• Neville (9/5): Very well equipped, comfortable, and convenient. - It was very comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. The lift was very useful as my brother has mobility issues. It was very well placed for access to restaurants, sightseeing and the city centre. We even managed to park nearby. It was a little difficult to find as the details to get into the property were sent by WhatsApp, and I was expecting an email! The photo on the booking .com site was taken at a different angle which made it difficult to spot the property from the front. Once we had the instructions, it was a doddle.
• Alan (3/5): Construction site outside bedroom window. Expect noise and vibrations - Spacious main living area in central location In the main bedroom the bed was only accessible from one side. Extensive noise and vibrations from first sunlight from adjacent construction site. All bedrooms face directly into the construction, no prior notice issued of this disturbance. Access to the property is down a horrible lane with unsafe/uneven cobbles which is currently exasperated by the adjoining construction site. Main door entry system to communal area not locking. Uncomfortable sofa (style over substance).

• Nicola (8/5): Great apartment, great location - Beautiful property with everything you could possibly need, clean, tidy, great location. We found the property to be very cold, even when following heating instructions.
• Nosayaba (8/5): It was a great stay for a family of 3 - It was very clean and quite a few amenities like a chess board and scrabble. Great for a short stay and great central location to the train station. The entrance was at the back of the property but not well described on the booking page. There was no dish washer and one of the room doors slams shut all the time.
• Louise (7/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Could be made better with fans inside and parking - The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable. The location was great, very central. Despite the road outside and the seagulls, the windows kept out the noise. We were instructed not to park outside, which is understandable considering private residence in the building, but 2 out of the 3 non assigned parking spaces were always empty. Paying for parking nearby wasn’t ideal. The apartment was very stuffy and there was no fans available. The windows do open well but due to the unpleasant mess on the decking below and the amount of seagulls surrounding the property tearing into rubbish, the amount of flies that come in when the windows are open is frustrating. Also you can’t trust that a seagull won’t actually perch on the railing when the main window is open!

Bedrooms, bathrooms and living area all fantastic Quite difficult to find no external bins or dishwasher despite the guide. Only one towel per couple this may be due to the fact this was a rebooking of a cancelled hotel
