d’appoggio. Non ci sono veri e propri armadi ma strutture simili ad appendiabiti anche se muniti di grucce. Sarebbe opportuno avere un pizzico di attenzione in più alla pulizia generale sia delle camere che della cucina in comune utilizzata per la colazione. Si consiglia organizzarsi con spesa personale per le colazioni in quanto sono disponibili solo caffè, the e fette biscottate con marmellata. Sperate nell’educazione dei vicini di camera perché i muri non ostacolano i rumori.

• Valentina (10/5): Confortevole e pulito! - Sono stata con la mia famiglia per una notte nell’Attico che ho trovato pulito e profumatissimo. Si trova in un edificio di nuova ristrutturazione. Anche l’arredamento davvero notevole! I letti e i cuscini erano davvero comodissimi e il bagno spazioso e comodo! Tutto perfetto. Al pianto terra era presente anche una cucina a cui ho dato uno sguardo veloce perché non abbiamo usato ma sembrava fosse fornita di tutto! Consiglio vivamente questo posto!
