• Gabriel (1/5): Lo que ofrecían no condice con lo que encontramos - La ubicación El propietario ofrecía una CASA que contaba con Terraza con vista al mar la cual pertenece al vecino que “no está contento” con que la usen los huéspedes del airbnb además un jardín que no existe además faltaban juegos de ropa de baño y no podés bañarte tarde porque los vecinos te golpean la pared. Y lo peor es que el departamento tiene una puerta que conecta a OTRO departamento al lado. El personal que nos atendió EXCELENTE. NO ACONSEJO DORMIR EN ESTE DEPARTAMENTO.

My friends and I got stuck at night on our way to the property and were unlikely to have made it there safely without his help. The property itself was clean and the views were absolutely gorgeous. It was very comfortable and a great base for exploring Amalfi.

• ELIANE APARECIDA (5/5): Não vão, vão ter muitos problemas para encontrar a acomodação - Cama, travesseiros, ar funcionava e a vista era linda Falta de internet, Não nos passaram senha de Wi-Fi, com isso, não conseguimos trabalhar. falta de informações dos funcionários do hotel vila fraulo, ninguém sabia nada sobre internet, chaves, etc, endereço da acomodação enviado errado, constava número 17 que era uma farmácia, dentro do nosso apartamento tinha uma porta trancada que ficava acesa durante a noite, com pessoa conversando, o que nos dava sensação de que alguém ia entrar no quarto, não nos deram chave da porta da rua, ficamos com medo de ficar trancados de fora e não saímos para jantar nenhum dia.
• magali (9/5): - Le b&b est géré par l'hôtel à côté. La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Très bien situé dans ravello à quelques mètres seulement de l'arrêt de bus. Pas de wifi alors que c'était indiqué dans les équipements.
• Joanna (10/5): Great stay at excellent location - location - bus stop one minute away, restaurants and little market 3 min away; cosy beds, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom, everything was great for few days stay everything was great
• Hannah (4/5): Nice location however room was not truthfully advertised and were slight disappointed with amenities and no wifi while i - Room had a great view from balcony. Bed was a good size and comfortable. Bathroom had everything we needed. We were under the impression this room included a kitchenette as photos clearly showed a kitchen among the photos of the bedroom etc. we asked about this and told we could use the kitchenette at an additional rate per night. The check in process seemed unnecessarily difficult by carrying all luggage to the top floor of a nearby hotel. The room was also advertised as including WiFi and it did not. I had a work meeting scheduled and could not take this so was disappointed. On our second night during the night the bathroom light turned on unexpectedly and a light under the kitchenette door was on. We were uncertain as to what as going on. The air con stopped working and the room became very warm. We had realised that we had experienced a power cut but before realising this we were quite worried as two young woman travelling.

• Loren (7/5): Easy and convenient! - Location was brilliant - in the middle of everything! The entrance to the apartment was neglected and really could do with some TLC. Same as the roof terrace - could be made into something special
• Rolf (6/5): Ravello is marvelous and we enjoyed being there, but the accommodation was not what we expected. - The B&B has a good location and it is possible to use the parking of the nearby hotel We thought we would be in a hotel, but we were in a building next to the hotel
• Kashish (7/5): Good and basic place for a short stay close to the Center of Ravello with a balcony and view - Location, interior, view Facilities like no WiFi or proper lighting in the staircase
