• Riccardo (10/5): - La casa è proprio come appare nelle foto: accogliente e ben curata. È dotata di ogni comfort, dalla lavastoviglie al microonde (passando dall'aspirapolvere), ed è situata in una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Kardamena e dal centro. Ho prenotato con largo anticipo e la proprietaria (Katerina) si è dimostrata sin da subito molto disponibile e cordiale nel fornire risposte alle mie domande. È previsto durante il soggiorno il servizio di pulizie (e cambio biancheria). Se dovessi tornare a Kardamena, non avrei alcun dubbio: tornerei molto volentieri in questo appartamento.
• Antonella (9/5): - La struttura è nuova, ben organizzata e arredata, perfettamente pulita e posizionata su tre livelli. ( camera con tre letti al primo piano e camera matrimoniale con bagno in camera al secondo piano). Ogni camera ha il suo balconcino con tavolino e due sedie, cosi come all'ingresso. L'intero appartamento ha aria condizionata. Insomma ci sono tutti i confort. Si trova a due passi dal centro di Kardamena e a 100 mt dalla spiaggia. Durante il soggiorno di 8 giorni sono state fatte le pulizie e cambiata la biancheria. La padrona di casa Katerina è stata gentilissima: ci ha fornito preziose informazioni su dove mangiare ed in generale sulla zona. (Nel frigor ci aveva preparato acqua e qualcosa per la colazione) Consiglio questa struttura. Il secondo bagno è cieco, però si riesce ad areare utilizzando la finestra della camera attigua.
• Flonjo (10/5): COSY HOUSE KARDAMENA 2025 - Katerina is an amazing host - welcome pack when we arrived on a late night flight which was a lovely touch - the location is superb - on entering the house there is a welcoming living room / diner / kitchen with all the utilities you need. The 1st floor consists of a bedroom with 3 beds / shower / bathroom and utility room. The top floor consists of a lovely en suite and all floors have a balcony. The main beach is just a minute walk to the right and we would definitely return. All was lovely - great say

She welcomed us, offered us a drink, showed us around the property and answered any questions we had. She’d stocked the fridge with water, milk, juice and breakfast items which was a lovely touch!

Showed us around the property when we first arrived and there was a welcome pack in the fridge which was a nice surprise. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again if we had the chance. Couldn’t of done anything better it was a perfect place to stay.

• Lisa (10/5): It was just perfect for a week of relaxation! Highly recommended!! - Highly recommended! Such a lovely place, you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday, from fully equipped kitchen, two toilet/shower rooms, balcony on each floor to sit out and relax. Even the location is perfect, you are so close to beach, shops, restaurants & bars all within walking distance. To make it even special the lovely host leaves welcome pack of essentials of water, milk etc. N//A
• S (10/5): Amazing - I got a warm welcome from Katerina and her family even though I booked spontaneously. The Location is great, right in the centre, the House is really pretty and as the name suggests, cozy. There is a big living area on the first floor, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room on the second and another bedroom and bathroom on the third floor, all with balcony. The view is great and in the morning the sun shines nicely through the window on the top floor. Furthermore Katerina provided Material so I could do my laundry and things like bread, water, juice and beer.
