• OK_123 (10/5): Spacious and spotless stay in Furumachi - Great location in the Furumachi area, close to old school shops, restaurants and bars. It was nice staying somewhere with much more space compared to typical hotel rooms in Japan. Easy communication and entry using code provided prior to stay. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed and shower were both excellent. The toiletries provided were also very thoughtful. There are around 15 fairly steep stairs inside and the toilet is downstairs, so it may not suit everyone. We just left our luggage downstairs and carried up what we needed. There is no laundry onsite, but a good coin laundry is only a short walk away. Caught a taxi to and from Niigata station with our luggage but could walk everywhere otherwise. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

• NOBORU (4/5): 清潔さとロケーションが素晴らしかったです - ・場所は大変便利なところでした ・部屋も大変清潔でした ・オーナーの対応が大変親切で好感が持てました ・備え付けの書籍が大変興味の持てるものでした ・ベッドの質が良く快適でした ・特に2Fから降りる際に階段が漆黒に塗装されているためにステップが大変見づらく怖かった→ステップの先端にラインなどが有ればよいのですが・・・ ・天井からつるされたリビングのランプの位置が低いため何度か真ん中のランプに頭をぶつけてしまった ・寒い時期エアコンを使うと湿度が下がりすぎるので加湿器が有ればよかったのですが・・・

• yasuyuki (10/5): オシャレな空間 - すごくオシャレでした！ 2階の寝室もすごく快適で、リファのドライヤー、ヘアアイロンは女性にも大好評でした。 ありがとうございました！ 強いて言えば、台所洗剤があると良いなと思いました！ 洗い物がキッチンに残るとどうしても気分的にスッキリせず😅

• Markus (10/5): Perfektes Haus in Niigata - Einfach perfekt. Sauber, liebe zum Detail, bequeme Betten, Zentral und ruhig. Etwas weit zum Bahnhof (Taxi 1200 Yen oder Bus 200 yen). Keine Gepäcklagerung möglich, auch nicht für zwei Stunden.
• WATANABE (10/5): 家族連れにはぴったり。 - とても清潔で特に寝具がとっても気持ちが良かったです。 子供用の歯ブラシ コップを人数分用意していただいた事に感激しました。 子供が少し大きな声を出しても気にならないところも魅力。 家族みんな、とても喜んで もっと泊まりたい‼︎ と名残惜しんでいました。 何よりもとてもリーズナブル。 宿スタッフ様との連絡はとてもスムーズで安心して訪れることができました。 このお宿に出会えて良かったです。 また機会があれば是非泊まりたい場所です。 階段が急な所。 幼い子供は注意が必要です。
• Nozomi (9/5): - 2歳の子供連れで宿泊したところ、サイズ違いの歯ブラシ２種類や全身洗えるソープを準備していただけて大変ありがたかったです。 冷蔵庫が冷凍庫もある2ドアタイプで真夏に宿泊したので助かりました！ ハードソープ、ボディーソープ、ヘア関係の物もこだわりのある国産ハイクオリティのもので香りもよく持参したものよりも良かったです。 アイロンやドライヤーもリファ製品で楽しくケア出来ました。 傘も透明傘が備えてあり、ロケーション的に雨でも歩いて近辺を探索出来るようになっており助かりました。 シャワーヘッドが3種類出し方を選べたのは良かったのですが、若干水圧弱めでした。
