• Lisa (7/5): Very comfortable stay with good facilities - Very clean. Very good facilities. Everything you would need including lots of cleaning stuff. It was right in the middle of everything. Which would be perfect for some and I’m sure the info says this but we weren’t expecting it to be this close to everything going on. Saying that, the bedroom is on the back so we weren’t kept awake. Would have been good if they had provided an ironing board. As I said, very clean, but the extra blankets need a good wash as I don’t feel they are washed after every stay. If they don’t want to wash them everything they could just store them in a vacuum storage bag and they’ll know if they’ve been used. Also, it would’ve been nice to have an information guide with the WiFi on, info about working the tv and maybe about the area. But these are just things that are important to me. As I said, for what it is, it’s very good.
• Kerry (8/5): We would stay here again - The location was great - central to everything - close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious. It was quite noisy even at 2/3 in the morning but it is what you expect when you are in the middle of everything

• Adrian (6/5): - Location was good dealing with owner was very good any info needed they were prompt in reply and easy to deal with and despite some mediocre scores on chart questions we would stay again as was cheap to stay and value for money on a 4 day trip Sofa uncomfortable , was asked if wanted single or double bed we requested double but got 2 single beds

• lynn (8/5): - Great location ,secure and has everything you need, very well equiped although could do with more towels would stay again The aircon/heater was very noisy ,we had to leave off ,very loud if sitting on balcony,must annoy neighbouring apts, bought a little fan heater for room instead,we had trouble first few nights with key to apt you need to pull door towards you then turn in lock to open,but that could just be our experience

• Belen (5/5): Decepción - Estaba muy limpio Parking privado En las fotos parece más nuevo de lo que es el apartamento en si .Necesita varios arreglos .La bomba de calor no hemos podido utilizarla a pesar de que hacia frío ,porque el compresor hacía muchísimo ruido ( hasta con la puerta cerrada de la terraza era insoportable.) Unas cuantas perchas vendrían muy bien Olor a cañerías bastante desagradable.
• paul (7/5): Had a wicked time in benni again - Brilliant parking and heart of benni so do expect some noise from street & excellent price too Maybe a little to small but with the price we paid and location made up for it
• Michael (6/5): great location and host. value for money - location was perfect. was able to check in earlier as we had an early flight and lockbox code was given to us in ample time. there was abit of a musty smell probably from the drains. the air-con unit seems to be on its last legs its very very loud. there was also a fridge on the balcony which made it look untidy and not a nice place to sit.
• Emma (9/5): Location, location, location!! Great hosts, would stay again. - Excellent location for the strip. Very responsive and helpful hosts. There was no ironing board, which made things a bit difficult. No free toiletries as described. I would have appreciated a bottle of water in the fridge.

• James (10/5): Très bien comme logement - L'emplacement était idéale et vraiment top malgré les bar a côté le logement est très bien isolé donc zéro souci pour dormir Tous est a proximité La piscine malheureusement aucune règle n'était respecter les personnes mangaient et buvaient dedans Ma voiture a était abîmé sur le parking lors de la dernière nuit malheureusement Et des locataires ont casser les clefs dans les serrures de la porte d'entrée donc obligé de faire le tour pour aller a notre logement

• Alice (4/5): Disappointing - one positive thing: it was nice we could bring our cat without any issues, which we really appreciated. We were informed just a few hours before check-in that the washing machine was broken, which wasn’t ideal. On arrival, we noticed the stove was cracked too, it worked, but still not something you'd expect in a prepared rental. At first glance, the flat appeared clean, but within minutes our socks were black from the floor, and I ended up mopping it myself. The ceramic wall tiles had strange handprints as well. Plates and cups hadn’t been properly washed, and the kitchen sponge was so filthy we had to buy a new one. Pans and knives were very worn and showed signs of corrosion, not exactly kitchen-ready. The linen was synthetic and not very comfortable. The owner did stop by the next day to take measurements for replacing the broken appliances, which we appreciated but oddly gave out our phone number for a delivery, so we had to handle that ourselves. Overall, the apartment felt neglected and not properly prepared for guests, which is a shame, because with a bit of effort it could be much better.

Always responded ASAP to any of our needs. Dislikes- The pool wasn’t open. We came in April so we we’re half expecting this. We managed by having a laugh and walking into hotels and using theirs 🤣

• Simone (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment spotlessly clean! Very comfy bed and pillows! Even has a kettle and iron! Everything you need for a fab stay! Nothing it was great! Would stay again!
• Jock (7/5): OK for a solo person. - Location, and use of washing machine etc. Wouldn’t recommend for a couple as a bit too basic, but it was fine as a solo traveller. Although noisy at times.
• Brian (8/5): Enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this place - Location was excellent, in the heart of Benidorm, but nice and quiet area The host Pablo, was very helpful, and check in was very straightforward Property is lovely,but a couple of trivial issues,was , no toiletries provided ( apart from a small amount of hand wash), no tea towel for drying crockery, no batteries in remote control for tv.
