• Dean (9/5): A comfortable place, centrally located to all the places we wanted to go to. - I loved the location, the fact the house was wheelchair accessible, and there were safety bars in the bathrooms. The parking spot in front of the house was a plus. The beds were quite comfortable and we appreciated the portable heaters in each room. A welcome packet with all the pertinent information would have been helpful.

• Yasir (5/5): A pleasant stay but an unpleasant attitude. - It was clean, comfortable and very close to downtown. We had a generally pleasant stay at Karlos' house as it was consistently clean and comfortable. However, we encountered several incidents that we believe could be improved upon. Upon arrival, we found that the central heating system was not functioning properly, leaving the house uncomfortably cold. We resorted to using portable heaters in each room to keep warm. Unfortunately, the central heating system ceased to work entirely after a couple of days. Upon notifying Karlos, he kindly provided additional portable heaters, but the dining area remained unheated. The portable heaters were also uncomfortable to use. The central heating system came back on only on our last day. Furthermore, Karlos contacted us after our check-out regarding missing items. We explained that we had relocated these items out of concern for our children's safety, fearing they might break them. We suggested meeting in person or having a video call to show him where the items were placed. However, his response was unexpectedly rude, implying that we had taken the items and demanding reimbursement via Amazon. In response, I drove to his house to show him the items' location, after which he apologized. Nevertheless, being accused of theft made us feel uncomfortable, and we would have appreciated a more understanding response from him.
• Yasir (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Carlos was an excellent and welcoming host. His house was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable. The neighborhood is delightful, with the added bonus of being very close to a beautiful park. Personally, I found the back patio to be the highlight of the stay!

• Anonymous (5/5): our stay was confortable, host lives at the 2nd floor, over all it was a pleasant stay - good size. it was dark not enough light. 2nd restroom lock was broken. kitchen tea cups were chipped as well that needs to be replaced.
