• Monica (1/5): Delusa - Unico aspetto positivo la posizione!! A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, dalla fermata della SITA x tour via terra in costiera amalfitana, da Corso Vittorio Emanuele e da piazza della Concordia dove partono gli eliscafi per le isole e Costiera. Anche la via, che porta all'abitazione, è ricca di negozi di varie tipologie. L'appartamento è ben disposto ma attualmente balcone non agibile per impalcature ( comunicatomi 2 GG prima di partire) praticamente chiusi e buio. Non molto pulita soprattutto gli arnesi della cucina. Non la consiglio....

• Róisín (8/5): - Location is great, the apartment is clean and there is plenty of space for at least 4 people. It is a couple of minutes walk to the pedestrianised main street and also from the port and train station. Once the construction work is finished, I think it will be a really lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, at the moment there is very loud construction taking place in the building starting at about 8am, which is not the host's fault, but would have been good to know as it ruined any possibility of sleeping late or relaxing in the apartment during the day. While the balcony can be used, it is blocked in with scaffolding. Also there is a dog in the upstairs apartment that you can hear, especially when it howls. Again, this is not the hosts fault. Finally, just be aware that there is no shampoo or shower gel, so be sure to bring your own.

• Bojan Kotnik (10/5): Perfect apartment in a top location in Salerno - Perfect location of this wonderfull apartment in Salerno. Close to train station (to easiliy reach Napoli), bus station (Pompei, Mount Vesuvius), and very close to boat/ferry touristic terminal to get to Amalfi, Positano, Minori, Majori etc. Apartment is well equiped for a full family stay. Important thing: for extra charge you can also have a safe parking space in a fenced private parking lot. Host Valentina in super nice and speaks English very well. Nothing to mention.

• Deborah (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the station, shopping and walking distance from everything. The accommodation was ok, we where on the fifth floor, looking on to the street and train station. It was a little dated and definitely had a lived in feeling. Bed was comfortable, washing machine a bonus and the balcony was great to hang washing. All in all it was an ok, for the 2 nights we stayed. One negative, renovating the unit or building next door, the banging and jackhammering was quite loud.

• Adam (8/5): Perfect home away feok home, great base to explore all major sights of Amalfi - Amazing location. Close to Ferry, Bus and Train. Lot of good eating options nearby. Apartment is of a great size and nice furnished with most of all basic amenities. Host is very nice and helpful. It is an old apartment in building, so construction noises, barking dogs and other noises are quite common.

• Anne (9/5): We enjoyed our stay here in this spacious apartment. It was very convenient to the ferries (8 - 10 minutes walk), buses - Big bedroom, living room and kitchen. Close proximity to ferries, buses and train station Bed and pillows were a bit hard and you could hear the street traffic, but we were so tired at the end of the day, we fell asleep anyway. Sometimes the shower was lukewarm.

Modern, clean and tidy. The host is very welcoming and responsive to all communications, especially if there is an issue or something needs clarifying.
• Carol (10/5): A perfectly located gem in Salerno! - The apartment is perfectly located 5 mins from the station. It is spacious, modern, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. It has two airconditioners, which was perfect for the hot weather. It is exactly as advertised. I can't think of anything I didn't like. We would have loved to stay longer.

• Weimin (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very helpful with check in and check out. We left something in the apartment when we checked out. The owner helped to let us get in and we have made on time to catch the bus .
• Jenifer (9/5): Nice pitstop for the night before continuing the trip. Beware added fees. - Location of the property was perfect. Very close to train station and walkable distance to shops and restaurants. It’s a nice stop to spend the night after flying in to Italy and rental cars are nearby for the next day. Host and family don’t speak much English but were nice Although additional prices for everything (towels, AC, bedding linens for crib) are all stated before arrival, I think it should be added into the price of the listing and not charged after arrival. It boosts ip the price of the night by nearly 50%. Anyways, why are towels charged for a hotel/apartment stay? We can just get new ones with the price charged for old reused towels.
• Kamila_m (9/5): Superb - The apartment was beautiful and in a very good location. It lacked a few small things for perfection, the air conditioning on the balcony dripped quite a bit, the kitchen could use a little more equipments, e.g. there was absolutely no dish towel, no bowl, no cutting board, and certainly more than one knife would fit. However, these are small things that can be easily removed. And if someone is not going to use the kitchen, they don't have to worry about it. Everything went smoothly, but the owner did not put more effort into communication. What surprised us a little on the spot is the fee for towels and air conditioning. It wasn't much, but we've never encountered it in another accommodation. I prefer to have everything paid in advance, as I rarely carry cash.
