• Anna (10/5): AWESOME STAY - The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The bathroom had a good size shower and was kept clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and it had a microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs. The other residents were quite as mice. The host was absolutely wonderful, caring and friendly. She made sure that anything I needed was available and that I can reach out to her if anything comes up. Wonderful stay. It was such a great experience that I would stay there on a permanent basis if possible Absolutely nothing loved the experience
• Cynthia (8/5): We were there only one night, it was OK. Th room was very clean...a major plus. - This was a room only in a home, but had an en suit. We knew it was minimal, so no great expectation. We were warmly greeted by the manager and he took us to the basement room and explained the layout. There was a kitchen down the hall with toaster, etc. Slippers were provided as it was very snowy outside. The room and en suite were spotless. The price was right...cheap. Bed OK. Very good for the price. As a basement room, we had no control over heat and it was quite warm over night. As well, we would have liked two pillows instead of one. It was quiet (even though there were two other rooms in the basement...don't know whether they were occupied). The floor above us squeaked a bit when people walked, but not a great annoyance, No major issues. The price was right. (No sugar was provided...bring your own, coffee, and milk, etc,) No TV, although this didn't bother us. All communication was via email and would have liked a telephone call when requested.

• Iris (3/5): Tense and discomfort stay experience - Double beds are clean and spacious for two persons Bathrooms are also clean. 1.The kitchen and dining table were not cleaned for a long period of time. 2. Kitchen utensils were inadequate. Only the fridge and microwave were user friendly whilst the electric kettle and toaster were too old to be used. 3. According to the picture description of the house, we can see a stove top with the oven were installed in the kitchen. But they were dislocated when we moved in. It seemed that there was a misleading advertisement given by the host via Booking.com 4. Notices to remind customers to behave themselves as well as ways of using equipments were posted everywhere in the house i.e. kitchens, bathrooms, entrance of bedrooms, windows, mirrors, etc 5. Five persons of our group booked 3 bedrooms but were arranged in different floors (one on 1st floor and two on basement). At night time, the door connecting basement and ground floor were locked by the host. Customers on basement were not able to access to the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. 6.There were CCTV cameras monitoring the corridor of each floor especially the one on the basement capturing the activities of customers at the kitchen and dining table. 7.The entrance carpets (both at ground floor and basement) were worn out and dirty. Customers were told to take off their shoes and walk on it before entering the house.

• Laarni (9/5): Superb - The owners were really accommodating and friendly. They answered all our inquiries and concerns. The room was just as we expected. Basic amenities like tissue, shampoo, body wash, and towels are provided- which is a plus, especially if the guests did not bring any. The location is also in close proximity to a mall or grocery where you can easily access basic stuff you need. The strong scent of air freshener. But, this is also because my nose is a bit sensitive. For others, this may not be a problem.

• Rosa (10/5): Cozy Home felt like my home away from home. - Upon arriving I was greeted by the owner, extremely kind, friendly and helpful if/when needed. My room was absolute perfect. Very clean and comfortable and quiet as well. Bed is extremely comfortable and the location worked for me. Close to bus routes. So happy I came across this place. Nothing truly. I already have plans to go back again and again.

Extremely small room probably only 9’ wide by 10’ long. No room to put anything, 3 coat hangers in the closet. A very small desk & chair at the end of the bed that was impossible to use for anything but resting a bag on. Fluctuating heat. Extra hot then extra cold later on. The host did provide a useless electric heater. Only one thin pillow per person no real place to sit and get dressed even, no coffee maker, no place in the property to keep food or heat up anything or even watch TV in spite of being advertised as such. Required to wear unsanitary rubber shower shoes while in the property that were either too small or too large.

• Lina (2/5): Make sure you bring ear buds to sleep in this property - I rented the triple room for my friend. The room upstair was too small to put luggage inside the room. So the luggage has to leave near the entrance of the ground floor. It is very inconvenient for traveller who has luggage. The house is noisy because any room talks or turns on the tap water, even the basement can hear clearly.

I didn’t know the room with private bathroom is located at basement. There is no airflow inside the room. I had to open the door to sleep. All my luggages cannot put inside the room. Has to leave all my luggages at the basement outside the room. The room has a very small window locked. Can’t open.

• Ehsaan (9/5): Great place to spend a night - Cleanliness...the place is amazingly clean. Ray is a great host.andntook time to meet, greet, and orientate us to his home. Just a small suggestion. Place a small fan in the room. Since a guest has not direct control on the thermostat, a fan helps to circulate air in the room, and if guests feel its too hot, they can turn on the fan. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay...thanks.
