The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the main attractions in the city. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kochi. Looking forward to staying here again!
