• marisa (2/5): Desastre bien situado - La ubicación era perfecta Llegamos y había pelos y migas en el suelo avisé enseguida y hasta el dia siguiente no limpiaron, no sabíamos de donde se apagaba la luz de la cocina porque la tecla la tapaba una arrocera y preguntamos y ni nos contestaron, el aire acondicionado no se podía modificar el secatoallas no funcionaba, la cama estaba puesta de manera que chocaba con una de las puertas así que o saltabas o reptabas desde los.pies para acceder y por si faltaba algo el segundo dia les pedí mas gel y papel higiénico ya que íbamos a estar 4 días y no nos llegaba y nada al final lo tuve que comprar yo..y anoche que hoy dejamos el hotel trajeron el gel...en resumen un desastre muy bien situado, gracias

• Abdullah (10/5): Perfect - I liked how it was so close to the domo .. literally it was seconds from it and the terrace was an added bonus. The only downside was i had to drag my luggage for like 5 minutes from the closest car accessed street in order to load and unload my bags into the car.

• Mohammad (3/5): تجربه سلبيه لن تتكرر - اعجبني الموقع فقط لقربه من الدومو غرفه صغيره جدا جدا / سرير عادي جدا/ حمام صغير ونعتقد لم يكتمل بناءه لوجود انابيب ضاهره بدون غطاء / الباب بأرقام مما اخرنا واتعبنا كثير حتى تم الاتصال كذا مره بالمسؤول وتم الفتح خاصه ونحن قادمون من سفر/ صوت ازعاج اخر الليل من الجيران يصدر من خلال مروحه الحمام / تعليمات اوقات الخروج مرهقه (10 صباحا اخر وقت) وهذا اجبرنا على الاستيقاظ بدون رغبتنا وترتيب اغراضنا بسرعه حتى نفي بالوقت المحدد للخروج/ وغيره من اشياء لم تعجبنا

• Yessica (5/5): BIEN UBICADO DIFICIL COMUNICACION CON EL ANFITRION - Bien ubicado No sirvió el código de ingreso y fue muy difícil hablar con el anfitrión, nos tomo mas de una hora luego de la hora del check in para que diera respuesta. luego con el aire no funcionaba y tampoco dio respuesta ni envio a nadie, el día del check out enviaron a hacer el aseo antes de la hora del check out.
• Tariq (2/5): لا انصح السكن فيها سيئة جدا لا تتطابق مع الصور - الموقع فقط كونه قريب من ساحة الدومو. الصور غير مطابقة لما هي على الطبيعة بتاتا السرير عبارة عن اريكة مفتوحة تستخدم كسرير واريكة في نفس الوقت وليست مريحة وواحدة من الستائر الكهربائية لا تعمل وبالتالي لم نجد راحة في النوم ضيق المساحة في الغرفة والمطبخ الحمام وتم الابلاغ على عن الخلل في الستارة ويماطلون في الإصلاح ولم يتم إصلاحها بطء استجابة صاحب الشقة وهناك ازعاج اسفل الشقة كونه يوجد بار في الأسفل وأغاني وصراخ إلى آخر الليل، ولكن عند إقفال الزجاج تخف الضوضاء.

• Julie (1/5): Would never use this company again. - Nothing Nothing. We got to the accommodation a day late because of a flight delay and the room still wasn’t ready. They put us in a different accommodation 900m away, it was awful. When we were told our room was ready, we got there and it still hadn’t been cleaned. We were then put in a much smaller room in the same complex. The person I was communicating with them blocked me from calling him and only wanted to communicate by text. Booked this accommodation for 3 nights and didn’t get the room booked for any of them. The only thing they got right was to give us a refund.

La cama es un catre, con un colchón de espuma que sale de la pared y no deja espacio para entrar al baño. La cama era un asco, las sábanas manchadas y el lugar sucio y descuidado! Realmente no es un apartamento, es una pocilga! Me fui y preferí perder todo lo pagado porque me dio asco quedarme en ese lugar! Todo INACEPTABLE!!!!

THE HOST WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE OF "BUILDING REGULATION". IT IS LOCATED IN AN OFFICE BUILDING. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OFFERED DURING SUMMER PERIOD AT ALL. WE COULD NOT SLEEP ALL NIGHT AND MOVED OUT IN THE MORNING. ROOM IS TINY SO WE FELT CLAUSTROPHOBIC BEING INSIDE. NO VIEWS, JUST ANOTHER BUILDING - VERY DEPRESSING! AT NIGHT TONS OF ANTS WERE EVERYWHERE. NOT CLEAN PLACE. THERE WERE A LOT OF CRACKS IN WALLS. SEVERAL ELEVATORS AND STAIRS TO REACH THE PROPERTY - IT IS INSIDE AN OFFICE BUILDING WHICH DOES NOT HAVE AC SO IT GETS HOT AT NIGHT EASILY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WE HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER PLACE IN WALKING DISTANCE FROM DUOMO WITH EXCELLENT AC AND REAL PEOPLE WORKING THERE DAY AND NIGHT IN CASE OF A PROBLEM. THIS APARTMENT IS WORTH THAN ANY ROOM IN A HOTEL! THE HOST REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH WE PROVIDED ALL THE EVIDENCE! BOOKING IS NOT HELPING TO GET A REFUND. I ADVICE BOOK HOTELS DIRECTLY SO YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR MONEY IN CASE YOU NEED TO MOVE OUT.

Everything was so easy with checking in and the apartment was spotless and as pictures portray. The verandah was an added bonus and a perfect place to sit with an Aperol from downstairs at the bar.

L’appartamento è completamente attrezzato. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel centro. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo tutto. E tornerò presto nello stesso appartamento. Mandiamo un grande affetto dal Montenegro.
• sagit (5/5): - דירה טכנולוגית, מול הדומו, מושקעת בציוד מהמם, מרפסת מרהיבה. הקודן של דלת הדירה לא עבד ולא יכולנו לצאת מהדירה עד שקיבלנו מפתח. חלון הדלת למרפסת לא נסגר וישנו לילה שלם עם דלת פתוחה- רעש ומלא יתושים הוילון בחלון הדלת השנייה אשר צמוד למיטה הזוגית, לא נסגר- כדי לקבל פרטיות תלינו סדין כל זאת, גילינו כשהגענו לדירה בלילה. לא היה מענה באף טלפון / מייל / בוקינג. למחרת בבוקר קיבלנו עזרה מאיש השירות של הבניין.

The connection with the staff is convenient via What’s app, quick solution of the problem with the lock and key. Apartment is big enough for a couple, but little bit small for 3 adult people.

Location was perfect and within walking distance to the main city square (Duomo), many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and amenities were great. The communication with the host was precise and helpful, they were quick and eager to answer any questions. Building and apartment felt safe and secure. Highly recommend and would happily rebook. Absolutely nothing

• Rogério (1/5): Bad - Location. We had to wait 1 hour to enter the apartment as it was not ready at the time of check in. Furthermore, there was no balcony as shown in the booking photos.
• Valerie (9/5): We had a delightful stay in comfortable accommodation in central Milan - The accommodation was a well-kept modern apartment in the centre of Milan, right behind the Duomo and central for the main sights of the city - including La Scala, the shopping arcades and so on. Most major sites were within walking distance. It was easy to reach places slightly further afield - for example, Navigale - using the metro system as the nearest metro was right by the Duomo! The accommodation was well equipped for self-catering, although we mainly chose to eat out as restaurants and cafes were plentiful and within easy reach. The only hiccup was that we couldn't get the information about how to enter the building until late in the afternoon on the day before we were due to fly out - which made us very nervous. The information eventually came across but the wait was tense! A little warning that this would be the case would have made us less fearful.

• Amin (3/5): Be Careful! - right after booking the room (a month before arrival) I wrote to the property that I will be staying with my 3 year old kid. since the room had one large double bed + sofa bed, I knew that's more than enough for a couple with a kid. They didnt say anything, even when the free-cancellation deadline approached there was no comment about my request. Until our arrival date just few hours before getting into the room they called me and said sorry because you are 3 people and not 2 people you have to pay extra 120Euro!! suspiciously they asked me to communicate with them thru whatsapp for this payment. But I insisted in doing the communication and the payment link on the booking chat for future documentation. I eventually paid because I had no option and I felt I'm scammed. If I had known this 120Eruoe I would have booked another property around. We even didnt use the sofa bed because it was not clean enough and there was no bedsheet for it to use.
• Samantha (8/5): Great location and quiet! Perfect for a weekend stay! - Location was awesome! Host was very prompt in replying. Quiet and secure! It’s a bit tight but manageable. Need some padding on the corners of the main bed, hit my legs several times.

• Roee (9/5): Great comfy apartment, brand new, perfect location - Brand new apartment, located exactly at Duomo square. Cannot get any closer than that to Milano city center. The facility is clean (spotless), equipment with everything you need for a comfy stay (kitchen, utensils, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge). The host sent very clear instructions upon arrival. The hot water at the shower weren’t consistent. The safe box didn’t work (was locked when we got there and there was no option to open it).
• Ousama (10/5): Amazing location in a clean and cozy apartment! - Location was superb and there is an elevator for luggage. The apartment was nice and cozy! They left some snacks and coffee capsules and there was a fridge, toaster, nespresso machine, and a kettle along with basic kitchen items (cups, plates, utensils, wine glasses and an opener, etc) The entrance to the bathroom was a bit tight but that didn’t bother our stay.

• Tamara (9/5): Great location, clean and safe. - Location was fantastic so close to the Duomo and the metro. Room was new, clean and had extras we did not expect such as the robes and slippers. Our room was a bit noisy due to being on the side of the restaurants, We could hear the crown until late one night. There was also a noise of the rain in the drain which was quite loud although the drain was outside the room on the terrace.
• Natalia (8/5): The closest thing to Duomo. Modern accommodation. - The great thing about the place is that it is literally behind Duomo. Everything is within a walking distance. You dont have to spend daily money on transportation. Although the place is tiny, all amenities are modern and look pretty new. The hosts were kind enough to leave us goodies ( water, snacks) for arrival which are so important when you get in late at night and no shops are open. The access to your room is comfortable, all by code. The hosts are available online and attend to your questions. The bathroom would just need two things and it will be great: A small rack to put the shower gels and shampoo. Otherwise you have nowhere to set your things while u shower. At least two towel hangers would be great. If a stay is longer than two days - cleaning service would be great.

Didn’t sleep at all, shower door not working properly , water leaks when taking shower . Check is at 10 am ! And host refused to extend 30 min till 10:30 am . Not worth the money . But the host was responsive and respectful

• Katarina (9/5): Perfect for a short stay! - (We were in the Pattari Apartment Nr. 6) - modern - big balcony - mostly clean (some things were very dusty or also a little dirty) - nice little welcome tray with sweets/coffee & water - location was perfect, right behind the duomo - it was small, but not terribly small - only problem was the passthrough to the bathroom as it is extremely narrow - the AC wasn't really working so the room was always cold and we were freezing at night

• Iring (6/5): Okay other than the first night noise. - The unit we stay face the restaurants/bar street, the first night (Saturday) music downstairs was very very very loud over the midnight beyond the sound proof windows 😭 we were quite sick that night. Luckily the following nights are okay. The management won’t refund the remaining nights unless they are able to rent it to others. So please be mindful there is a chance of such could happen.
