- Ercan (1/5): - Ich habe die Wohnung „Naturhelm“ für den Zeitraum vom 05.04. bis 06.04. gebucht, konnte die Unterkunft jedoch nicht nutzen. Trotz mehrfacher Anrufe war niemand erreichbar – das Telefon war ausgeschaltet. Vor Ort war ebenfalls niemand anzutreffen. Zusätzlich habe ich eine E-Mail geschrieben, auf die ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten habe. Die Kommunikation war somit nicht vorhanden, was sehr enttäuschend ist, besonders wenn man eine bestätigte Buchung hat. Insgesamt eine sehr negative Erfahrung, da weder Check-in möglich war noch irgendeine Rückmeldung erfolgte.
