• Maria (10/5): Absolutely recommended stay in Preveza - A very stylish and functional apartment. You can see how much the owners have cared for this space. We stayed this February for 5 months. Very central and at the same time quiet.

• Wojciech (9/5): Excellent choice for your stay in Preveza - Very nice, modern and well equipped house. The owner is very helpful and caring. The location is excellent, close to the old town and facilities. Spotlessly clean as well. Extra point for the coffee machine - first capsule coffee that is decent :) A point to take into account when you consider - we were travelling with 3 kids and it felt small, it would be ideal for max 4 persons. We suggested to the owner changing or sealing the entrance door better - it is a nicely renovated old door, but unfortunately quite a bit of noise is coming in from the street.

• Liana Ntymenou (10/5): - Πολύ όμορφος και γλυκός χώρος. Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι με ωραία αισθητική και μεγάλη αυλή. Η Λένα είναι γλυκύτατη και εξυπηρετική. Έχει θέση πάρκινγκ και είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο (5 λεπτα με τα πόδια).
• Гергана (10/5): Preveza - A wonderful house with a wonderful host! Mrs. Eleni is very kind and responsive, made our private holiday unforgettable! Warm and cozy welcome and stay, we just felt at home. The house is stunning, equipped with absolutely everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay! Within walking distance of all the restaurants, port and center. Thank you! We will back here for sure when we go to Preveza again!

• GEORGIOS (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και πανέμορφο. Παρείχε όλες τις ανέσεις, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άνετο μπάνιο, κρεβάτια με άνετα στρώματα και καθαρό ιματισμό. Παρείχε μια πανέμορφη αυλή με σαλονακι και τραπεζαρία. Διέθετε άνετο πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο κατάλυμα. Η θέση του είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Οι οικοδεσπότες εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι φροντίζοντας να μη μας λείψει τίποτα. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό για ήσυχες και οικογενειακές διακοπές. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.
• ΘΩΜΑΣ (10/5): - Στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά. Δεν θα άλλαζα τίποτα. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος είχε όλες τις ανέσεις και ήταν εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν μαγικός! Τα παιδιά αλλά και εμείς τον λατρέψαμε! Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα! Τέλος, η οικοδέσποινα, η Ελένη, είναι πάρα πολύ ευγενική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει στα πάντα! Σίγουρα είναι ένα κατάλυμα που προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους να το επισκεφτούν! Τίποτα! Όλασ ήταν άψογα!

• Pantelis (9/5): - Really cute refurbished traditional house, done with great taste and care. The patio (Avli), was great to sit out in the evening and also in the morning to enjoy your breakfast under the awning. It felt like home to the extent the kids thoughts we had moved there... also host was really welcoming and had stocked up the house on good quality coffee. There were fruit and veg shops really nearby and everything was walking distance to the centre and promenade. Host was also helpful when we run out of washing liquid she gave us some from her house. The street the house is on is still under development, so there is a lot of construction around, but it looks like there will be a nice park right next to the house next year, which will really brighten it up, and more old houses being refurbished!
• Kallirroi (10/5): - Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt. Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt gelegen. Das Zentrum erreicht man bequem zu Fuß. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Unseren beiden Kindern hat es auch sehr gut gefallen.
• Angeloro (10/5): - Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli! Elena la proprietaria è una donna molto gentile. Da non sottovalutare il giardino attrezzato di tutte le comodità. Ha addirittura predisposto una doccia esterna. La migliore struttura che ci ha ospitato in questo soggiorno.
• Daniela (10/5): House AVLI - perfect for Preveza area - It was the best place (clean and cozy) I ever stayed in Greece! Very clean, very well equiped, it was there even a washing machine, coffee maker, the most common things for cooking and a first aid kit. At AVLI 's house you will find: two separate and confortable berdrooms, a livingroom with sofa and a very well equiped kitchen, a nice and clean bathroom.The back yard and the terrace was a nice place where you can stay with your familly or friends. Helen, the owner, was very nice and help us when we asked for something. Everything was on our taste! Even the most demanding customers will have nothing to object to Avli'S House

• Jacinta (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything about the place. Minutes only to walk to the shops and restaurants. Very quiet area with parking right outside the door. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean. I have never stayed in a place that was so well equipped, so very comfortable with a lovely patio/garden to sit outside in privacy. Finally, a wonderful and kind hostess, Helen, who we hope to meet again. Will definitely book again.
• Pippa (9/5): A delightful overnight stop - Delightful detached newly refurbished property, tucked inbetween apartments and lying back from the street. All very tastefully appointed. Lovely small shady courtyard to the rear. Private parking infront of the property a big bonus. Located in a residential area up from the waterfront, but walking distance if you want a leg stretch! Local shops close by. Owner communicated very well and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Helen. Suited our needs very well for an overnight stay in Preveza ...... Nothing for us to dislike. Our Sat Nav couldn't cope with one way streets, so a rather interseting arrival which our host handled with aplomb!
• Stephen (10/5): In the words of Mary Poppins …… “Practically perfect in every way!” - The property is very modern, clean and has all the facilities you would want. The beds are super comfortable. The bathroom and shower are very smart. Living and dining area, although small and cosy, provide excellent comfort for a night in front of the TV. Location is fantastic, a short stroll and you’ll find mini markets, coffee bars, boutique shopping and the most beautiful marina. An abundance of restaurants in the Old cobbled streets of town are very close by. Parking directly outside the house with no worries of having to drive to find great places to eat or shop. Helen and her sister Mary were excellent hosts and went the extra mile to provide outstanding service. Even had a cake made for birthday/anniversary celebrations. Nothing!!

The appartement ist new, well furnitured, tidy and has a very nice backyard to sit outside. The city center and harbor is within 500m. We payed by cash afterwards. Thanks a lot!
