Intentan ofrecerte habitaciones premium y cuando estás en el alojamiento (zona bastante fea) no coinciden las fotos y te intentan ofrecer otras habitaciones más costosas La persona es bastante descortés y de mal trato

• Natalia (10/5): Cudownie! - Wspaniały gospodarz - mieliśmy duże opóźnienie lotu i do apartamentu dotarliśmy o 2 w nocy, a on bez problemu na nas poczekał :) Niezwykle pomocny i uprzejmy. Apartament bardzo czysty i zadbany, przestronny i wygodny. Duży plus za wygodne łóżko i balkon, na którym codziennie rano piliśmy kawę. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, na miejscu czekała na nas nawet woda i piwo w lodówce. Świetna lokalizacja - do miasta można iść nawet pieszo, a jeśli komuś jest za daleko, to pod apartamentem jest przystanek autobusowy. W pobliżu supermarket, liczne piekarnie i kawiarnie. Faktycznie bywa trochę głośno w nocy, ale przy zamkniętym balkonie i włączonej klimatyzacji jest w porządku :) To szczegół przy tylu zaletach.
• Kensuke (10/5): - 清潔でホストの気配りが行き届いてます。ホストは常に連絡を見てくれるので、大変助かりました。船着場まで徒歩圏内なので、船旅をお考えの方に特にお勧めです。我々はストライキの日に船出でしたが、ホストが出航に関して船会社に連絡をとってくれたり大変親切です。アパートの近くにΣΚΛΑΒΕΝΗΤΗΣというスーパーがあって大体のものはここで揃います。ただし例の如く日曜日はやってないので注意です。
• Anna (9/5): Buona scelta - Abbiamo molto apprezzato la pulizia dell’appartamento, nuovissimo e ben attrezzato, con un letto comodissimo. La posizione è buona, c’è un autobus che porta in centro. Noi avevamo una macchina a noleggio e la usavamo per avvicinarci alla città, restando però alla periferia per poter parcheggiare senza problemi. Il percorso si può fare anche a piedi in circa 40 minuti, ma purtroppo pioveva. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e premuroso. Ci ha fatto trovare bottiglie di acqua in frigo e anche della birra. Il parcheggio è gratuito sotto l’appartamento e c’è anche un supermercato molto fornito e un forno per fare colazione con cappuccino o caffè e ottimi dolci.

• Karlijn (10/5): Schoon, vriendelijk, perfect bereikbaar - Het was schoon, Alexander is altijd bereikbaar voor vragen van met betrekking tot het eiland en de plek is ideaal Het enige is dat ik Corfu old town iets verder weg ligt van beach clubs. Daar moet je altijd de bus voor pakken van ongeveer 20 minuutjes. Je kiest dus voor de stad of strand

Αλέξανδρος ως οικοδεσπότης μας υποδέχθηκε με χαρά και ανταποκρίθηκε στο αίτημα μας να κάνουμε check in δύο ώρες νωρίτερα..(αφού είχε γίνει check out έγκαιρα) Το κατάλυμα ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΟ με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για την διαμονή και πολύ πρόθυμος να μας πει γνώμες για ταβέρνες, πιτσαρίες και άλλα αξιοθέατα της πόλης που άξιζαν να επισκεφτούμε!! Μπράβο κ. Αλέξανδρε!!
• Carolina (9/5): Nice place to stay in Corfu Town - The host is very cute and disposable, especially for sending us all the best places to eat near the structure. When we arrived, he left us some beers and water in the fridge. The position is very convenient since is next to a supermarket and near the city centre by car. Oc if you haven’t a car that would be a little distant from the centre of the city (but you can’t go to this island without a car ahahah). I would leave 2 keys of the apartment for each group, so that if everybody goes out in the night while someone stays home it is still possibile for the first to go and turn back whenever he wants while the second can close himself in the apartment and have the card for the lights.

• Joyce (9/5): - The apartment was very clean and pretty spacious (for two people). Alexandros is a very nice host, he gave us some tips on what to do in Corfu / Kerkyra. Really nice that it has a small kitchen also, with all the basics. Would recommend! The apartment was near a busy road, but once inside you don't really notice anymore.

• Nur (9/5): Recommended - Love how simple it is, and have everything we needed, its easy to get to the town as the bus station is like 3mins walk The shower drain is clogged since day 1, so everytime we shower, the water takes awhile to go down
• Despoina (9/5): Very pleasant stay - Very nice, new, clean and well equipped apartment (as presented in the photos), with attention paid to details, like to light arrangements or even to the key holder having a helpful magnet. It is located next to a supermarket, on a main road but without noise when the windows are closed. Its location is very good for traveling to other parts of the island, but the city centre is not on walking distance. Nevertheless, the bus stop is very close and time schedules are kept. Parking is available, yet in an open space of limited capacity (it was not very difficult for me to find parking space, being there in early May). Excellent wifi, no problem with the keys. Complimentary water (plenty) and espresso coffee. The owner was very helpful, gave very useful information and was not very strict with arrival and departure times. I was somehow surprised that there was no room service at all during my stay (three nights). Because the parking space is primarily for the supermarket, if you move your car during the day, you need to wait till dark to find where to park it again.

• Shreni (10/5): Clean, well-equipped apartment with friendly host. A very comfortable stay. - The host was very friendly, he met us to hand over the keys and show us the accommodation. He also provided us with a list of recommendations for the local area. The host was very attentive, offering to provide fresh towels mid-stay and quickly addressing a small issue we encountered. The apartment was very clean and modern, everything looked new. No issues and I would stay again, it was a very comfortable apartment. No issues.

• Tony (10/5): Excellent choice for stay close to Corfu town - Unfortunate that there is no option to rate a facility with higher than 10 grade. It is unfair not able to differentiate this gem when considering in this case the combination of a) hospitality, b) quality of the amenities (washing machine included), c) location close to town center(parking, walk to store/bakery) and the cost ratio (reasonably to low priced for whats offered)! Highly recommended place, Mr Alexandros is a great host, glad to help and offer advice on dinner, beacges, sights. Nothing to report.
• Thomas (10/5): Only the owner’s hospitality is better than this almost perfect property. - Everything was just perfect. Fully equipped kitchen , comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, free and always available parking. Owner’s hospitality is beyond any expectation. Street noise didn’t really matter since we live in a noisy city as well. No elevator ( not that we missed it but just saying. )
• Nynke (9/5): Excellent stay with friendly owner - Beautiful apartment with really everything you need! It's fully equipped with even a washing machine and drying rack. The bed is very good. And the owner is very friendly and most helpful. It's an easy drive with the bus to the city. If i have to say something it's the constant traffic outside. Only bothered us because we sleep with the windows open.
