nicola (8/5): Preis-Leistung top - Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Kommunikation zeitnah. TOP. Ein Schlafzimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer. Für Menschen mit unterschiedlichem Schlafrhythmus etwas schwierig. Geschirr und Besteck mussten wir erst einmal auskochen, damit es sauber war. Aber ein bisschen bedingt auch dadurch dass es oft als Monteurszimmer benutzt wird.

Selbst als zwei früher abreisende Kollegen versehentlich den Appartmentschlüssel mitgenommen haben. wurde unkomplizierte und schnelle Hilfe veranlasst und ein Zweitschlüssel organisiert um den verbleibenden Kollegen wieder den Zutritt zu ermöglichen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt für unsere Mitarbeiter ideal und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter

(1/5): I do not recommend this place due to the owner’s behavior - The owner responds quickly I rented this accommodation for manual workers who work hard every day from early morning until late in the evening. Unfortunately, the owner repeatedly entered the apartment without the guests being present, searched through the trash, and imposed penalties for not separating even the smallest items, and this happened before the guests even checked out (they took the trash with them when they left). The owner also checked the heating and lighting and issued fines for that as well, which is unacceptable. If you rent out an entire apartment, you have no right to interfere with how much someone uses the heating or lights, or whether they are home or not. Even more unacceptable is entering the apartment without the guests’ permission, especially in their absence, while their personal belongings are still inside. We received a dozen of messages every day. At one point, the owner even sent a photo of a lighter on the table as a “warning.” This kind of behavior is absurd and completely unacceptable. No one has time to read and reply to that many messages every day. As a result, we never got our €260 deposit back, it was kept due to ridiculous penalties. I rent a lot of accommodations for workers and I have never experienced anything like this before. I strongly do not recommend this place if you want a peaceful stay and don’t want to pay absurd fines.

Swetlana Neumann (6/5): - Zentral in Waldheim gelegen. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe, freundliche Vermieterin. Unser Hund war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist an sich zu teuer für die geringe Ausstattung. Das es eine Monteurwohnung ist habe ich nicht bemerkt. Keine Bequemlichkeit vorhanden. Wir waren aber auch nicht im Urlaub dort, sondern geschäftlich.
