• Spiro (7/5): - The apartment was spacious, and the location was good. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Kettle wasn't working, could do with a better clean, we found hairs on the pillows.

• Petra (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen. - Eine saubere, moderne Wohnung. Schönes Bad mit hervorragender Dusche. Ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war vielleicht etwas nüchtern und schmucklos.
• Flavia (10/5): Super consigliato! - Struttura accogliente e pulitissima in zona centrale, vicino a stazione e centro storico. Camere ampie e molto belle. Angelo è un host gentilissimo e molto cortese.

• Matěj (8/5): Strategicky umístěné ubytování pro cestovatele - Skvělá lokalita, blízko na Bologna Centrale, blízko do historického centra. V okolí vše - krámy, kavárny, restaurace. Možnost uschování zavazadel po check out. Velmi milý personál. Chybí lednička, trochu těsná sprcha, hůře odtéká.
• Lisa (8/5): Clean, serviceable room for a short stay - The location was great and the room was very large and clean. The host was very easy to comunicate with and kind. The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable - it was low in the middle, causing us to roll toward the center. Getting into the room was a little tricky, but the host was very responsive.

• Malgorzata (10/5): - Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum. Der Gastgeber erklärt den Zugang sehr ausführlich und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Parking Internationales ist in der Nähe und ist auch sehr bequem.

• Andrea (9/5): Confortevole, pulito e staff molto gentile - Alloggio molto confortevole grazie ai suoi ampi spazie e abbastanza vicino al centro cittadino. Pulizia eccellente. Staff e gestore molto gentili e disponibili. Ottima ed efficiente comunicazione.

• Giulia (10/5): Lo consiglio! - Struttura molto vicina al centro, stanza molto grande con tutti i comfort, tutto molto pulito. il personale gentilissimo, self check-in super comodo tutto ottimo, consiglierei solo qualche tappeto in più per il bagno con la vasca in quanto gestirla con un solo tappeto non è semplice

• SusaPaga (10/5): Alloggio spazioso e silenzioso in posizione strategica - Camere spaziose, pulitissime, arredate con stile minimale ed elegante. Bagno ampio e comodo. Posizione silenziosa (finestre su cortile interno) e strategica, tra la stazione e il centro, con molti ristoranti, negozi e bar nei dintorni. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile: abbiamo prenotato con pochissime ore di preavviso, ma subito ci sono state date tutte le informazioni necessarie e in camera tutto era perfetto e pronto al nostro arrivo. Nessun punto negativo, se non il materasso del letto un po' duro per i miei gusti, ma è solo questione di abitudine.

The apartment is great for 1–2 nights, though there’s no kitchen, so you’ll need to eat out. That wasn’t a problem for me since I stayed just one night and was out most of the day.

• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect place in Bologna! Will come back :) - Everything was perfect, super clean apartment, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Location perfect, close to center and close to train station. Room was quiet. Plenty of shops and bars for breakfast. Owner very helpful. We needed iron for our clothes - no problem, owner took care about it. Definitely reccomend this place!

• Katherine (9/5): Basic but hits the spot! - This apartment was basic but worked for us. The host was communicative and helpful. The access was easy. Air Con was working great and greatly appreciated. The big bed received no complaints. Luggage storage was easy and very much appreciated. The tub did not have a shower enclosure which was not ideal. The kettle did not work during out stay. The biggest issue is that the second smaller bed was just two mattresses pushed together so essentially it was a single as it was extremely uncomfortable over the seam where the mattresses joined.

• Antun (10/5): Large, clean, warm, new, close to the center - Large, clean, warm, newly furbished two rooms, friendly host, 600-700 m walk from the center. We parked close by in Marconi parking which was quite expensive, but it is not a fault of the property. Nothing, all fine
