• Sirins (10/5): Cool design flat with a lot of space. - Enormous space flat, a lot of space for any activity. Flat design was very cool, luxurious. Overall flat was very good for this kind of price. Enjoyed jacuzzi as well, additional price but totally worth it. Tight parking spot, but not really a problem.

• Rihards (10/5): At the time it was great deal for the money. The view is perfect, jacuzzi and massage chair also. - Nice jacuzzi, great view. Enjoyed the massage chair. Parking on site. The interior is a bit used, needs some refurbishment.
• Dev (6/5): Meh. - Location us not very optimal its pretty far away from the more vibrant parts of town but there is public transport near. There is a little shopping mall near as well. Jacuzzi was not clean, cups and plates were not clean. We had to wash it ourselves before use. Smart tv does not work well, casting from your device does not work and lack of available apps/media players make it really annoying. Tv is really big tho so if you figure out how to fix that its a good experience to watch a movie. O yea and the massagechair is pretty cool. But still overal ok. stay if you need a place.

• Dušan (7/5): Jedná se o exkluzivní nemovitost, střešní byt (penthouse vypadá jinak), který majitel krátkodobě pronajímá = už opotřebe - Fantastický výhled z terasy Klidná rezidentní lokalita (sídliště) Masážní křeslo 🙂 Parkovací stání je v pohodě (prostorné), jen se k němu dostat je trochu horší (sloupy uprostřed v uličce garáže). Na více nocí by bylo lepší i více než jedna sada ručníků.

• Viirsalu (4/5): Definitely not worth the money, the pictures are misleading! - View was good! The rooms looked worn out – for example, the parquet on the floor was loose and bulging. The pictures of the apartment did not quite match reality 100%. The owner asked for an extra fee for using the barrel, although this had not been mentioned anywhere beforehand. The water was not fresh and was heavily chlorinated.”

Jaukus butas Bute tvyrojo senai nenaudojamų patalpų kvapas, vonioje trūko šiek tiek tvarkos. Virtuvėje neradome pjaustymo lentelės.

• Mareike (7/5): Tolle Alternative zu Hotel - Penthouse Wohnung in einem Plattenbauviertel mit tollem Blick über Riga, mit Hot Tub und Massagesessel, ausreichend gut ausgestattet, ruhig, , Dachterrasse, direkte Tram nach Riga Center Waschmaschine ist kaputt, Dusche erst kalt, dann sehr schnell sehr heiß.
• Romas (8/5): It was nice stay, with a beautiful outdoor view, big terrace and nice jacuzzi - The apartment was very spacious, especially the terrace. For two people it was more than enough space. The big plus is a possibility to rent jacuzzi, which we did and it was an amazing experience. As well the view from the 18th floor is stunning as you can see Riga in almost all sides. Owner provided all the needed information in advance and was very responsive. Also there is a private parking spot underground. There are a few things which could be improved for a more comfortable stay. Not sure if it is booking.com limitation or not but the information regarding apartment conveniences was confusing. During the booking there was two lists with all the included conveniences. First list had no info that jacuzzi or barbecue grill is for an extra charge, so it was the reason I thought it was included in the final price and made a reservation without thinking. Only by reading comments and later double checking the second list I found out that you need to pay for jacuzzi additionally. It is not a big price but maybe it would be possible in the future to mention this info somewhere in the beginning of apartment description or give an option to choose room with or without additional payable conveniences that people later wouldn't have baseless expectations. Other thing is the apartment requires some renovation as there was many small non-working or broken things (leaking toilet water, light switches, worn-out interior design, missing air condition remote control and so on). As well it was visible that apartment was not properly cleaned before new reservation as there was a lot of dust, some food leftovers between the grates on the ground or not properly washed dishes. Even though it was a lack of basic stuff which is usually included in other bookings (more than one towel per person, enough toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, comfortable sleeping pillows, enough coffee/tea). Like some other people mentioned, the apartment looked very empty and could be improved maybe by adding some decorations. Overall for a short term stay it was really good option but for a longer stay you might get missing some basic stuff.

• Hannah (7/5): Good stay, hot tub made it a great one :) - Had a really nice time. The hot tub was great and the massage chair was a fun bonus. The space was very comfortable for four people. The host was timely with check-in instructions and replied quickly to questions we had. Overall, really enjoyed our time. The kitchen is very minimal. If we had stayed multiple nights, I would've given up cooking and just eaten out. Many details could be updated in the apartment such as light switches, washing machine, cracks in the sink. Parking is very tight. Luckily our car fit through the narrow garage, but if you have a larger car, be careful.

• Andrejs (1/5): Bad - The host requested to sign an additional agreement once I arrived. Nothing was mentioned on booking.com about the agreement, so I refused. As a result, the hoist asked me to leave. The funny thing is that the hoist did not want to cancel my booking and still did not allow me to stay. Basically, he wanted to have money for nothing. Looks like a kind of fraud. Thanks to booking.com, they helped me to cancel the booking free of charge on the next day.

• Leo (7/5): Good - We did enjoy the massage chair and the apartment was spacious. The jacuzzi was filthy and not usable which was a pity since that was the main reason for the booking. The steps in the bathroom was loose and some miscommunications with the host which was a bit frustrating but things got sorted in the end. We did find an unpleasant object in a vase next to the massage chair, that plus the dirty jacuzzi lead us to believe that the place had not been thoroughly cleaned.

We will come back! Parking:) We thought to come with our family car Cadillac Escalade long:) It was our best choice not to come😃 Smaller cars is ok, but for bigger ones... challenge...
